" What place?"

"Where do I sleep, want to see?" david said, rolling his eyes.

"Geez David, why did I go into your room?" inner Rena while rolling her eyeballs.

David laughed seeing Rena roll her eyeballs.

"Trust me, one day my room will be the place you look forward to the most" David said confidently as he glanced mischievously.

"Ok Mr. David, but until then, how about we walk - the way out?" rena said while pointing at David's workroom window.

"Do you want to walk outside? All right, come on baby," said David, standing up and pulling Rena along.

David embraces Rena walking towards the backyard of the house.

"What do you want to talk about, Ren?" david asked, looking at Rena for a moment.

" Oh my goodness, is that so obvious?" inner Rena felt caught having the intention to invite David to walk out.

Rena directs David to walk towards the large swimming pool behind the house. He invited David to sit on a bench illuminated by the light of a garden lamp by the pool.

"Last afternoon I met Andini's mother" said Rena bluntly. Rena decided to just say what happened.

David's face changed.

"Why did you meet him? I'm telling you, doesn't mean you can interfere, Rena!" David said, arriving. David was disappointed in what he heard.

"Listen first, Yang. Patience" said Rena who tried to calm him down.

"Andini's mother called me, she wanted to talk to me" Rena explained to avoid misunderstanding.

"I know you're still hurting, Yang. But didn't you say you wanted to be able to forgive her?" rena asked trying to persuade David. David is not flinching.

"I know, actually you must also miss him a lot," said Rena.

"No! I never miss him!" Answer David.

"Which.." call Rena while touching David's soft shoulder.

"Andini's mother told me that she loved you so much and Audrey, too" Rena said.

"If he really loved us, he would never leave us, Ren" David said.

"Your mother had a reason why she did that. Right or wrong path your Mama chose, she did it just for your good and Audrey's good, too" Rena told her what she heard.

"I don't know what it is, but he left it for you" Rena said, taking a letter from her pocket.

David did not say anything, he just stared at the sky which at that moment seemed cloudy, invisible stars shining in between.

"I'm in my room, if you need me" said Rena, then stood up leaving David to think.

Rena went back to David's house and went into his room. He did not know if David would read the letter or throw it away. However, he has tried to convey the trust of Mother Andini. He hopes David's relationship with his mother can be better.

Slowly in the absence of the letter, and for a few minutes, David could not hold back the tears of his longing for his Mother. Recollected the good times he passed with his mother before he left himself and Audrey. He could not repeat what had passed, but he could still have the love of his Mother at this time, if he had allowed it.

David walked into the house holding the letter. He opened the door to Rena's room and found that Rena had been lying on the bed with her eyes closed. Slowly put the letter on the table, then climbed into the bed and hugged Rena.

Rena who still heard David's voice nodded.

David kissed Rena's shoulder and hugged her tightly. He just wanted to hug Rena tightly tonight.

Not far from David's house. A man in the car made a phone call.

"What's up with Rena, Bastian?" asked Austin, who was lying in his hotel bed.

Austin Leonard Alfaro was on a bussiness trip to Hong Kong when one of his men he asked to follow Rena reported to him.

Austin did tell Bastian to follow Rena because he saw the suspicious behavior of his sister and he was worried. He knew his sister was reluctant to ask him for help if he was in trouble though. Therefore he sent Bastian to investigate if Rena got into trouble.

"Mbak Rena is currently at the home of Alexander David Mahendra, it seems he will not be home tonight" Bastian reported.

Austin was struck by lightning in broad daylight, making him sit upright in his bed. Hearing Rena at home David is not something she wants to hear or ever terbesit in his mind.

"Whatchu mean? Rena's staying at home, David?" austin asked in a voice that started out loud. He really did not like what Bastian just reported to him.

"Yes sir, it seems so. Because until now, Sister Rena does not appear out of the residence of Alexander David Mahendra. And Mr. David who has picked up Rena tonight in his apartment" said Bastian.

Austin's hands clenched. What did David do to Rena? Bad thoughts haunt him.

"There are some things I want to report, but maybe tomorrow morning I will attach all the evidence - the evidence that I have obtained about Mr. David and also Ms. Rena.

"Okay, meet me tomorrow afternoon! I'll be home soon, Bastian!" Austin then hung up his phone.

Austin immediately contacted Deni, his assistant.

"Den, get the plane ready. I want to go back tonight!" David orders his assistant to set up his own private jet.

"Tonight, sir?!" Deni asked in surprise, considering it was already 12 p.m.

"Yes, did you hear! I want to go home tonight!" Austin said, no matter what time it was.

"Okay, I'll try, sir. Later, I will call as soon as possible" Deni said in a panic.

Austin was waiting for news from Deni, but he had to be disappointed because his private jet could not leave that night, because of the strict paperwork and the authorities' difficult permits at that hour. Dan Deni also said that they can only leave tomorrow at 6 am. Austin also had to accept it because there was nothing his assistant could do anymore, if it was about the authority's permission.
