During Ray's two weeks in the care, Ray has not been aware. Even the Doctor himself could not find the cause until now Ray has not been aware of post-surgery, Because the Doctor believes the operation is running smoothly, Ray's condition is now quite stable. After the Doctor leaves, Miss Santi returns to Ray's room in the care shortly after, Mita and her parents come to visit Ray.
"How's Ray doing, Miss Santi?" ask Mita's father.
"It is still the same and there has been no change sir" replied Ms. Santi.
"A patient aunt, Ray will definitely be conscious and healthy again" comforted Mita.
"Aamiin," said Santi to Ray.
"It's my fault, If we hadn't argued that night, maybe this accident wouldn't have happened" Ms Santi said with teary eyes.
"Tante don't blame yourself, this is fate. We better pray for Ray's best" Mita said.
"Mita, auntie also wants to apologize to you. If Ray ever realizes. Aunty will no longer force Ray to marry you" Santi said.
"W-what does auntie mean to say that?" mita shook her head.

"Go home Daddy said! Just let people have no heart like they get a reward from Allah!" said Mita's father in a high tone.
Mita looked at Bu Santi and finally could only comply to go home.
In the car, Mita's father who was very disappointed with the decision of Miss Santi on the side reminded Mita not to care about Ray anymore.
"But, Dad. Mita's been waiting for Ray for five years" Mita said.
"You want to wait ten years if Ray doesn't want you, it's all for nothing! Don't Be Stupid Mita. Open your eyes!" firm Dad Mita.
"Well, Patience! Remember Dad's heart!" said Mita's mother who tried to calm her husband.

Santi's mother cried holding Ray's hand.
