CH 11

The first day Ray entered work at his Mami company which was in a bad state

Ray picked up the phone and contacted the secretary's handmaid as well as trusted person Bu Santi

"Winda got into my room" said Ray and put the phone down again

Shortly thereafter, Winda entered his study

"She please give me the financial statements of this company from two years ago, and give me a list of which companies have been working with this company. Remember not to let anyone miss!" said Ray

"Well sir" replied Winda

"One more time, please assemble all the board of directors, I will hold a meeting this afternoon as well"

"Well sir, then what about the workers who are currently demoing in front of sir?" ask the Winda

"I'll be there soon. And try to calm them down" Ray replied

"But it looks like it will be very dangerous sir, considering that they are currently in a state of emotion sir" he said

"It's okay it's a risk I have to face. Yes, you can go out and please bring here the files I requested"

"Okay sir, excuse me" said Winda passed

Ray walked out accompanied by several employees and security met the workers who protested demanding payment of salaries.

"Pay our salaries, pay our salaries" shouted protesters

"Silence everyone, calm down! Mr. Ray's son from Miss Santi will see you" said security in English

"Good day everyone, introduce me to Ray Santi's son. And from now on I will solve the problems that we currently face" Ray said in front of protesters

Ray stood upright in a navy suit and his sunglasses looked dashing and very dignified

"We want our paychecks paid" shouted the worker again

"I promise you, your salary will be paid soon. You guys don't have to worry. You can also go back to work and I make sure the factory will operate as usual" said Ray

The workers are now calm, as the demands and wants are already being met and answered by Ray, the new company leader.

Ray returns to his office and sees a pile of financial statements already on his desk.

One by one Ray looked at the financial statements and studied them.

"Hufft.... " Ray sighed

By saying "Bismillah" Ray contacted his Mami company's partners during this time and made an appointment to provide a new cooperation proposal.

And this afternoon Ray also seemed to gather members of the board of directors to discuss the continuation of the company and the new work system. Ray as a young leader provides new innovations and changes in every system that has been done by his Mami.
