When Talak Has Spoken

When Talak Has Spoken
Chapter 64 Ends Up Here

Ajeng returned Hilman's gaze which now looked at him with a raging feeling. His breath was heard hunting with his back which he now rested on the chair.

He averted his eyes and closed his eyes trying to forget Ajeng's words and assume only a dream. He hoped that when he opened his eyes things improved with Ajeng's smile that was so soothing for each of their meetings.

“Come home, there is Hilda and your wife who have been waiting,” said Ajeng slowly, “Isn't your time worth it?”

He saw the obvious thunder in the figure of a well-built man whom he had done’ in his last prostration asking the Power for a better life in the future if destiny leads them to be together.

But now it is only sincerity and patience that he asks for in living a quieter and more peaceful life to work with those who work for him.

He is also determined to focus more on the career he is pursuing. Many people have hung their lives on him. How could he be selfish just for the sake of his own comfort, without thinking of those who depended on him.

“Doesn't there be a little sense of Diajeng to accompany mas through all this?” hilman's gaze was sad when he opened his eyes and said what was stored in his heart when he saw Ajeng who was looking at the distance.

“Already mas. My decision is round,” Ajeng does not want to mince words anymore.

Hilman breathed a heavy sigh. He thought about the trip and the events he had gone through three months ago. If he obeyed his mother's wish not to visit Makassar, he might not be in this condition.

Her and Ajeng's marriage will go well. In accordance with his desire to seriously build a household with women who have inspired many people.

“Mas, go home ... “ see Hilman who is still sitting without saying anything makes Ajeng a bit upset.

He also had an appointment with dr. Indira. Time and again he sighed to throw away the vexation that was now starting to rattle in his mind.

“Mas cannot accept Diajeng's decision,” reject Hilman.

He looked at Ajeng closely. He could not simply end the relationship he had begun with great difficulty.

“Every action always has consequences. Maybe this is the best for us,” Ajeng said firmly.

He didn't want Hilman to waste any longer. It was free for him to be patient, in fact the man had decided himself.

“Mas can't just take hands off with Hilda. How could you relinquish responsibility to him .... “ Hilman wants to reaffirm his attitude to Hilda so Ajeng understands.

“I understand it mas,” Ajeng smiled thinly in response to Hilman's remarks, “Suddenly we have not gone far.  I'm sure of all this.”

“What does Diajeng mean?” Now Hilman's voice is rising, “All this has nothing to do with Dewi.”

He was slightly offended by Ajeng's remarks which seemed to accuse him of deliberately wanting to return with the Goddess, his ex in the past.

“I never wanted to go back with the Goddess. But circumstances that force me to do this,” firmly Hilman looked at Ajeng so that the gaze of the two met for a long time.

Four eyes stared at each other with their own thoughts. Ajeng did not take his eyes off Hilman who was still staring at him expectantly.

“Maybe the fate of Hilman is indeed with mbak Dewi. I give up on our relationship. Maybe this is the last meeting we discussed everything,” Ajeng said calmly with no sadness left.

“Diajeng cannot take decisions next to parties. Mas disagreed,” Hilman tried to make Ajeng change the decision.

“Now it's not just about the two of us. There's Hilda and Mas's wife in it. I will only be a foreign party and disrupt the household mas and mbak Dewi.”

“Diajeng should know, Goddess is only the past. There is no way mas will repeat the finished one,” Hilman does not want Ajeng misunderstood.

“Mas just wasted time explaining that. Destiny has reunited with him. And it is the choice of the mas itself,” over time Ajeng so caught off guard with the attitude of Hilman plin-plan.

“All this mas do because of Ridwan. Hilda needs a father figure, as Lala does not lose her father's affection,” Hilman insists on making Ajeng understand.

“Lala and Hilda are different. Mas do not need to give justification for the attitude of Hilda who is a priority mas now. Stay like that. With mas release me, mas and mbak Dewi will focus on providing healing to him, and the responsibility of the mas on his late father Hilda fulfilled.”

Hilman rubbed his face in a mess. He thought Ajeng's willingness when Hilda called and asked him to go home because he sincerely supported Hilman's decision, but the truth was ...

“I hope this is our last meeting. I do not want to be the third person in the marriage mas and mas wife,” said Ajeng finally.

“It's not like it's Diajeng. Didn't mas already tell everything with the approval of the Goddess. It's just a matter of time, Hilman” stays put with his wishes.

“We don't have to see each other again. I hope everything ends up here,” Ajeng decided quickly.

His gaze was sharp uncompromising when he looked at Hilman.

“Diajeng .... “ Hilman mentions the name of the woman in front of him who now takes off the beautiful ring that he pinned during the umpteenth meeting with vibrating lips.

He realized, now he did not have the strength to make Hilman stay by his side. Hilman had tied the sacred promise before God and the witnesses, even with the married alibi siri. But it is still legal in the eyes of religion.

"Wife and small family mas Hilman more appropriate to accompany mas now. Don't arrest me and make me sin for disturbing the ark you just built. We now do not deserve to meet, what are we together like today."

“No desire Diajeng waiting for me to end all?” Hilman stared at Ajeng expectantly.

He was frankly hard to end a relationship with a woman he had struggled with.

“Everything is not that easy. And I don't want to continue this flawed relationship either.  I don't want to block Hilman, because I can focus more on working.”

“We've already talked about this,” Hilman still want to fight Ajeng so his companion, “Mas ready to give any dowry, as long as Diajeng remains on the side of mas.”

Hilman had already dropped his pride for Ajeng to stay with him. He was ready to give up all the assets he had to bind Ajeng.

“It's not about the material mas. But comfort. I'm not comfortable if we have to cut time with Hilda. He needs you more. And I am comfortable with my solitude,” concluded Ajeng quickly.

Hilman is unable to say anything, too much Ajeng speech that implies wanting to get away from him. And he admitted, it was hard for him to take off. Her feelings are dear.

He saw a thin smile engraved on the corner of Ajeng's lips that placed a ring on the table that became the separation between the two.

“We are as mature and understand the steps we take. I respect the decision of the mas to take responsibility for the future of Hilda and mbak Dewi,” Ajeng said slowly while rising from the chair, “May Hilda recover again, and mas can improve the relationship with your wife and be happy as you have wanted in the past ... “
