Time has passed since the entry of Bara and the Doctor who handled Alisha into the operating room.The room is still tightly closed and there are no signs of the operation is complete.

Nevan and her parents are still waiting anxiously. Train sleep while sitting by leaning on Herry because all night he did not feel closed his eyes at all.

While Nevan could not close her eyes to fall asleep and Herry was still waiting in front of the room.

The door opens and Desi comes out followed by the nurse pushing an incubator containing Nevan and Alisha's children.

Nevan stood up from her seat and approached Desi and the sisters to take a closer look at her son.

"Congratulations Your son Sir was born safely and hopefully there is no problem whatsoever with your son's health" the nurse smiled.

Nevan smiled when she saw her little child, her eyes closed tightly.

Harry who saw his grandson was fine was no less happy than Nevan and with Ratih he immediately woke up when Herry said their grandson had been born.

"He's very handsome, he's a mix between you and Alish" said Ratih wiping the glass of his grandson's incubator.

Nevan nodded her head in affirming her mother's words, her son was indeed a fusion between her and Alisha.

"You can prosecute your son in the NICU room because your son has to get intensive care first until his condition is completely fine" Desi said.

Nevan nodded her head she followed the nurse's steps and Desi headed to the NICU room.

"Is my wife okay Doc?" nevan asked as he followed Doctor Desi and the nurse.

"Just pray for everything to be okay, Alish is being treated by a kidney specialist called by Bara. I had heard they would do a kidney transplant because there is a kidney that is suitable for Alish hopefully everything goes smoothly and no complications that occur again to Alish's body later," obviously Doctor Desi made Nevan breathe a little relief and thanked God for giving his help at the right time.

After arriving at the NICU room, Desi takes Nevan's son out of the incubator very carefully.

Although feeling stiff but Nevan received his son from the hands of Desi with great care and tenderness.

Nevan pits his son with tears of his day, he is happy to feel holding his son like now, he hopes Alisha will be okay soon so he can feel happy as he feels today.

Ratih, who saw Nevan tear up as she tried to force her son to rub his back and smile.

Nevan kissed his son's forehead long enough for his son to squirm.

"AARIC DAYYAN GAJENDRA," Nevan said giving the name to his son.

"A good name" said Harry, patting Nevan on the shoulder.

Nevan looked at Harry and smiled, "That means a tough and strong ruler and protector."

Harry and Ratih nodded their heads at Nevan's explanation of the meaning of their grandson's name.

Desi asks Nevan to put her child back to sleep in the incubator because the child is still unable to linger outside the incubator.

"How long will he be in there Doc?" nevan asked, watching his son squirm and trying to open his eyes.

"Depending on how his physical condition will be, just pray that he does not need to be there for long" replied Desi.

"All right then I have to go back to the operating room again to wait for Alish's news" Nevan told Desi.

"Yes I will also go back there again" replied Desi.

After that Nevan, his parents and Desi return to the operating room to wait for news of Alisha again.

When we got to the front of the operating room there was already crowded, there were friends of Alisha, Mae and a woman that Nevan did not know who.

"You're here too, Ren?" desi asked while in front of Irene.

"Yes Ma, Irene was not calm all night when Mas Bara gave news about Alish, had wanted to come here from last night but Mas Bara forbade because it was night and could not leave the children too," obviously Irene while shaming Desi.

"Where is Bryan?" desi asked as she did not see her grandson.

"Against the park with her nanny, how are Alish and his son Ma?" ask Irene.

"His daughter is fine only at this time she must get treatment in the NICU room first.if Alish is undergoing his second operation," Desi replied.

"Thank God that his son is fine, hopefully Alish's surgery will go well and Alish will be fine again" Irene said.

"Mama wants to go inside first" said Desi.

"Yes Ma, Irene can't see Alish Ma's son?"

"May but only from the outside" Desi replied.

"Dilla was also with Kak" said Dilla standing up from her chair.

"Come on."

After that Irene and Dilla walked to the NICU room to see Alisha and Desi's child continue their steps into the operating room.

While Fino and Angga just sit there waiting for Alish, in fact they are sleepy and they only sleep for a while and go back there because they are worried about the state of Alisha.

Fino and Angga are relieved to hear that Alisha's child is safe and there is a suitable kidney donor for Alisha so that Alisha can undergo kidney transplant surgery and have a chance to live again.

"Nevan you cleaned first, this is Ms. Mae has brought a change of clothes for you" said Ratih handed Nevan clothes that Mae brought.

"Yes Ma" Nevan said he went to the bathroom not far from there to clean himself up because he had not changed his clothes overnight after a trip from Malaysia.

A few moments later Nevan had re-assembled with the others in front of the operating room with a face that was already seger and the clothes were neat not messy like before.

After Nevan it is now Harry's turn to clean himself up and after that it is only Train until they both look neat.

Moments later the light above the door of the room had been extinguished which meant that the operation had been completed.

Nevan felt uneasy with the outcome of her operation whether everything went smoothly or not time passed felt so long she could not wait for someone to come out of the room.

The door of the room was open and several doctors came out of the room including Doctor Desi.

"Doctor is my wife okay is her operation going smoothly?" ask Nevan to Desi.

"Let the Bara Doctor explain it now we have to go first" replied Desi who increasingly makes Nevan want to die it feels out of curiosity.

Desi and the other doctors immediately left because they had to work on something again.

"Everything must be fine," said Ratih calming the curious Nevan.

Moments later, sister Nevan immediately asked Alisha again.

"The operation was a success Mr. but Mrs Alisha still had to be monitored for a while to find out if there were any other complications and whether her new kidney could be received by her body or not, for more details let the Bara Doctor explain it later," explained the nurse with a friendly smile.

Hearing that Nevan immediately hugged Harry who was beside him because he was so happy.

"Alish congratulations Pa, Nevan has not lost Alish" Nevan said with a cry of her day in her Papa's arms.

"Yes he will not be able to leave you," replied Harry who cried and rubbed Nevan's back.

Nevan took off her embrace from her Papa and turned to embrace her Mama. Ratih rubbed the back of Nevan who was crying that day.

Ratih also cried when he heard this news, he was grateful that Alisha's operation was successful and hoped that there would be no more problems.

"Alish did not leave Nevan and our son Ma" Nevan said in the arms of the woman who had given birth to him and raised him.

Dilla and Irene who had just come and heard the news were also happy and grateful that Alisha was safe, so even Fino and Angga they heaved a sigh of relief when they heard the news.
