It was called the Age of Chaos; the worst history Terris ever had.
All you can see is the flesh and blood of the dead, corpses! And I'm telling you if you're lucky to see it, because it means you're alive! Not a bunch of dead bodies that come piled up a thousand piles!
"Oh, but before I continue, I have to tell you about the beginning of it, right?" bill said, take the firewood next to the fireplace and throw it into the fire. "Yes. . ."
All because of a legend.
Laugh at! Because it all starts with a story that comes from someone's mouth.
The story of a priceless treasure, is said to come from a creature that existed before the beginning of all beginnings. Sanctified Land of Creation, Sanctuary of Creation. They say whoever achieves it will get everything, whatever it is.
From the legend, it all began. Because one day, someone claimed that they had found the place.
But guess what happened;
Bloody scramble?
No, it's a pity that it's not. Everything was more terrifying than what they could have imagined. For without their thought, a creature that had fallen asleep without the age known rose from that place.
And they say like this :
He is the giant of all giants, for the mountain is but his foot. It was dark black to swallow the light, carrying countless stars in its body.
From its mouth, the hot red sea fell like a nightmare from the worst. And from his eyes, the hopeless void pierced freeze.
The creature that destroys everything, the one who cannot be named.
". . . Um, so the guy who woke her up?" Elcia interrupted out of curiosity.
"They're dead, of course." replied Bill. "Now let me continue."
The mountain became a trough, the sea became a hill; quickly, half of Terris had been swallowed up in destruction by the creature, and no one was able to stop it.
Until then, they arrived.
They are called Etheris, ten beings above all else. Carrying countless troops behind each back, and advancing against the creature.
And in one of their appearances, the creatures of destruction that had destroyed half of Terris were finally sent back into a long slumber.
"Just made to fall asleep?" Alice said in disappointment to Etheris, who was told to be a being above all else.
"Don't be silly. It only further explained how terrifying the creatures they were fighting were actually."
Then, after everything was done, Etheris returned from that battle.
Yet only four, of all that only four returned alive but dying.
"Then the age began."
Destruction can finally be stopped, but unfortunately, there is no peace after that. Due to the destruction of half Terris, those who live must scramble to stay alive.
And they started a war among their own people.
"Do you know the only rule of the day?" bill asked, pointing at the two with a stick of firewood.
And Elcia easily guessed it, then replied. "The strongest survives."
"Right, that's right, silver girl."
At that time, even a baby had to hold a knife. Because there is no known peace wherever you are. Including me who has to paint red with a knife, for a piece of rotten food.
"Wait a minute, old man!" cut Alice suddenly, standing up from her chair. "How long does it take to pass after 'it' time'?"
Hearing him, Bill immediately grinned. "Four numbers, I don't remember them for sure."
Alice left her mouth open for a while, before sitting back down and muttering. "Fossil. . ."
"Mahaha. . ! I don't think it's wrong to call it that!" Bill laughed, and went back to drinking with a grin.
Elcia begins to assume that all Halfling is as old as Bill. But as if guessing the contents of his mind, Halfling was immediately confirming.
"Sadly, I am the only one who lives long. They won't be able to reach my age as hard as they try" Bill said, shaking his head.
Elcia's eyes were fixed on Ashcor's sword. ". . . Because swords?"
Bill smiled too. "Now I will tell you the truth from Ashcor."
That period lasted too long, and Etheris who had slightly recovered from their injuries finally moved.
They took the stars that came from the rest of the battle against the creatures of destruction, carried them, and created all-powerful objects.
Because there was only one thing they could think of at that moment; peace under fear. They need something to control people, because only power is recognized at that time.
And from that, the four Etheris chose those whom they would give them to rule everything under fear.
"One of them, Trainer?" guess Alice.
But Bill nodded slowly. "The sword of Ashcor was not originally held by the Trainer family."
"His strength, silver girl. The power that exists in these things, they are too strong to be in the hands of anyone other than Etherists. Those who hold onto it are mostly the ruin itself."
The curse of destruction, we call it. For they bring destruction in their own way to anyone who dares to carry them.
Frowning, Alice finally said with an uneasy feeling while looking at the sword she was holding. "Don't tell me this sword. . ."
"Of course" said Bill without a cover-up.
—Trang!
Alice quickly removed the sword from her hand, and made it fall to the floor with a loud bang. "Don't joke, old fossil!"
"That's a bit rude you know?" bill said with a bitter expression while raising one of his hands up. And the next second, Ashcori was already within the grasp of that old Halfling.
" "Eh. . ?" "
Putting Ashcori back on the table, Bill continued to say to the two girls who still showed dumbfounded faces.
"Indeed, Ashcor still carries the curse. But, the curse he carried had already weakened so far, including his strength. And the seal attached to Ashcor still works well. Otherwise, you think this old man can still be sane?"
'Erm, that last sentence I asked.' Alice said inwardly as she turned her eyes away.
Despite that, Alice still felt reluctant to accept him again, and asked suspiciously. "So, what kind of curse is there on this sword?"
"Three. Ashcor brings three curses of destruction; immortality, madness, pain.
Thousands of years passed, and these eyes could witness it because of the first curse. Standing on a pile of dead bodies, and I did it because of the second curse. And this body whimpers but quietly, under the third curse."
