"It's still early in the morning, ma'am" said Dinda visited her mother who was drying clothes on the roof of the house. "Mom doesn't wear thick clothes. Don't you feel cold?" said Dinda while helping her mother hang a basket of wet clothes.
"Mother is used to waking up early" Mother Yuri replied. "It doesn't feel good to wake up in the morning just dazed daydreaming," Mother Yuri spoke while squeezing her clothes and keeping her on the clothesline.
"Mother always says so," Dinda was a little irritated. "Always say do not want to be confused when you wake up in the morning. It was the mother of wonder women who was always strong, to the point of ignoring her own health," Dinda nagged, she rebuked her mother who was acting indifferent to her health.
"Mother also needs some space to move, so that the bones of Mom's joints are not stiff," Mother Yuri saw Dinda who helped her dry clothes. "You're overdoing it on mom, too" Mother Yuri said acting as if she was strong. "Mom doesn't like to be quiet, especially if you don't do anything."
Dinda shook her head, she gave up on nagging her stubborn mother.
Dinda sat down on the chair after helping her mother. She was still wearing a flowery nightgown. "Today Dinda's off work. Want to take a walk around Jakarta?" Dinda switched to talking. "The rest of the refreshing, who knows you're tired at home every day."
"Mother is old. I'll be tired later when I walk. Mother's breath alone is not strong to be pulled," said Ibu Yuri rejected Dinda's idea. "Mom's just going to keep herself at home."
"Mother sure you don't want to travel around Jakarta for a while?"
"Mother is not a young person anymore who has to travel to all corners of the city," replied Ms. Yuri evasive. "You don't have to bother taking it out the streets."
Dinda nodded small. His discourse was not carried out to take his mother to explore the city of Jakarta as he had promised some time ago.
Niko was also on the rooftop where Mother Yuri and Dinda spoke in the morning.
"Sports tumben?" reprimand Dinda. Niko passed before him, heading towards the middle of the rooftop along with the sports equipment.
"Again you want to, you can't exercise?" niko toilet.
"No problem anyway. It's just too frenzied your workout clothes this morning," Dinda stared at Niko in detail. "Where to wear bandana, wear skipping anyway. What sport do you want to be a Victoria's secret model?" said meledek.
"Wild.... Niko's handsome, don't fade...." Niko answered jumping up and down while turning her skipping rope, her breathing began to wheeze. "If Niko is not handsome, then no one wants to be with Niko."
Dinda rubbed him with an ugly face. "If you love someone just because you look at their physicality, it's not like their name. Just being idle, and one day your partner will get tired of seeing your face that starts to look old," Dinda was a little bragging. He quoted Steve's words to himself while on the plane.
"Speaking brother is wise, why not all brothers become motivators. At the event guaranteed sister can be trending," chirped Niko boasting.
"Hush.." Dinda flicked her hand, refusing to talk to Niko. "That word is not motivation. I'm just quoting from someone."
"Surely Steve," sambar Niko. "That man has made my brother's brain short."
Miko did not pay much attention to Dinda's speech, she just focused on jumping rope that had drained her energy.
Until Miko also came to the rooftop approaching Ms. Yuri. "Mom, Miko is out playing with friends for a while" Miko takes her mother's wet hand and kisses her. "Mom's hand soap smell."
Yuri's mother rubbed Miko's hair. "Mom just dried your clothes, surely the smell of soap is still stuck."
"OOO. That is," Miko nodded. "Yes, Miko is leaving now, Ma'am" Miko left. It was morning at six. Miko already looks very neat and fragrant, typical of young people today.
"Repid, really," Dinda interrupted her sister's steps. "Don't tell me you want to shoot."
"Switches....." Miko hissed shut her mouth and hinted at Dinda that there was their mother. Miko blurted her lips while blinking her eyes at the mother. "Miko has a group lesson, so it should come in the morning," Miko quibbled, then left.
"Kh...." Dinda clawed at the behavior of Miko who had dared to lie.
Yuri's mother follows Miko who leaves the rooftop. His work that morning was done, Dinda also followed her mother.
All that was left on the rooftop was Niko, they ignored her.
"What's the cook this morning, ma'am?" ask Dinda. She stood at the kitchen table, while Mother Yuri sorted the vegetables in the refrigerator.
"Take it as usual" his mother replied. "Darling, vegetables from yesterday are not cooked. It's on the wither."
Dinda was very tired to see her mother who always loved withered vegetables. "Later if the vegetables are damaged, just buy a new one. Why should we assume that we are short of food."
Mother Yuri took out all the vegetables from the refrigerator, then placed them on the table. "If all humans think so, think as carefully as you say, maybe you will not learn from the lives of the orphanage children who are always grateful for having a place to live and eat. That's our basic principle that always lives simply, don't waste something that's in need."
"Tsk," Dinda. Dinda approached her mother, then looked at the mother's gloomy face. "Mom misses the children of the home?"
Mother Yuri exhaled a long breath. "Every time I see these withered vegetables. I always remember the orphans" said Ibu Yuri. "Don't know if they've eaten today or not. Whether the food they eat is delicious or not. Whether they were treated well by the head of the parlour or not, I don't know."
Mother Yuri's old face was worrying about the children of the orphanage it was very clearly looking grim. Dinda holds her mother's shoulder, she feels guilty for not understanding her mother. "I'm sorry Dinda Bu" Dinda said. "I'm sorry Dinda couldn't understand Mom. I've done a lot of things, but Dinda lightly told me to throw away vegetables that still look fresh" Dinda admitted. "Once again forgive Dinda Bu," he said.
Yuri's mother turned her back, she held Dinda's hand. His daughter's face was moody because she talked about this haru story.
"You're not wrong," Mother Yuri said trying to say tough. "Mother just tells us that simple living doesn't have to look at the lives of those who are above us, but we have to look at the lives of those who are below us. So that later we do not look at ourselves and then equate our lives with those who live in a life of wealth."
Dinda understood his mother's intentions, she felt enlightened by the Mother in the morning. "Thank you Mom" Dinda hugged her mother. "Thank you for reminding Dinda."
Mother Yuri smiled, she stroked Dinda's soft hair. "Mother does not want if the children Mother successful and in the future become arrogant to scatter treasure. You'll be happy if your kids are successful yet simple!" tukas Ibu Yuri advised.
Dinda was moved even more, she could not refuse her mother's advice. "Mother is right, Dinda must be wise now."
Niko, who is still exercising on the rooftop, accidentally sees a black car parked in front of their house. He looked, wondering who was going to visit in their house.
"Sister Steve," Niko was not surprised nor surprised. He knew that the man could not be far from his brother. "The man doesn't get tired of playing at home."
Niko looked at her watch, the sun was already a bit high. "Had he come, it's seven o'clock!"
Niko leaves the rooftop, she approaches Mother Yuri and her sister who is cooking.
"There's Steve in front of the gate" Niko said, washing her hands in the sink. "He misses his beautiful lover" Niko acted up.
Niko sniffed her armpits, even very deeply she sucked out her own scent. "Sir if you like to digress," said Niko. "I'm wearing deodorant, where it might smell. Just make it!"
"Niko," Mother Yuri called out to him. "Don't bother your sister, let her be free first today," Yuri's mother interrupted the ignorant Niko.
"Niko doesn't bother her Ma'am," Niko replied indifferently. "Niko just told Dinda's sister that the old man was in the front."
"Yes my sister heard that you said she was in front" said Dinda. "No need to repeat it twice."
Niko shook her head, she started to get annoyed at Dinda. "Had been told, instead of saying thank you, even in the omelin," Niko grumbled, then left the two just like that. "The fate of being the youngest child, is always to blame" Niko added.
"Samperin used to be Son of Steve, let Mother continue it," Mother Yuri ordered Dinda.
Dinda obeyed her mother, she left the kitchen.
The sound of the electric bell of his house kept ringing, Steve started acting this early. "Steve," at the door, Dinda greeted him with a warm smile. "You...."
"Did I bother you this early?" ask Steve.
Dinda shakes. "Not at all" he replied casually. "What's there to come so early? Isn't it a holiday today?"
Steve's hand behind his back, he pulled out followed by a bouquet of beautiful bright red flowers.
"What's this?" ask Dinda doesn't understand.
"It's the first flower I've given you since we've officially dated" Steve explained. "I bought it special for you."
"Why bother like this," Dinda blushed. "I don't really need flowers like this. I've been pleased with your attitude, so this flower is actually I don't like it."
"We're talking at the door, don't you want to let me in?" Steve admonishes Dinda, the woman begins to forget how to greet the guests.
"Oh, yeah, sorry," seeing Steve come this early, Dinda got nervous. Even forgetting about everything else included asking Steve to come into his house. "Let's go in first, we're talking inside" Dinda said.
Duh, why did I forget. Don't let Steve consider me disrespectful, God save me from his words later, said Dinda. He followed Steve into his little house.
"I brought Niko a new pair of shoes, not knowing if she liked it or not. I gave it to her, "Steve gave Dinda a shoebox, she sat down sweetly.
Niko who accidentally passed by, heard Steve's words. He quickly grabbed the shoe box in Dinda's hand. "This is serious for Niko?" Niko said in amazement. His facial expression looks bright. "Sister Steve really bought me shoes, which is expensive."
Niko's eyes could not help but feel happy because they were given expensive shoes by Steve. The shoes he wanted the most. "In this case, all of Niko's BELAGIO shoe collection is finally complete!"
Steve smiled at Dinda's excited sister. "This BELAGIO shoe production is limited. Only produced fifty-two pieces, and it was divided into several countries for sale. Brother remembers you, so sister gave him one pair for you, "Steve explained. "So don't forget that you're a Belagio fan" Steve said sweetly to Niko.
"Well," Niko was agape and flattered to get her dream shoes so easily. "Sister Steve gave me these expensive shoes. Steve doesn't feel lost. The price alone almost touched the number sixty million loh," said Niko. "Sir Steve is a different guy from Dinda's other boyfriend."
"What's? a boyfriend?" Steve was shocked. He looked at Dinda, raising his eyes, asking for an explanation from Dinda.
Dinda understood Steve's sharp glare. He quickly explained. "I mean Niko, you are the kindest man, so he often says slips."
Steve scrunched his forehead, not knowing Dinda was telling the truth or not. What is clear is that Steve did not want if in the past Dinda he had many lovers.
Niko gave her attention that was not separated from the shoes she was trying. Even fitting, Steve is good at choosing shoe sizes for him. "Shoes this expensive, I can't believe I can have them so easily," Niko muttered in astonishment.
Steve snorted, the price of the shoes given to Niko was nothing to Steve. "Just a little gift, I'd love to give you these shoes."
"Thank you brother," Niko said to Steve's pepper. "I'd better go first, Brother Steve wants to bring Brother Dinda, please. I'll allow representing mother," Niko said, leaving both.
He did not care about anything else, other than the expensive shoes that he had longed for.
Niko whistled excitedly towards her room. He smelled and inhaled the scent of shoes still wrapped in boxes.
"The box alone is made for one million, it is not wrong if the user of this shoe is high-class," said Niko. He put on his shoes, standing in front of a large glass, jerking the shoes that enveloped his feet. "Sir Steve is the best" in his room, Niko praised Steve.
"She was like that" Dinda interrupted Steve who laughed amusedly at Niko's behavior. "You must not be surprised to see the behavior of my brothers!"
"Your sister, my sister too" Steve said. "Don't be too upset with me. I also like them, Niko and Miko remind me of my teenage years" she said.
Dinda sat in front of him, this man had been well-groomed from morning. The smell of his body fluttering through the room. "This morning is very neat, where are you going?" dinda asked, she was curious.
Steve squinted his eyes, then smiled. "I want to take you somewhere. It just so happens that today is a national holiday, I have time for a vacation" Steve explained.
"Where?"
Steve didn't answer, he just threw a smile full of question marks.
Mother Yuri who had finished cooking in the kitchen, came to disturb the conversation of the two of them for a moment.
"Breakfast is ready, let's eat" he said kindly. "Sir Steve, don't be so shy about Mom. Let's just say Steve's son is eating at home by himself," he said familiarly.
"Just calm down, Mom," Steve replied. "I never thought my house or my mother's house was different. There is no difference in contrast between us. I already thought of Mom as my own parents," Steve said kindly, leaving a fierce impression of her face.
Dinda chuckles at Steve's different style of speech than usual.
"Why are you laughing" Steve said quietly. He realized that Dinda was laughing at him.
"I'm not laughing" said Dinda. "You're the one who's too sensitive."
Steve snorted, this woman started lying to him.
