Dea sat pensively in the police station after she was interrogated as a witness. The girl still couldn't believe what was happening. His face was still as pale as before when he found his roommate dead by suicide.
He did not expect, the dance he had just known a month ago ended his life by taking sleeping pills at a reasonable threshold. A woman five years older than him died of an overdose.
Dea closed her eyes, as she reflected on the stiff body of Dance as she found it and the woman's mouth that was spitting out a lot of foam.
As long as Dea knew the woman, Dari never seemed like a person with much trouble. He was always cheerful and also so good to Dea. But today Dea learned a new fact, that the woman lived a long time. He has no family to go home to.
It makes Dea mentally hit, will his fate be the same as Dance,? Although he still has a family, but maybe someday he will be alone. How would he live his life if it really happened to him. Dea rubbed her face in a huff.
Although his life is difficult, and always faced with misfortune at least he never thought to end his life.
Dea was allowed to go home, but the girl was too scared to go home. So he called Dean asking the man to pick him up at the police station. Actually he wanted to call Dion but he was still upset with his girlfriend.
Dean who got the shocking news was immediately hit by gas. As soon as he reached the police station, he saw Dea sitting alone in the waiting chair with a pale face.
" Dea, "Call Dean down.
Dea looked up, as soon as Dean saw that the girl's eyes started to look in the mirror. He stood up immediately.
" Dean," he said no less.
Dean approached Dea, and took the girl into his arms. His heart felt torn, why the girl was always hit by bad things.
" All right, there I am." Dean gently rubbed Dea's back giving the girl peace of mind.

Dean couldn't leave the girl alone. So he decided to bring Dea to his studio apartment which he just occupied two days ago.
" For tonight, sleep here,"
Dea nodded obediently.
" You sleep on the bed, let me sleep on the floor."
Dea's watching Dean's apartment. Not too big. And there was no furniture except a mattress and a small closet.
" Do you want to eat?"
Dea shakes. Suddenly his appetite was lost due to the terrible incident. Dea sat down by the side of the bed, her head still filled with the shadows of Dance. While Dean chose to sit on the floor leaning on the edge of the cot.
"I still can't believe he ended his life that way." Dea open the sound.
" Oh, don't think about it. That's choice. Even if the choice is wrong."
" I know that. Unfortunately for his fate, he did not even have a family who would take care of his body. Dying in solitude. My life is still so much better than hers, but I'm not grateful for that. I still complain and think God is unfair."
Dean fell silent, Dea's words seemed to pique his heart. Hearing the word family, he remembered his adoptive parents. If he really broke off his relationship with them, of course he would be a kara. Dying in solitude, the phrase frightened him. When he woke up, it meant a family.
"Dean," Dea touched the dreamy-looking man's shoulder.
" Yes,?"
" What are you thinking?"
" It's nothing - what. I just remember my parents,"
Silent.
Both dissolve with their minds.
"Did you really stop working,?" dean's question broke the silence shifting their subject.
" Yes, "
"Then, are you going home, then,?"
" I don't know, that's what I'm thinking,"
There is one thing that Dea considers. About the man she accidentally met on the street this morning. Somehow he wanted to make sure that the man was his uncle or just similar. For that he must remain in this city. Looking for the man. If it was his uncle, of course his grandmother would be happy to hear the news.
"I'll help you find a new job" Dean said.
Dea sighed.
Dean glanced at Dea, he reviewed a wry smile.
" Are you guys still fighting, huh,?" ask Dean.
Dea gave no answer, only her breathing could be heard.
" It seems like yes, otherwise you might not have asked me to pick you up at the police station right," Again Dea gave no answer.
The night is getting late, but they are still awake. Dea changed the posidi sitting by leaning on the head of the cot, while Dean was still sitting on the floor not moving at all.No conversation, they kept quiet until Dean asked Dea to sleep.
" Let's rest, it's late" Dean said.
" Where could I possibly sleep, after what I've been through. If you are sleepy go to sleep first" Dea replied.
" No, I won't sleep if you haven't slept,"
Dea laughed a little.
" Try to lay down your body, you'll be asleep later" Dean ordered.
Dea, according to him, began to lay down his body
" Nah, already. You go to sleep, too,"
" I'll make sure you get some sleep, and then I go to bed,"
" Gosh," Dea chuckled at Dean's childish demeanor.
" You'll have to work tomorrow, if I'm free. Tomorrow I'm officially unemployed. I have plenty of time to take a nap" Dea said.
Dean just laughed. How can he sleep, if now he is in one room alone with the girl he likes.
" Well, I'll help you sleep, please" Dean said, rising from his seat.
Eyes widened Dea. His heart is beating fast. He realized that he was now in a room with a man.
Dean came towards the bed. Dea inched backwards while fortifying himself.
" Don't do anything, what do you want to do, anyway,?" ask Dea to panic.
Dean frowned, and then he laughed. I don't know what the girl was thinking right now, whose clear panicked Dea face was so adorable in her eyes.
Dean opened the nightstand drawer beside the bed and pulled out something.
" I'm just gonna take this, to help you fall asleep," Dean pointed out a harmonica in his hand.
"What are you thinking,?" Dean shook his head staring in surprise at Dea.
Dea's face flushed with embarrassment, and she immediately covered her face with a pillow. He thinks Dean's gonna do something negative.
Dean sat back down and leaned against the edge of the cot.
" Hear well - well. After this you'll be asleep,"
The mature brown-skinned man began to play the harmonica. I don't know what song he's playing that clearly sounds good to the ear. The music coming out of the instrument was heard inviting drowsiness.
Dea yawned, her eyes slowly starting to weigh. By the end of Dean's game, the girl had already fallen asleep. Dean moved to sit on the side of the bed.
The smile engraved on Dean's face saw Dea who had started to fall into a dream. He couldn't help but touch the girl. His left hand raised touched Dea's head and rubbed it affectionately.
" I'm sorry, I can't help my feelings. The more days I like you, the more" Dean whispered.
"And sorry also for this," Dean brought his face closer, and left a brief peck on the girl's forehead.
Then Dean also laid himself on the floor beside the bed with a blanket. I hope he can also enter his dream.
