The Winged Angel

The Winged Angel
Chapters. 82

With a hasty step Dea entered the IGD room, he was confused to find the whereabouts of the grandmother. After finding him, Dea immediately approached.

Looks like grandma is asleep on the bed with the infusion in her hand.

"How's grandma,?"

Sifa who was sitting behind him turned her head. Clearly, worry was on Sifa's face.

"Not yet treated by a doctor," replied Sifa bowed.

"Why,?" Eyes widened Dea.

"Say grandma hasn't paid her health insurance card in a long time, so we have to pay that off first,"

Dea rubbed his face riled up, how he would pay it off while he had no money at all. His debt is the same as Dion's too much.

"Dea, man,"

Dea flinched as Sifa called out to her.

"Where,? Do you have any money,?" Dea shook weakly.

"Then how should we?" Sifa's eyes began to glaze over with glass.

"I don't know either,"

Dea looked at the weak-lying grandmother, regardless of how her grandmother had behaved, the old woman had a big part in raising her.

"What does it cost, anyway,?"asked Dean who had eavesdropped on their conversation.

Dea and Sifa turned to the source of the voice. Dea was surprised to see Dean there. After arriving at the hospital, he got off the bike without saying anything to Dean. He thought Dean was gone.

" You followed me here, right,?" ask Dea.

" So you didn't realize it, did you,?" Dean looked a little disappointed.

" I'm sorry, I was so panicked,"

"Who is he,?" whispered Sifa elbowing Dea's arm.

" Oh, meet him, he's Dean's workmate. He was the one who brought me here "pronounced Dea introduced Dean.

Sifa smiled as she extended her hand.

" Dean" replied Dean, answering Sifa's hand.

" So how much it costs, who knows I can help,"

Dea shook her head in rejecting Dean's good intentions. Dean is still a stranger to him. He had known the man for about two weeks.

" No, we'll think of a way,"

" But, your grandmother has to be dealt with, what if there's a serious problem, then,?"

Dea gulped down his saliva roughly.

" Mas Rangga, have you contacted him?" Suddenly Dea remembered her distant cousin.

"No, you know what my relationship is with him" replied Sifa.

Dea snorted in annoyance, at this crucial moment Sifa was still thinking about her own feelings.

Dea stepped outside the IGD room, then she called Rangga and told him what was going on. Luckily, Rangga can help. Dea breathed a sigh of relief, he did not need to trouble others for his family problems.

"How,?" ask Dean.

"Alhamdulillah, Rangga mas can help,"

Dean nodded in understanding.

"Thank you, you've brought me. I'll go in again, take care of Grandma's administration."

Dea re-entered the IGD, and took care of her grandmother's administration. He changed his grandmother's status to that of a general patient, because if the patient with a health insurance card he had to take care of it to the health insurance office the next day. While his grandmother must be dealt with immediately.

Dean sat dumbstruck on the bench in the hospital park. He's confused where he's going tonight. Going home to her foster parents is impossible. He is also lazy if he has to find a hotel to stay.

After thinking about it for a long time, Dean decided to go back to the hospital. Previously he bought food for the reason he met Dea again.

By the time she reached IGD, it turned out that Dea's grandmother had just been transferred to the hospital room. Dean went straight to Grandma Dea's in-house.

At first he hesitated to go into the room of Grandma Dea, but seeing the food he had already bought finally he ventured to enter.

"Loh, you haven't come home yet, have you,?" Dea was surprised to see Dean.

"No, I bought you some food, yet" Dean placed the package he had brought on the nightstand.

" How's your grandma?" dea asked observing Dea's sleeping grandmother.

"There is no serious problem, fortunately when he fell his head was not hit. His blood pressure was low probably due to the shock of the fall," Dea explained accompanied by a sigh of relief.

Sifa had been watching Dean incessantly ever since the man entered the room.  Dean realized that, but he chose to pretend not to know.

"I'll accompany you here" said Dean hesitantly, fearing Dea would refuse.

Dea turned her head to look at Dean with a frown.

"No,_"The word - Dea's word was cut off as Sifa interrupted quickly.

"No problem, we would be very grateful if Dean could accompany us. Honestly, we have no one - who to expect. And this is also the first time Grandma has been in the hospital" Sifa said.

Dean smiled happily, not with Dea he glared sharply at his cousin.

"You eat first, the food is still an angel" Dean said.

Dean grabbed the plastic bag and took out the contents. The aroma of the rice paddies directly nudge the olfactory Dea. Because the three of them were hungry, without saying anything else they immediately ate.

Dion was pacing back and forth in his room, and he had called Dea's number, but the girl had not answered his call. Even the message in WA is only two checks without being read. He had seen Dea online.

Last afternoon when he visited Dea's office, one of the employees there said that Dea had come home in a hurry while crying. He went to Dea's room, but he didn't find Dea there.

"Why is he still not picking up my phone,"

In the midst of her turmoil, the door to her room was knocked. Nayla the sister went into the room.

"Sister, tomorrow's sister's boyfriend playing here, huh,?"tanya Nayla sits on Dion's bed.

"Not yet,"

"Yesterday, my sister said that tomorrow my sister's boyfriend wants to come here,"

Dion sighed, and then sat down beside Nayla.

" Why is it, then,?"

"I just want to say, if yes, here a little afternoon, wait for me to go home to school first. I also want to meet my future sister-in-law," said Nayla blinked one eye.

"Look tomorrow, it's there, get out,! Brother's going to bed,"

Nayla snatches when expelled her sister. As soon as Nayla leaves her room, Dion again tries to contact Dea. Unfortunately, Dea's number is inactive.

"Why don't you go home,?"ask Dean.

"Tomorrow in the morning" replied Dean.

"Where do you want to sleep?" Dea saw that an empty bed had been occupied by Sifa, after eating earlier Sifa fell asleep.  The other empty bed was occupied by another patient's family.

"I can sleep on the floor, or if not on the outside bench" Dean said casually as if it wasn't a big deal.

Dean got up from his seat.

"I want to smoke outside first" Dean said.

Dea nodded.

"If there's anything - just call me," Dean said as he stepped out.

Suddenly Dea remembered that she had not informed Dion. Dea rushed to find her phone. It turned out that the flat object was running out of power. Dea patted her eel when she remembered she left her phone charger at the boarding.
