Arriving home, Anne immediately tells Robert about the events in the office today.
"Rob, do you remember Denise's caterpillar? She is the daughter of the owner of DD Group. He would trade snacks from my office for sale to Latin America, Europe and Africa India. Oh my God, the world is so narrow. He certainly still remembers me and I suspect he'll mess with me at the PO place, huhhh," said Anne.
"Oh yeah, I just found out that Denise is the son of the owner of DD Group. Yes, be patient, just do everything you can, don't mind too much. Okay?" rich Robert to appease Anne.
After that they both ate dinner and rested. Robert took his phone to check the chat in his WhatsApp inbox.
Matt: [Sir, the info from our man is Mr. Ridhan and Mrs Sandra is not willing to sell her business, they want to leave everything to Spencer. They also did not flinch as some guests advised them to love their daughters fairly. So, it's been hard to change his attitude, sir. ]
Robert: [Is there any other news? ]
Matt: [No, sir. Mrs Sandra is still sick, unable to walk properly. ]
Robert: [Anne just told me. DD Group becomes customer of Era Mas. Find out more about DD Group and Denise. If they mess with Anne, I'll soon acquire the company to be mine. ]

Robert immediately hung up his phone as his wife lay beside him. They also immediately rest.

"Here I massage, hold it, yes" said Mr. Ridhan as he massaged his wife's left knee hard.
"Ohhhhhhhh, sickttt, my knee is even more painful, it has stopped dehhh," sobbed Madame Sandra while enduring the pain. His left knee is now more painful. She regretted, should not have asked her husband to help her massage because it turned out to be even more sick.
At last Madame Sandra fell asleep after being tired of crying. He hopes his legs will heal soon.

The next day at Anne's office.
Arriving at the office, Anne immediately checked her email and sure enough PO from DD Group has come out. There are Five POs and all of them with specs that are absurd and very difficult. They wanted a Dry Tempe Maknyoz Snack that was tailored to the local flavor of Latin America.
Then, there are changes in all parameters of thickness, crispness, taste, etc., all different from the initial approved soec. So, now Anne has to rework even from scratch. He immediately sent the PO to the factory production head and QC lab to check in advance whether it could produce the PO or not. That's just one problem.
Another issue is related to shipping and documents. How is it possible to send 1 container snack per week, aka gap equipment for only a week while long sailing for up to two months, shipping costs are very expensive, which liner will take this order? Contract with liner top even with a good freight rate has been done, but do not joke with only 1 container/week. Can't they increase the order quantity?
The next issue is related to the shipping documents. They asked BL and the COO to indicate that the shipper was DD Group and Era Mas was a one-half of DD Group only. They asked for documents to be sent immediately once the ship was shipped out, how could it possibly try? The export document team must wait for the BL to be issued first and then issue the invoice, and go to the government office and take care of the COO and other documents. In addition, they asked to make an invoice at a low price because to avoid expensive taxes in the country. How can the Era Mas document team do that, because it must report taxes to the Indonesian government with real invoices instead of manipulation invoices. I don't know, Anne feels this PO DD Group is impossible to run, complicated.
