The Unusual Husband

The Unusual Husband
The Part 22

Then, when Oma Tinka fell ill, was it not appropriate and should Madame Sandra and her family take care of Oma Tinka until called by God? Because Oma Tinka is still healthy, used for energy, then fitting sick, Oma Tinka cooking is hated and thrown away?

Mr. Handri is busy doing business, and still going back and forth to visit Kanzania which is boarding in Bandung. Therefore, Mr. Handri's intention was that he wouldn't mind sending a large monthly sum to Oma Tinka as long as the one guarding Oma Tinka was Mrs Sandra alone.  However, Madame Sandra was cunning and did not want to be tired, so she wanted to take turns with Mr. Handri in taking care of Oma Tinka.

Sick parents are cranky and fussy because they cannot move freely as when they are healthy, in addition, midnight likes to wake up because of hunger and want to urinate or defecate, while Mrs Sandra is not used to get up and wake up at night. During this time ‘kan Spencer and Anne of the baby treated Oma Tinka, which means Oma Tinka who wake up at midnight when they are babies to give milk, carrying when crying, changing diapers, and so on, etc. How good is this Lady Sandra, just work without the need to take care of the night. Now when karma demands revenge, Mrs Sandra becomes angry because she is not used to waking up and guarding the night. They do not want to use the services of a parent nurse because they object to the cost of her salary, so inevitably for reasons of frugality, must keep Oma Tinka alone.

So what about Spencer?

Spencer married Renita. Since Spencer from before marriage had already said that he did not want to bring Oma Tinka, his wife was affected. Both stay separated from the house of Mrs Sandra Palm Spring, and buy their own house in the housing as well, just different complexes. Incredible ‘kan Spencer. He is a man who is smart to look for face, good at shiny tongue, and can twist the facts, should he as a grandson should want to take Oma Tinka to death, right? That's Spencer, he just wants treasure from his parents, but he doesn't want to bother. Spencer doesn't like Oma Tinka very much because Oma Tinka used to bring her along and disapprove of her when dating some women older than Spencer.

At best, Spencer must be willing to take Mrs Sandra and Mr. Ridhan to nothing, because all the Halinger family's possessions will be his. Again about treasure. In the eyes of Mrs Sandra and Mr. Ridhan, the dear and expected child is Spencer, and because Spencer will receive all the inheritance, so Spencer's in charge of taking care of his parents until nothing happens. Mrs Sandra's unjust nature on the child also had a huge impact on her children. One is stubborn and thirsty for affection (Anne), the other is thirsty for treasure (Spencer). Spencer didn't get along with Anne.

Mrs Sandra, Mr. Ridhan, Spencer and Renita are three dollars. They are active in religious activities and like to make donations to the synagogue. However, their attitude to Oma Tinka and Anne, becomes a question mark of their own, whether they are really good people or hypocrites. For what diligently donate the synagogue, if not treat parents and children themselves with love? Is it just because you want to get a reward? I don't know, Anne didn't dare to judge her parents, she just wrote this down in her diary.

Is Mrs Sandra not afraid of the law of karma? What if one day, Mrs Sandra who changed to have a stroke, will Spencer and Renita want to patiently take care of her too? Seems not. Boy when married, tends to come with his wife ‘kan.

That is the difficulty of families that are too patrilineal and divided, and put aside girls. Like the word had thrown away his daughter like throwing spit, and could not be licked again spit.

Anne and Robert greeted Mr. Handri and Mrs Mary in the living room.

“Halo Uncle and Aunt, how are you?” anne was friendly.

“Hello, Anne, Robert. We're fine. Come please come in, Oma Tinka in the room,” said Mr. Handri friendly.

“I'm good, Oma. It's a little souvenir for Oma huh,” Anne replied as she hugged Oma Tinka.

“When are you pregnant? Oma wants to see great-grandfather before Oma dies later,” asks Oma Tinka again.

“Iya Oma, I hope I get pregnant soon. Oma don't worry, let's go to sleep again,” Anne replied quietly while peeping Oma Tinka's cheek.

No tears welled up in Anne's eyes, her affection for Oma Tinka is still felt today. Anne is eager to help care for Oma Tinka, but her power is limited, her house is small, and her money runs out to pay for housing and motorcycle installments, as well as giving monthly money to Mrs Sandra and help a little of the medical expenses of Oma Tinka that she sent to Madam Sandra every month.

If Madame Sandra ‘sih wants to be nice, she always presses Anne not to forget to return the favor to Oma Tinka, she said, and he thinks Anne should have brought Oma Tinka because Anne is Oma Tinka's beloved granddaughter. In fact, Anne felt bad for Robert who had accepted him as he was, and Robert's position was only as a granddaughter-in-law, out of place to have Robert pay for and care for Oma Tinka. Actually Robert just wants to take care of Oma Tinka, only he does not want Madame Sandra to just take off her hands.

Then, Robert and Anne prayed briefly for Oma Tinka's health before they exited Oma Tinka's room.

Mr. Handri and Mrs Mary had prepared lunch for Anne and Robert and they had lunch together. Anne and Robert enjoyed chatting with Mr. Handri because Mr. Handri was wise and wise. His acquaintances were from various circles, and also active in religious activities. Mr. Handri actually practiced the teachings of love to Oma Tinka, even though Oma Tinka did not help raise the three children of Mr. Handri, but the mother is still the mother, right?

Anne only hoped that one day Mrs Sandra, Mr. Ridhan, and Spencer would be opened by God, and apologized to her, and when the time came it was the right time. May one day Mrs Sandra be aware of all her actions that hurt Anne and Oma Tinka. Hopefully one day Spencer's mask opens in his parents' eyes. It might be interesting if everything is open. May that time come, Mrs Sandra is not too late to correct her mistake. Treasures can be sought, but the happiness of getting together with family is everything. Make a lot of possessions, but can not enjoy happiness and even lose children, even though they do not love Anne, but they have acted foolishly by preferring possessions rather than Anne.

Mr. Handri did not forget to tell Anne to forgive her parents. We too are sinners before God. Clean the heart well before pregnancy, and hope that the pregnancy is not sickly and the baby is not fussy when it is born later, the baby is blessed abundantly. God will replace it with a new blessing for Anne and Robert later.
