Robert Anderson is a 30 year old man. Three years ago, he married Anne Halinger because of an arranged marriage made by her Grandpa Anne, Grandpa Thomas. Robert had a handsome face and athletic body, but he had no job at the time because his mining business was in trouble and almost bankrupt. When Robert married Anne, he claimed to be out of work when in fact he was the heir to the Anderson family business empire that spread around the world. Robert also has various other skills, such as IT expert, playing piano, violin, guitar and other musical instruments, then he also has acupuncture skills that are learned by self-taught through reading medical books.
At that time, Anne who knew nothing about Robert, decided to accept the match because Anne was mature enough to get married, which was 27 years. Better to get married than not at all, right? After all, Robert looked quite friendly and unassuming. Robert accepted this matchup because he was attracted by Anne's simple and humble appearance.
Robert did not tell Anne his true identity and anyone else. He didn't want people to know about his near-bankrupt business venture. In addition, even though Robert's parents were wealthy, Robert wanted to succeed on his own without bringing the big-name frills of his family. Robert wanted to know if Anne would be able to love her for who she was, not because there was anything. He also wanted to know who the real friends were and who the real enemies were.
All Anne knew was that Robert had no steady job and looked innocent or stupid in Anne's eyes. Anne had doubts about whether Robert was materialistic and only pursued the Halinger family fortune. The Halinger family has a crackling business in the field of building materials, namely the Matrial Halinger Company.
However, Robert never asked Anne and her family for money or anything from introduction to marriage until now. Only one knows Robert's true identity, Grandpa Thomas. Thomas' grandfather believed that Robert was a proper man, kind and fit to be Anne's companion forever. In addition, Grandpa Thomas wants Anne to learn to appreciate people not only from her outward appearance, but also from her heart.
After marriage, Anne and Robert lived in a modest house close to the Halinger family residence. The little house Anne bought with KPR. Anne wanted to live independently with Robert after marriage. Besides, it's more convenient to live alone after marriage, right?
It is very unfortunate if one house with in-laws and brothers-in-law of the Halinger family who look down on Robert just because they consider Robert a bitch and just angry. Anne only considered Robert a husband on paper and did not want to room with him. Robert doesn't mind that either. For Robert, love cannot be forced.
Robert spent his days helping with household chores at home. She helps with cooking, sweeping, mopping the house, washing and drying clothes, as well as scrubbing dry laundry. Weird, right? Anne was actually able to hire a domestic assistant, but Robert wanted to do the household tasks himself because he did not have a regular job, automatically he had abundant time at home. Instead of just eating, sleeping and playing mobile phones, Robert chose to do household tasks to fill his time. Anne did not want to comment about it, the important thing is that she can continue to work as a sales admin at Era Mas Company.
Although Anne's parents and siblings knew that Robert was the one doing the housework, they could only sneer and never even offer help to Anne and Robert, and never asked the maid from the Halinger family home to help Anne and Robert. Anne also felt uncomfortable and did not want to lower her self-esteem and ask for anything from her parents. Only Grandpa Thomas loved Anne sincerely.
How can Robert, who is already busy with household duties, still be able to work as the CEO of the Black Diamond Company? Of course it can be because Robert is good at managing his time and also because it is helped by Matt and his staff who are very competent. After the housework is done, Robert will go into his room and start opening his cell phone and laptop, then check email and lead meetings online if there are important problems. When Anne came home, Robert closed his laptop and prepared warm water for Anne to take a bath, as well as dinner together. Anne sometimes told me about her work, but sometimes she could just shut up if her mood was bad because of exhaustion. Robert would be a good listener and smile at Anne. Robert also massaged Anne's legs during aches. Ah, how good, Robert, right? However, Anne did not have any feelings for Robert until the third year of the marriage.
Anne did not think to have children first because she still wanted to focus on working to pay off her home KPR installments, as well as her ideals of having a car, motorcycle, etc. Anne used to work hard and buy herself the things she wanted because her parents were loving and more affectionate with her older brother who was the successor to the Halinger family business. It doesn't feel good in debt, does it? Anne preferred to buy her own things without raising her hand to her petty parents.
The story of Robert and Anne is still going on, accompanied by seasoning from the family of both parties, relatives, friends, etc. How does Robert's journey prove his true identity to Anne's family who insulted him as the Unconsidered Son-in-law? So what about Robert and Anne, will they fall in love with each other? Will they be able to survive in the face of family conflict, or will they even separate? What was Anne's reaction to knowing Robert's true identity?
Let's follow their story.
