Chap 30's. Bad feeling

Three days passed after the training of the academy match was held, all went quite smoothly as usual, until it arrived at a quiet night.

I, who was meditating in the back of the house to train my focus and sensitivity, was suddenly startled with a bad feeling.

"Did?!" I opened my eyes with a pretty tense sensation.

"Dad!" call me.

The father who was cleaning his katana, then looked in astonishment at my frightened facial expression.

"I felt something really bad" I explained.

"Did you eat something?" ask my dad who doesn't pay attention to it.

"Not father, this feeling is like-" I haven't had time to finish my words, suddenly the aura was again felt by me and also father.

"You're right Yuuta, this is an aura belonging to a demon!" obviously father.

"No way, are there demons around here?" I started to panic.

"Heh, are you scared?" asked my father who instead mocked me with his grinning smile.

"Then go out and find the devil! then kill him" father ordered.

"Maybe it's just a demon beast, so I'm sure you can defeat it" said the father with confidence.

Hearing that I just kept quiet with a gulp, I felt tense from the pressure of the aura like I just felt this time.

"Take one of my swords, and use it to kill the demon" my father said.

"Alright then," said I who then immediately took the sword displayed in its place.

"Hey! not that one!" shouted my father.

But I ignored him and still carried the silver katana sword.

"It was a silver dragon sword that was very difficult to obtain, you are still not ready to use it!" my father explained.

I in a hurry did not have time to listen to that explanation, and immediately returned to the backyard of the house.

With great alert I stood in the middle of the courtyard and tried to search for the existence of the demon.

I began to enter the forest by slipping from behind a tree to another tree.

There was a sound like a wild animal eating something.

"That's it!" I said I found the devil.

It looks like a wolf creature with a human-like body, is eating the deer he killed.

Just looking at it was enough to give me a little goosebumps, how not? its huge body and claws as well as its sharp fangs looked so terrifying.

"So it's a demon beast huh?" muttered.

Suddenly the creature turned towards me, perhaps it was because he could hear even a small voice.

I turned my back and hid behind a tree.

I felt that he would soon discover my whereabouts, so I prepared to fight against him by pulling the sword I had brought from the scabbard.

I just came out from behind a tree to attack, but when I turned around it turned out that the creature was no longer in place.

But the bushes around me made a noise, like something was moving very fast.

I turned to the right and left to follow the direction of the noise, until the moment it disappeared.

The quiet atmosphere and the wind that blew cold at night, made the situation very gripping.

With sweat beginning to trickle down my forehead, I faced a demonic beast for the first time.

All of a sudden the creature appeared and tried to pounce on me from behind, but with trained reflexes I immediately jumped and avoided the attack.

"Based coward! how dare to play behind!" said I was upset.

His red eyes and drool dripping in his mouth, were clearly visible before me a bloodthirsty demonic creature.

Very quickly he dashed towards me, trying to strike again with his sharp claws.

He kept attacking me, but I managed to dodge every attack he made.

Until it seemed like she was getting upset and started attacking me brutally, to the point of overwhelming me a little.

The creature seemed to start raging, and attacked me with both of its claws simultaneously.

I parried both of his claws with a katana sword, but the attack was much stronger than I thought.

Then I swung my sword down quickly, and immediately jumped to the side to avoid it.

It managed to make him fall to the ground and the gap to attack him began to open.

Immediately I took a swing to counterattack him.

"With this it's over!" my word.

With the sword thrust upward, I will slash the creature's neck with a single strike.

I slashed the slash vertically down, and the strike hit his neck.
