Tadashi and Shana returned to the room after finishing the controls. In the room were Father, Mother and Sister Rhena. Shana was still in her wheelchair.

“you have done control? How did it go?” tanya Mom immediately approached Tadashi and Shana.

“development is good. It will recover in a few days. Shana has to rest a lot because it only survives with one kidney.” Tadashi said trying to explain the results of the control they did this afternoon.

“thank God, Shana. You'll get well soon.” Said Dad no less happy to hear the good news.

“do you want to lie in bed again? I helped you move.”

“i'm here for a minute Mother. Tired must lie still.” Shana shifts her wheelchair facing Rhena. “you're done with college?”

“ya. Today I finished quickly. Congratulations, yes. Soon you will recover. We will gather again.” Rhena said she was happy to hear the good news about her younger brother's condition.

“thank you for taking care of me, brother. Sorry all this time often troubles you.” Shana said while slightly bowing.

Rhena smiled seeing a lot of changes in Shana. “you're here, don't talk like we'll never see each other again.”

“you're my best brother.” Shana said with a smile. “Mother, I seem a little tired. Can you help me move to ti............................................”.............................................<TAG1>.

Shana's words were cut off. He felt a tremendous pain around his chest and stomach. Even he could not continue his words. Shana fell from her wheelchair while holding her stomach in pain. Everyone in the room immediately helped Shana and took her to the emergency room.

His heart rate is weakening. His blood pressure is unstable. His breath disappeared for a moment. Even a defibrillator can't get his heart rate back to normal. Various attempts have been made to bring Shana back. However, the condition says another. God wants the best for Shana. Aortic vessels that were originally swollen in Shana's stomach, now finally rupture. The thing that was worried about has now happened. Shana can no longer be saved. The aortic vessel took his life in an instant.

No one would have expected this to happen, however, it was possible that Shana had already noticed it from the beginning. Maybe he realized that his time was only a matter of minutes. Cries and screams filled the emergency room. All loss. All sad. Hysterical screams came out of Cleanne's mouth when she had just come with her lover Misaki. She has not even met Shana for the last time. Leo simply fell silent in disbelief at what he had just seen. As if unable to believe what had happened, he recalled Shana's words yesterday. So, this is what Shana meant.not to be mistaken anymore. Shana already knew this was what was going to happen to her.

--Two Days Later—

Hana opened her eyes. Very bright light. What place? Why are so many people looking at him? Someone's voice called his name. His face looks worried. What the hell is going on?

“Hana? Thank goodness you're sober.” Said Dad who had looked anxious, now immediately excited after seeing Hana unconscious.

“what's your head hurting? Does your body hurt?” mother asked very scared.

Hana is still silent. Gathering all his consciousness first.his entire body felt aching. His head felt an incredible pain. He is still like a confused person.

“kalian.......who?” hana asked finally let out a voice after seeing people she did not recognize at all.

Mom and Dad were hit hard by Hana's words. Dad immediately told Leo to call the doctor who handled Hana. Rhena could only be shocked while closing her lips. How ironic. After Shana's death, Hana must now wake up in a state of memory loss. The doctor came in a few minutes and immediately checked Hana's condition. The concussion affected his long-term memory. Even Hannah could not remember herself. This incident really took everyone by storm. What sins have the twins done to have to endure this kind of suffering. What a tragic story.

The doctor immediately asked Hana's entire family to discuss the matter outside. Dad, Mom, Leo and Rhena immediately followed the doctor. I don't know what the doctor will talk about. This problem seems so bad.

Hana tried to get up and sit on her bed. His mind was still filled with questions, Who are they? Even Hana herself did not recognize herself. His eyes were fixed on the bed next to him which was very neatly arranged. Why are there 2 beds in the VIP room? Whose bed is that? Has anyone been sick before? Hannah felt there was something in the bed. Butwhat?
