Sacrifice for Hana
“impossible....I will not allow you.” Shouted Tadashi while yelling at Shana who started using a wheelchair.
Shana takes Tadashi for a walk to the park. However, the call was not without reason. There are important things Shana has to do.
“this is all I can do for Hana.”
“you will donate one kidney to sustain Hana's life, then what about your own life?!! I can't allow you.”
“i will still be able to live with one kidney. My physique is stronger than Hana's. You know that, right?”
“your physical condition will be much decreased when you only survive with one kidney.”
“this is all my fault involving Hana until it gets like this. It doesn't seem fair that I survived while Hana suffered the most. You must understand my point.” Shana answered while looking down. His sad face was back.
Operation Hana did go well last night. However, he was still unconscious. The worst possibility when Hana regained consciousness later was that she lost her memory and could not see anything. That's the scariest thing in Shana's life.
“i can't let you in the worst condition. I promised Hiroki I'd always take care of you. No, Shana. I can't allow you.”
Shana smiles. “Hiroki will definitely be happy if I think about the circumstances of others. To value the interests of others more than my own. It all started with me bringing Hana to this disaster. It would be appropriate if I were responsible. I promise you, I'll be fine.”
Tadashi did not dwell on seeing Shana's smile that looked very confident. He sat down and thought of something. Both of his palms were clenched.
“your own condition is still very worrying. How can you think of anyone else? If anything happens to you, I can't forgive myself.”
“you've done everything that's best for me and Hana. I know thank you won't be enough to get back at you. Now, it's my turn to do the best for others.” Shana said with a smile.
Shana nodded confidently. It is ready to survive with only one functioning kidney. It's not something where his life will end after the surgery. There's nothing to be afraid of. Everything's gonna be fine.
“I will prepare the operation room, you get ready and don't forget to contact your father about this. I'm sure he's definitely against it.” Tadashi said as he passed.
“oohh. Should I call Dad? He will definitely nag me.” Shana grumbled as she closed her eyes and patted her eel.

A fairly large operating room and it feels scary. Next to him lay Hana who was still unconscious. Shana hopes that after this Hana can wake up. The sisters are preparing everything that is needed. On the other hand, Shana sees Tadashi staring at Shana with a sad face. The operation will be in 30 minutes.
“you've contacted your father?” tanya Tadashi then approached Shana who was lying in wait for the operation to begin.
“thanks to you I was taken all out by Dad. He must be on his way here by now. If you are angry, please explain the rest yes.” Shana jokingly said to Tadashi.
“you can still prank me like this? Remember yes. You must survive.”
“calm down. I'm much stronger than you think.” Shana said sure.
The operation started. Tadashi waits anxiously outside with Father who comes in angrily. Tadashi managed to convince Dad that this operation was not too risky. Rhena also immediately came to the hospital after getting word about Shana's surgery.
The operation lasted 3 hours. Now Shana and Hana have been moved to their respective rooms. Both are still unconscious. However, Hana's condition improved after being donated by a kidney from Shana. However, Shana's condition weakened slightly. Everyone gathered to see the miracle that might happen to the twins.
