The My Hollywood System

The My Hollywood System
Chapter 119

Staring at Leonardo Di Caprio's face, Will could only gape for a few seconds. He even reached out and pinched Leo's cheek to see if he was real.

"guys! Are you Gay?!" I thought you were in a relationship with June Roberts!" exclaimed Leo, unable to step aside because of the wall behind him. Waking up from a daze, Will realizes what he has done and moves away from Leo but keeps staring at him.

"What's your name, son?" He asked, ignoring his previous question.

"Uhhhh, Leonardo, Sir, Leonardo De La Rosa," Leo replied, looking around for his words, a little strange to Will's reaction.

"How old are you?" Will asked again.

"Why are you stalking someone up to four blocks just to talk to them"? Will asks, finally regaining his composure from the momentary loss he faced from seeing the other famous faces from his previous life.

Leo chuckled nervously and scratched the back of his head, a little agitated, "Uhmm, yeah, uhhh, sorry, I didn't mean, you know, stalking you or what, I mean, I did. But not like that. .Ugh, I screwed up, huh? Please don't turn me over to the police." He asked rhetorically.

Will only put on an amused face when he saw someone as charismatic and talented as Leonardo Di Caprio fumbling his lines just because he was talking to him.

"Breathe! I'm not gonna turn you over to the cops, and I just need an honest answer." Will tried to calm her down.

Leo heaved a sigh of relief and replied, "I saw you outside the photo studio, I work next to the studio, in the cafe. I just finished high school, you know. And I saw you come out of the studio, and despite the heavy clothing, I recognize you, by the way, I'm a huge fan. I'd like to be an actor, so I thought that if I talked to you, I might have a chance, maybe, maybe, working with you. I mean, I don't expect big movies or anything, just something small, maybe, I don't know. I'm not thinking about this maturely, am I?" He was left behind in the end.

Will looked at her again, and he could see that Leo did indeed look like he did during [Titanic], though, which means he needs a lot of work before he could potentially match the talent he showed in his later films like [Wolf of Wall Street], [Django Unchained] or [The inception]. But he definitely could, potentially do the childish charm that had launched him into stardom after [Titanic]

"You know, son, Follow me, I want to see if you have the acting talent needed for the industry. I'll give you one chance; I have a script at my hotel." Will tell.

Leo's face immediately beamed, and you can see that he was surprised and hoped for a chance to potentially start his career in Hollywood.

"And son, don't follow people up to four blocks, if people know, your whole career will be done before it even starts" Will tells him, leaving Leo pale.

***

Walking into The Plaza hotel, Will keeps asking Leo about his life and why he wants to be an actor. He discovered that Leo actually worked as a extras in several Hollywood films, most of which were made by Krown Studios and ICM. She hoped to land a big role in the industry, but when she didn't, she returned to finish high school and her education and then took another chance in Hollywood. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the money to keep trying to make big movies and he has plans to start a restaurant if it doesn't work out.

Walking to the front desk of The Plaza, Will calls the hotel manager. He was immediately answered by a tall man of Italian descent.

"Good day, sir! Can I help you today?" The manager asked him.

"Good day, I have a suite in The Plaza, Suite 7; I want to check if the hotel conference room is empty and maybe book a conference room for the night." She asked.

"Of course, sir, the conference room is available now, and for tonight, do you need catering services for the guests in the conference room?" The manager asked after confirming Will's hotel card against the Suite registry.

"No, if they are available now, please guide the man beside me to the Conference room and send a busboy with me. I want to send some documents to him in my suite room." He's asking.

"Of course, sir." The manager nodded, looked at Leo, and then called a servant, "Istanban! Please guide this man to conference room 23 , and then head to Suite 7; Mr. Evans will give you further instructions there."

Busboy, Istanban, immediately stood beside Leo and Will, waiting for them to finish their conversation.

"Leo, I'll send the script by busboy to the conference room. I'd like you to work on it, for two hours and prepare whatever you think is necessary. I'd like to see the best performances you can muster in two hours. I'll see if you're fit for a role in one of my next projects based on performance." Will tells Leo.

Hearing his words, Will could see that Leo had become extremely nervous, but there was a glint of determination in his eyes. He knows he puts Leo in place with the little time he gives him, but he wants to gauge the real talent this Leo has and see how versatile he is at the moment. Based on that, he will decide how much work is needed to nurture the talent in Leo.

Leo nodded to Will and said, "Thank you, sir, you won't regret giving me a chance!" And then gestured for busboy to take him to the conference room.

Will watches him go away for a moment and wonders if he has hit another jackpot like Robert. To him, it seems that many talented actors and actresses from his previous life are still struggling to make a name for themselves in this bland Hollywood industry of life. While Hollywood here does have some fantastically written and directed movies, all year round, it realizes that because of the very different political structures in Hollywood, Hollywood is, many aspiring actors and actresses are unable to achieve their dreams. He intends to find as many hidden gems as he can recognize from his previous life and try to help them make a name for themselves in this Hollywood version as well.

Head upstairs to its Suite, which provides a rather elegant view of Central Park. He quickly searched on his laptop for the final version of the [Liberty City] script, which he wanted Leo to portray. He has realized that the Italian actor would be the perfect candidate for Mario Di Mauro, if he had the same acting prowess as he did in his previous life, no matter how rough it is.

Quickly create a separate document for Leo, deleting certain scenes that he doesn't yet want him to know about, he created a scene that should last at least five minutes while providing a good detailed picture of the character it should be. After the documents are printed, he waits for busboy to ring the bell while he once again admires the view of Central Park from his Suite window, wondering if he will find more talent like Leo in the future.

As soon as the bell rang, he opened the door and instructed the Bus Boy to hand the document over to Leo and then give him a steaming cup of tea. He wants to clear his mind and prepare for the future, if Leo performs well, he can already see [Liberty City] turning into the start of something very big for him and his company.
