Profound Grief

After bathing and feeding Jane, Jimmy and Fiona return to the hospital. Adam's doctor hasn't called them yet and Fiona feels grateful for it. Because it means that his mother is fine.

“Jane.” Call Jimmy soft. He looked at Jane with a smile. A kiss of love it rests on the woman's forehead.

“I go first.” Say Jimmy again. Before actually coming out of Jane's room, Fiona turned back around for a bit while waving with a warm smile. And he did not expect, Jane also looked at him fixedly while blinked once.

Fiona's stunned. Whether conscious or not, Jane seemed to respond to his longing. And make her feel incredibly happy. Still, he hopes Jane can recover soon and return to normal.

After dropping off Bianca and peeping a glance at the woman's lips, Alan immediately drove his black car towards the office. Lucy called him and told him to come over soon because an important meeting was about to begin.

Bianca's face was red. He knew exactly what his best friend meant.

Jimmy faithfully continues to be by Fiona's side. Currently, the woman is busy peeling pears for her mother. Christine had just woken up after finishing her morning breakfast.

“Mom.” Fiona said while thrusting a piece of pear at her mother.

“I'm full.” Reject Christine while looking at Fiona. Suddenly, his feelings became unpleasant.

Fiona nodded in understanding and turned to offer the freshly finished fruit to Jimmy. The man looked at him in shock. And before long, Jimmy nods slowly while taking the fruit that Fiona thrust at him.

Christine smiled happily at the two of them. Happiness began to flow from his son's face. Slowly, Christine closed her eyes as she suddenly felt so tired. He wants to rest for a moment.

“MOM!” Fiona, who was busy eating fruit with Jimmy, suddenly screamed in shock when her mother suddenly coughed loudly. Quickly, he looked at the woman

Christine coughed harder with blood coming out of her mouth. Quickly, Jimmy immediately pressed a button near the woman's bed to call the doctor. Nearby, Fiona was still screaming in panic while removing the bloodstains in her mother's mouth.

“Two of you, please come out first.” Doctor Adam, who has just arrived with two female nurses, immediately tells Jimmy and Fiona to come out so that he can immediately handle Christine.

With a heavy heart, Fiona steps out with Jimmy. If he can, he wants to stay by his mother's side. Monitor the condition of the woman directly. On the other hand, he also did not want to hinder the doctor who was trying hard to help his mother.

“You hungry?” Alan asked as he looked at Bianca. They were still standing in front of the door of his closed room.

“Lucy, order food for two people.” Alan's orders.

“Good, Mr. Drax.” Lucy replied, nodding in understanding. Afterwards, Alan again invited Bianca to step into his room.

Right after the door of his room was tightly shut, Alan immediately pulled Bianca's waist and silenced the woman's lips. He had been holding himself back since. And when they were just the two of them, Alan could no longer ignore the lips of ranum Bianca who had been teasing him.

“I don't care.” Alan replied nonchalantly while sitting himself next to Bianca. Both hands nimbly took out the food Lucy brought from their respective places. Not only Bianca, but her stomach was also a little hungry.

“I still have to finish some of my work first.” Alan said after he had just finished a large slice of pizza. He immediately moved from his seat to step towards his desk. Leaving Bianca alone was busy filling her stomach with a serving of medium-sized fettuccine carbonara.

“After completion, we will continue that earlier.” Alan grinned meaningfully while staring at Bianca. Before long, he looked back at the file in front of him. And ignored Bianca's incredulous gaze.

Fiona, who had been waiting since, immediately looked at the door of the room where her mother was when it had just opened. He immediately approached the doctor Adam who stepped out while looking at him closely.

“Come.” Doctor Adam said slowly. Without waiting any longer, Fiona immediately rushed inside and found her mother still coughing while bleeding.

“Mom!” Fiona screamed in panic after clasping her mother's skinny hand. Her tears came back to drip as the woman looked at her weakly.

“Fio .. na.” Christine spoke softly in the middle of her cough. With great difficulty, he raised one of his hands towards Jimmy. Quickly, the man stood near Christine.

“Please take good care of Fiona.” Christine said weakly. He looked at Jimmy. Jimmy didn't know what to say. He just nodded slowly in response.

“What do you mean?!” Fiona screamed hysterically while looking at her mother. Her tears had already dripped. No. gabe. His mother will be fine. That woman's not going anywhere.

After staring at Fiona and Jimmy in turn, Christine clasped her hands tightly. After coughing once, both of Christine's lips lifted upwards. Carving a smile full of happiness. He no longer had to worry about his son. Fiona already had someone special by her side.

“No! No!” Fiona screamed again hysterically as her mother's grasp weakened. Both of the women's eyes were closed.

“Doctor!” Fiona shouted loudly while looking at the doctor Adam who had been behind her— stared at her sadly in silence.

“I'm sorry.” The doctor said with regret. He can't do anything. All the effort and medicine given to Christine did not bear fruit at all.

“Open your eyes! Quickly open your eyes!” Fiona again screamed in panic while holding her mother's cheeks. Before long, he shook the woman's body. Hopefully, his mother will respond.

“No! You can't leave me. I no longer have anyone.” Fiona again shook her mother's body even more strongly. Her tears are becoming more. He was still convinced that his mother must have only been asleep for a while.

“Fiona.” Whisper Jimmy. He immediately landed a warm kiss on Fiona's head. I wish the woman would calm down a little. But apparently, Fiona's cries and sobs are increasingly becoming.

His heart also sank bitterly at the sight of the woman. Jimmy just hopes, if after this, Fiona is able to live her life as before. Even with much better. Even if it takes time. And he promised himself, to always hire the woman under any circumstances.

“Rest.” Jimmy spoke softly. His hand was raised to the top to stroke the bottom of the woman's eyes.

“I'm not tired.” Reply Fiona while staring blankly at Jimmy. He was lying on the bed. Since then, his head has suddenly hurt.

“I'll accompany you.” Jimmy immediately positioned himself next to Fiona. He has no other meaning. Jimmy just wants to accompany Fiona until she's asleep.

Without Jimmy guessing, Fiona immediately hugged him tightly. The woman drowned her face in Jimmy's warm embrace. Shortly after, he again hears Fiona's restrained prank.

Jimmy hugged the woman. One brief peck back he landed on Fiona's long hair.

“I'll stay here.” Whisper Jimmy. After that, he closed his eyes when Fiona no longer replied to him. The woman was asleep in her arms. With a face full of sadness.
