The Married With The Devil

The Married With The Devil
Mutually Understand

Fiona looked back at her worried mother who was still coughing earlier. After taking the medicine, Christine's cough still shows no signs of stopping. Slowly, Fiona approached her mother who was lying weakly on the bed.

“Mom.” Call Fiona holding her mother's hand. The middle-aged woman smiled gently.

“Do you think I should not be working today?” Fiona spoke softly while staring at the watch in her hand that had shown at eight in the morning.

“Go.” Said Christine. He looked at his only son. All this time, he felt that it was already very troublesome and burdened Fiona. And in these few days, he saw his son begin to change. Fiona's face looked more cheerful than before.

“But I'm worried if I have to leave you alone.” Just this time Fiona felt such a great fear when she wanted to leave her mother to go to work. Usually, he was always excited.

“I'm fine.” Christine said reassuringly as she clasped Fiona's hand back. His eyes which also had the same color as Fiona's eyes, looked at the woman affectionately. He wants to see his son happy. And Christine hopes Fiona gets the best man of her life.

“I go first.” Fiona spoke without passion while peeping her mother's forehead at a glance. Her eyes were still staring at Christine fixedly before her body disappeared from the front door of the room. Today, he'll ask Jimmy to let him go home quickly.

Bianca once again smiled convincingly at Sofie when the woman was still looking at her worriedly. Sofie did not ask him anything but Bianca was sure that the woman must have heard his quarrel with Alan at that time.

“I'm fine.” Bianca said as she held Sofie's arm at a glance. Before long, he returned to the living room with a glass of warm chocolate and a plate of cheese bread.

Sofie said nothing, just stared at Bianca and walked into the backyard to pick up some dry clothes.

After Sofie died, Bianca sighed deeply while staring at the TV screen in front of her blankly. If time could be played back, he would choose not to go with Alan to attend the dinner. Their relationship will both be fine.

“Bianca.” Alan called out Bianca's name quietly while sitting himself not far from the woman. Last night, he had thought carefully about what he would do at this time.

Bianca flinching. He drank his warm chocolate in silence. Without even glancing at Alan.

“I've decided.” Bianca suddenly turned her gaze to Alan while looking at the man did not understand.

“Au—”

“You want to split?” Sela Bianca fast. It's much better if he says it first than Alan. So that the pain is not too big.

“Do not say anything unreasonable!” Alan said angrily while staring at Bianca sharply. Parting with that woman? Never once did it cross his mind.

“I want us to finish everything. Making it drag on like this is no good at all.”

“Didn't you make it drag on yourself? I'm just asking you one question, Alan.” Alan suddenly felt a tickling sigh inside his body when he heard Bianca mention his name. He misses that woman very much.

Slowly, Alan got up from his seat to approach Bianca and stood right in front of the woman. Head lowered. His black iris also dived into his female brown eyes. Her hands were raised to hold Bianca's left cheek gently.

“Bianca, tell me, what should I do to keep you by my side?” Alan asked in a sad tone mixed with despair. His memory again floated on his promise and sweet greeting to the woman. And Alan is aware that he may have done something wrong and hurt Bianca unintentionally. At once indirectly make the woman consider all her words are just nonsense.

“You just need to answer my question.” Bianca looked up slowly. He stared back at Alan.

“I don't know. I can't find any answers.” Alan answered honestly while stroking softly Bianca's cheek.

Before long, Alan gathered in front of Bianca— by using his knees as a pedestal while holding the woman's hands tightly.

“I say once again, Kate and I have nothing to do. And I also have no intention of accepting Robin.”'s offer Alan's words were full of tenderness. He no longer wanted to say or be rude to the woman.

“But you ignored me.” Bianca exclaimed with a choked voice. Her tears suddenly came out.

“I'm sorry, Bianca. I didn't mean to do it.” Answer Alan quickly. He didn't want to see Bianca shed a tear.

“Bianca, I love you.” Bianca was stunned when she heard Alan's heartfelt words. The man also looked at her gently.

“I didn't answer your question at the time because I didn't have an answer. To me, you are everything. Not as an item, a toy let alone the impingement of lust. Ever since I first met you, I've fallen for you.” Alan spoke in a soft voice. Honestly, he was a little embarrassed. Never once did it cross his mind, if he, as a Drax, rested before a woman.

“You know very well what my life has been like since childhood. In my eyes, all women look the same. Like that monstrous creature that calls itself mother. But you're the only one who's different. You're the first woman to reject me.” Alan recalled their first night as a married couple. Instead of opening up, Bianca refused while looking at him intently.

“I don't understand you. I just don't know how.”

“You should have kept holding my hand.” Bianca Lirih. He looked at Alan disappointed.

“I know I was wrong.” Said Alan. I know very well if he has disappointed the woman.

“Bianca, I want you to tell me everything. Whatever you feel and want, you have to say it. I'll never know if you just shut up. I'm not good at guessing your heart and your way of thinking.” Bianca just kept staring at Alan. Seeking earnestness in both eyes of the man along with each of his words. And there's no trace of a lie. Alan is telling the truth.

“I didn't ask for much from you. I just want, from today on, you learn to understand me, Alan. Not all women are good at saying what they feel or want.” Bianca was aware that her speech might sound exaggerated. But that's how he feels. He was no longer a child who knew nothing. Everything that happens in his life is always a lesson and a reminder.

Bianca just doesn't want to end up being like her parents. Especially like Alan's mother.

“I'll do anything for you. Just for you, Bianca.” Alan said full of thought.

“I only need you.” Bianca. He looked at Alan with a gentle smile. Slowly, his hand was raised to stroke the man's hair.

As long as he decided not to talk to Alan, Bianca never expected anything. He just wants Alan to realize his mistake and learn to understand it more deeply. Because Bianca is aware, if there are some things that do not have to be said because it only needs to be understood.

Both are smiling at the same time. And Alan, can't hold himself back much longer. He immediately hugged Bianca's body tightly while dipping her hair.

Fiona, intending to unbuckle the seatbelt she was wearing, immediately stopped the movement of her hand when she saw Jimmy leaning toward her. Jimmy drove him home. No matter how many times he refused.

“Jimmy.” Mumbled Fiona. He glanced at Jimmy who was holding his seatbelt button.

Jimmy was silent. After pressing the red button on the seatbelt that Fiona was wearing, she did not immediately move her body. And instead of staring at Fiona stick from a distance that is quite close.

“Fiona.” Whisper Jimmy. His blue eyes glowed beautifully in the middle of the darkness. Luckily the street lights around it gave a little illumination.

Slowly, Jimmy's face drew closer. Until finally the lips of the two of them met. Jimmy kissed Fiona again gently and cautiously. Before long, the link of their lips that just stick, turned into small mosses to produce a sound.

Fiona's face suddenly turned red. His heart was also beating fast.

After giving a single kiss of the window to the corner of Fiona's lips, Jimmy immediately distanced his body. Next to her, Fiona was bowing while tightly grasping her seatbelt.

Just like Fiona, Jimmy's heart also beats fast. Only, he was too clever to hide it by putting on a mediocre face.

“Thank you.” Fiona said softly as she opened the car door and moved out. Quickly, he stepped into his house. Leaving Jimmy alone staring at his back while smiling foolishly. He's really in love.

After normalizing his heartbeat, Jimmy got back to the wheel of his car.

“Jimmy!” Jimmy, who was just about to launch his car, was shocked when he heard Fiona's scream. Quickly, he got out of his car. Luckily, he always opened his window. So he can hear clearly.

“There's ap—”

“My book! My mom fainted.” Fiona panicked as she looked at Jimmy who was at her doorstep with a paled face.

With a swift, Jimmy immediately stepped in and carried Christine's body and carried her into the car. Whatever he's gonna do to help Fiona's mom. Because he didn't want to see the woman shed tears of sadness.

“Mom.” Fiona muttered as she clasped her mother's hand. Her tears did not even drop at all. Only his heart seemed to want to stop beating.
