Dinners

Alan's finger holding a black inked pen moved agilely on the white papers before him at this moment. Accompanied by Jimmy who always stood faithfully by his side. Alan was busy signing some important papers as well as reading the job contract offer submitted by his business partner.

“Jimmy.” Call Alan without distracting him.

“Ya, Mr.”

“Did something happen to my wife yesterday?” Alan asked without distracting him.

There's no answer. Normally, Jimmy would answer all his questions firmly. But this time, his right hand seemed reluctant to open its mouth.

“You didn't hear me?” Alan asked again. This time, he stared at Jimmy intently.

“Yesterday miss Bianca went straight home.” Answer Jimmy. Which unfortunately, has nothing to do with the question Alan just gave.

“I never told you to lie, Jimmy!” Alan spoke full of emphasis while refocusing on the pile of files in front of him. He was sure something had happened to his wife yesterday.

“I'm not ber—”

“Jimmy!” Alan shouted furiously while covering roughly the map he was currently holding. Slowly, he turned his work chair around to face Jimmy.

Jimmy remained silent. His body suddenly stiffened as Alan's jet-black iris stared at him sharply and intimidatingly.

“Tell me what happened!”

Suddenly, Jimmy hesitated. From the first day he became Alan's right-hand man, Jimmy had promised the man to remain loyal and never lie. Whatever he's gonna do for Alan. Even if his life was a bet, he would still do it. Tap on the other hand, he also did not want to break the promise to Bianca.

“How?” The salon employee—a woman, who was in charge of applying Bianca again asked while smiling amusedly. Feeling funny when you see Bianca's facial expression.

“Is this really me?” Bianca again said in disbelief. Both of his eyes were funny. Even just for dinner together, Alan had already spent a lot of money.

“Of course. I'm sure Mr. Drax will be happy.” The salon staff called sumringah.

Bianca let the woman re-adorn herself. This time, it was her hair turn that would get the final touch. And Bianca is hoping that the results can really make Alan happy. He did not want the money spent by the man to end up in vain

Alan looked back at the beautifully circular clock on his wrist. He had been waiting for Bianca's arrival but she still had not shown him her nose. The phone was also not picked up. He is currently at White Candle—, a five-star resort in Washington, DC.

Slowly, Jimmy got out of the door. Replaced by the figure of Bianca who emerged from behind his back.

Tonight, Bianca looks so beautiful. She was wearing a light blue sleeveless top crop dress. Combined with a long skirt that dangles up to the high contiguous floor above the knees are in matching color. His wavy black hair was allowed to unravel. And lastly, she wore a simple makeup that looked so natural.

Cathy and Bianca both gasped in shock when their views accidentally met. Quickly, Bianca threw away her face and walked over to Alan and welcomed the man's hand.

“Beautiful.” Praise Alan for tucking the back of his wife's hand.

Jimmy, who saw Bianca sitting comfortably next to his master, immediately walked away after closing the door. Alan and Bianca are going home together tonight.

“Alan, what does this mean?!” Cathy said she couldn't take it while looking at Bianca, upset.

“Eat night. Moreover?” Alan answered briefly as he gulped the wine.

“Then why did you take her?” Cathy pointed at Bianca with a sharp look. He thought they would only have dinner together. Romantically.

“Ah, I forgot to tell you earlier. I also invite my lover.” Alan replied with a gaze fixed on Bianca. And she answered the woman with a sweet smile.

Through the corner of her eyes, Bianca could clearly see the vexation on Cathy's face. He was sure that the woman hated him even more.
