The Love of the Unknown Man

The Love of the Unknown Man
6. Not Be Forced

Although the skirt worn by Lisa is shapeless, but as much as possible Lisa uses to cover her personal area.

Lisa close her legs, will not let her chastity taken away by Roy who now lowers the zipper pants.

“You what are you? Get out of my house!” Lisa screamed in a hoarse voice wanting to cry.

“Lisa, tonight you won't be able to run away from me.”

Roy laughed triumphantly as he lowered his trousers and showed off his grey bokser. He grinned at the frightened Lisa.

And the next second...

Bugh.

Edgar lunged at Roy's body so that the two men rolled on the floor. Edgar sat in Roy's stomach, showering him with fists in the face area.

Not wanting to lose, Roy retaliated by overthrowing the body and now he who was on top of Edgar's body, then launched an attack.

“Who are you? Dare to fight me,” furious Roy in the middle of him who hit Edgar's head.

Edgar groaned in pain as Roy punched precisely on the scars of his surgery that had not been completely dry. He roared furiously, like a lion disturbed by his sleep.

Edgar exerted his strength to push Roy, beat him blindly, until Lisa was made to have goosebumps watching the fight.

“Go and never set foot into this house again!”

Roy can still snort as a sign of taunting Edgar.

“You don't know who you're dealing with. Half the villagers are afraid of me.”

Roy glanced at Lisa for a moment.

“I'll go but remember, Lisa. Someday you will definitely be mine.”

Then Roy turned around, footed out of the house while wiping the bloody tip of his lips.

While Edgar immediately closed the door, took a blanket that was draped on the back of the sofa, then while turning his face, he gave the blanket to Lisa who was still silent because of shock.

Lisa received a blanket which she then wrapped around her waist. Walk to the room to change clothes.

“I've made sure your stitches are fine,” said Lisa who is now applying ointment to Edgar's slightly bruised cheeks.

“Who was the man?”

“Dia Roy the loan shark village.”

“Did he tease you often?” unconsciously both of Edgar's hands clenched firmly holding back the anger that suddenly appeared.

“He used to tease me with his dreadlocks, but I don't care, and tonight I really didn't expect him to be reckless.”

Lisa swallows saliva. For a moment it occurred to me how it would be if there was no Edgar who beat Roy, it was possible that the crown he had been guarding had been snatched by the man of the cruel loan shark.

“Thank you, Edgar,” said Lisa briefly.

Lisa took a deep breath.

“Forget it. You can change our money anytime.”

Hearing that, Edgar turned his head quickly to Lisa. He asked again as if he could not believe his sense of hearing.

Lisa nodded.

“But if you have money later, at least you should return the necklace of my late mother who was sold to finance your operation.”

Edgar immediately nodded. Then throw a glance around Lisa's room filled with medical science books.

He remembered the story of Juna who said that Lisa had been in college but her scholarship was revoked due to being slandered by her own friend.

“Why don't you look for another scholarship to continue your studies?”

“Cannot. Martha's father has the power to get me rejected at any university,” Lisa said blankly. To his poor fate.

“Martha? He's a friend who slandered you?” Edgar asked which Lisa replied with a nod of her head.

“Although I am a poor farmer's son but my father never taught me to steal other people's possessions.”

Until here, Edgar understands the problems experienced by Lisa. He didn't want to ask any deeper. Afraid that it would hurt Lisa's feelings.

Moments pass with Lisa and Edgar sitting in Lisa's room. They sit far apart. Lisa on the edge of the bed and Edgar on the desk chair studying.

“I once read a book that said that people who are amnesiac will usually remember pieces of memories in the past. Did you experience it too?”

Edgar shook his head with a disappointed look unable to recognize himself.

“Since I woke up in the hospital, I really don't remember who I am and why I can do this.”

“Maybe the way you recognize your own physical traits will help your memory a little.”

“Means?” Edgar asked while raising both eyebrows.

For a moment Lisa squinted her eyes scanning Edgar's face. Once again those green eyeballs seemed to bewitch him and make him fixated.

But Lisa shook her head slowly, then continued her gaze to Edgar's tall stout body shape.

“First, judging from your face it seems you are not from this country. But why are you lying on the edge of the forest?”

Edgar's forehead creased, trying to think about Lisa's question and remember what had happened to him. However, what happened was that his head was throbbing pain.

“Your body is also athletic. Surely you exercise a lot and you're also very strong to beat Roy. But in fact I found you in a battered state. So possibility..”

Lisa thought for a moment of tapping her finger to her forehead, then continued her words, “ Chances are you were beaten by more than one person. But who are they and why did they beat you up?”

Questions Edgar could not answer. Even the more he tried to remember, the more his head was hit by the unbearable pain.

Edgar grimaced, rubbed his forehead, and closed his eyes.

Then Lisa rushed to her feet and gently rubbed Edgar's fingers against her forehead.

“Don't be forced if it makes you sick! Slowly you will remember who you really are.”
