Chapter 17 - Dito's Ex-Lover

Sita, who had been in the country, tried to come to Dito in his office. However, his attempt failed. Dito had his employees throw him out.

Sita was upset and disappointed, finally coming home.

At the door of the building, he accidentally meets Nadine.

He came to Nadine, "Hi!"

Nadine stopped and turned her head, she scrunched her forehead.

"You're Nadine, right?"

"Yes" replied Nadine.

"Include my name Sita!" extended his hand.

Nadine welcomed the outstretched hand of the woman who was facing her.

"Can we talk to you both?"

"What do you want to ask?" ask Nadine.

Sita looked around her, "How about we chat in the cafe up ahead?" pointing to a small cafe fitting in front of Dito's office building.

Nadine looked at the clock on her phone, then replied, "Alright, but I can't take long."

Sita agrees.

Nadine took a sip of her tea and placed it on the table, "What do you want to talk about?"

"I'm Dito's ex-girlfriend."

"I already know" said Nadine.

"We both loved each other, just because long distance made us put an end to this."

"Then what do you want?" nadine asked with a cold face.

"I want Dito back to me."

Nadine laughed cynically at the desire of the woman in front of her.

"We were supposed to get married this year, but it all fell apart after he met you" Sita said.

"Dito approached me because he had no relationship with you and you asked to end it all. Why blame me?"

Sita fell silent.

"In the meantime we'll get married, you better get away from both of our lives" Nadine warned.

"You took it from me!"

"I'm sorry, I'm not a woman who likes to seize or ruin other people's relationships."

Sita is speechless.

"I have to see my future husband, he must have been waiting" Nadine moved out of her chair.

Nadine then stepped out of the cafe.

As soon as he reached the parking area, Dito rushed to his future wife. "Where are you from?"

"I'm from the cafe ahead there."

"Did you meet someone there?"

"Yes, I met your ex-lover" replied Nadine casually.

"former?"

"Sita."

"Would he see you?" ask Dito.

"He wants me to stay away from you, isn't it you who always chase after me" Nadine said proudly.

Dito smiled and then touched Nadine's forehead, "I'm the one who's crazy about you!"

"justified? I don't want to let you go either" said Nadine.

"Oh, pretty. I love you more!"

"Yes, I know. Now let's go, Aunt Vina and my mama are waiting" Nadine said.

The two went to a restaurant, when they got there it looked like 2 women had been waiting.

"Yes, Ma." said Nadine.

After eating, 2 women came to them.

"Dito, Nadine, they're from printing. You choose the example of the invitation that will be shared," said Rita.

One of the women presented a thick book with an example of invitation paper.

"What color do you like?" Nadine asked her boyfriend.

"I like chocolate or black, but it's up to you which one you like best" Dito replied.

"I like green and purple" Nadine said.

"We can put two colors together at once" said the woman.

"Well, I picked that color. And make it as attractive and luxurious as possible" Nadine pinta.

"Good, Miss." Say both.

Two hours in the restaurant, they went home. Dito first drove his girlfriend to his office because Nadine was escorted by a driver.

In the afternoon, Dito returned from the office. In the middle of the road he accidentally passed Mitha who was repairing her car.

Dito got out of his car and approached Mitha. "Why?"

The woman looked.

"Have you called the workshop guy?" ask Dito.

"Not yet."

"I'll call them, it just so happens that the workshop is not far from here either" Dito said.

"Yes." Yeah."

Dito called his garage, after which he ended his call.

"Dito, thank you!"

"Yes" said Dito.

"I heard you were getting married to Nadine" Mitha said.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Finally you will marry her" Mitha said.

"Because I love her so much, your lover has dumped her anyway. So, this good opportunity I have to take," said Dito.

"Then it's safe," Mitha extended her hand.

Dito just saw it.

Mitha pulled her hand.

"I want to go home, soon the workshop clerk will come. Hopefully your car will be repaired soon" said Dito.

"Yes, thank you again."

"Sama-sama, another one I have to tell you," Dito said.

"Tell me what?"

"Tell your lover not to disturb my future wife, that opportunity will not be missed. Do you understand what I mean?"

"Darwin's after Nadine?" ask Mitha.

"Yes, I don't like him appearing in front of the woman I love the most."

"It's impossible for Darwin to bother Nadine" Mitha said in disbelief.

"Why do I say something that is a waste of time, if you dare to repeat the mistake. I won't be disinclined, making you and your lover," Dito raised his right palm and slowly clenched it before the woman's face.

Mitha swallowed her saliva.

Dito then stepped into his car.

Mitha is still sculpting.

Dito then passed.
