Chapter 1 - Slandered

This morning Nadine is getting ready to go to work. The beautiful woman sat in front of the mirror while polishing her face. His phone rang with his Darwin-lover name.

"Hi!" resounding.

"Darling, why is your face so moody in the morning?" ask Darwin in a video call.

"Why did you just call me? Where's this week? Then why is your phone never active?" his pedicab.

"Can't you take the time to call me even if it's only five minutes?" ask Nadine.

"Sorry, sweetheart. I'm really sorry" he replied.

"Thank you, Pa. I believe in you" said Nadine.

Upon arriving at Nadine's office, her secretary gave her a brown envelope.

"From who?"

"No idea, Miss. It was between couriers, she said to Miss Nadine."

"Then, thank you!" Nadine went into her room.

Nadine opened the envelope, immediately her eyes were rounded when she saw a photo of her with Dito. Starting from lunch, at a concert to eating roadside satay.

"Well, where do you want us to meet?" ask Dito.

"Lunch we'll meet at the restaurant in front of my office, how?"

"You'll be back here, right?" ask Nadine.

"Yes, I'll be back."

Nadine was still in her seat, she downed orange juice to run aground.

Nadine gasped to her feet when she heard her parents call her name.

Nadine got up and sat holding her head, she looked confused to see her parents and her lover Darwin.

"Why are you going to bed with him, Nadine?" ask Rita to be angry.

Nadine looked at the man next to her, her eyes instantly round, "Ma, Pa, Baby, this is not what you see. It's a misunderstanding!" said with fear.

Darwin then approached and turned the body of the man who was beside Nadine and beat her.

Dito who woke up because his body was pulled and hit, fell to the floor.

Nadine rose up to her lover, "Darwin stop!" his screams held his lover's body.

Malik and Rita pull Nadine's body away from Darwin.

"Ma, Pa, Dito's not wrong!" said Nadine.

"Why are you defending him? Do you like it?" malik asked in a loud voice.

Nadine speechless.

"A jerk like him should indeed be taught a lesson!" Darwin looked at his lover's face in anger.

Dito sat on the floor holding his sore lips.

"Om, Auntie, I'm sorry I can't continue this engagement!"

"No, Baby. What are you saying?" ask Nadine.

"It's all because of you!" Rita slapped her daughter in the face.

"Ma, enough!" Malik holds his wife's body.

"He's humiliating us, Pa!" Rita said emotionally.

"We'll talk about this at home" Malik said.

"Pa, Ma, I can explain!" Nadine held his cheek.

"Nothing can be explained, everything is proven!" rita Sentak.

Malik turned his eyes to Dito, "You come with us to the house and explain everything!"

Malik was furious when he saw his daughter sleeping in bed in a hotel room with a man who was not his husband. His daughter is getting married in a few months.
