Chapters 15. Guilty Angry

Alfin and Satya were sitting dumbstruck in their inn. It's been three hours since Rajawali's team came out and there's no news. Alfin repeatedly glanced at the tool that Kenang gave him and no signs of danger appeared. To be honest he was happy it meant they were fine.

"I'm getting sleepy." chirped Satya. He yawned a few times.

"Don't sleep first. We need to stay awake. Who knows what happened to them." stop Alfin.

Satya just sighed softly. He played his cell phone to relieve his sleepiness.

While Alfin just continued to be silent while paying attention to the special tool that was lying on the table.

"Fin, you know." chirped Satya. "Siska will be back." he continued.

Alfin just nodded his head. Satya spoke again.

"Siska was friendly with Lieutenant Kenanga, that's why I knew her."

Alfin immediately turned to Satya. He is interested in Satya's story.

"Continue." Alfin said.

Satya only smiled slightly, "What do you really want to know?" satya asked as if she could guess Alfin's mind.

Alfin fell silent for a moment and decided to talk more, "What is your impression of Lieutenant Kenanga?"

Satya fixed her sitting position. His gaze was a little glaring.

"She's beautiful. The most beautiful officer I've ever seen. He is tough, persistent and very talented. You want to know one fact?" tawar Satya's. Alfin immediately nodded his head.

Twenty minutes passed, five police cars came followed by one army car in green uniforms of their pride. Satya and Alfin immediately stood up to them.

"They're at the factory." tell Satya directly.

All the officers and some of the soldiers nodded. They return to the car with Satya and Alfin who ask to come along. They drove towards the factory that Satya said.

Shortly after, they arrived. Factory looks sparkly bathed in light. But what makes everyone panic is the smoke coming out. They are afraid of fire.

Alfin and Satya got out of the car with the others. They immediately stormed in. White smoke was clearly visible once it went inside. But no fire caused the fire.

"It's a smoke bomb." chirped one of the soldiers.

They moved inward until they reached the production room. And how surprised to see dozens of people acting strangely. It's crazy but it's not. Dozens of mysterious wraps lay on the floor.

Until there was one citizen who suddenly attacked one of the police officers. All in shock and trying to release the citizens who acted 'crazy' it. Until they conclude they are having a drug party.

One by one the citizens were pacified from the influence of drugs. They try hard not to hurt or hurt because there are people who attack the officers. They were taken out of the factory one by one.

The soldiers immediately ran into the factory again. Looking between the ruins and the other side of the factory which fortunately is still intact. It looks like the bomb was intended to destroy only part of the factory.

After searching for fifteen minutes by searching all the places in the factory, there was no sign of the Rajawali Team. They instead found dozens of people in black suits sprawled with pooled blood and pistols and bullet shells that were no longer contained. They seem to have been in contact with the Rajawali Team. The soldiers who got the nil results were out of the factory.

"How's it?" ask Alfin directly.

The commander of the army shook his head making Alfin limp.

All the soldiers spread out, followed by several police officers who helped. Others stayed behind to evacuate the residents.

On the other hand, Alfin was pensive. He thought about where he found Kenanga. Until he remembered his conversation last afternoon with Kenanga while in the warehouse.

"Why?" ask Alfin curiously.

"The gap in this village reaches ten meters. But the depth of the water is at least up to two meters. It makes no sense to slip and drown unless you can't swim. And seeing how they're stressing this ban, it makes me even more sure there's something."

"Something?"

Kenanga nodded her head, "Something's hidden."

Flashback Off

Alfin immediately ran away and Satya who saw Alfin run away without being able to prevent it. Satya chased after Alfin whose back was already invisible.

Alfin ran down the hill. The waterfall is located under the hill. The more he went down, the sound of the waterfall was getting louder. Alfin did not reduce his speed even though the slope was quite steep and slippery.

Alfin continued to run until he saw Kenanga walking straight towards his teammates. His face was battered and his hair was drenched in sweat. He looks limp.

Until Alfin widens his eyes when Kenanga's enemies aim his gun at Kenanga.

Alfin ran fast, just a second before the bullet hit Kenanga, Alfin first blocked him. He let go of her back to protect Kenanga.

Alfin flinched forward as the hot lead tore off his clothes and even his skin. His hand that held Kenanga's shoulder warped down.

After the incident, Alfin was taken to a nearby hospital. He collapsed from the trauma of the pain, but luckily the bullet just missed. He just tore a little skin off Alfin's upper arm.

Alfin was stunned to hear it.

Panji could only sigh at Kenanga's lost control. He looked at Alfin who was displaying a guilty face.

"It looks like Lieutenant Kenanga is very angry at me. Forgive me for my heroic act." said Alfin regretfully.

Panji shook his head, "You don't have to apologize. Lieutenant Kenanga was angry because she felt guilty. He doesn't like being indebted to someone much less owe a life."

"I didn't know he'd be that angry." said Alfin.

Panji just smiled faintly, "Rest. Don't think too much. The lieutenant will return to his original state." said Panji ignoring Alfin's previous remarks.

Alfin nodded his head.

"I'll excuse you then. If there's anything, call me."

"Thank you, Panji" said Alfin and Satya.

"In that case, good night." she then left.

After Panji died, Alfin sighed softly. He felt overwhelmed with Kenanga's emotions earlier. He had never seen Kenanga that angry. Is his action right? Or is it as Panji says that it is his guilt to her?

Apart from that Alfin hopes that Kenanga no longer feels guilty and his emotions can evaporate. He also wanted to say that even if time was repeated again, he would still save Kenanga.
