ONE YEAR LATER.

Quiet mountain roads with a view of cool green trees, make Ele enjoy the atmosphere of the road. He occasionally looked out the window with a shady look. Ele smiled faintly recalling all the memories that happened one year ago.

His luxury car drove to a village where he attended every weekend with two nuns. Yes, in this place Ele will spend her time with the children of the orphanage. The cool mountain atmosphere really calms the mind.

Ele is still driving her luxury car at medium speed. His mind wandered back to what happened a year ago. From that incident taught him that to be able to continue living in this harsh world, he had to be as tough as a rock to be independent. His memory floated at one time, why he had come to this place.

FLASH BACK ON.

The sun that returns at the horizon becomes the next benchmark where this path plows. Indeed, the city was not too crowded by people who felt themselves defeated. But here a mega highlight was once the tip of a passionate hope.Β

When there is no longer a barrier to a departure that decides to leave or even forget the traces that have been planted. His departure goes in a straight line with the road that divides half the city in line with the direction of the sun circulation.Β

Whoever dares to pursue it in the morning will never meet the light. And vice versa if he chased after it in the evening, his eyes would be burned by a sharp highlight that unsheathed the retina. Because, actually what he wants to pursue is a victory that will never win it. This was the umpteenth exhaustion that had befallen him. At that twilight without drizzle, he decided to run and chase the shadow that was exposed to the sun.

The phone rang and the nurse said,

"So, there's a patient."

The doctor in white immediately rushed to the Emergency Installation room. A beautiful girl was lying weakly on the check bed, next to her were two nuns who escorted her.

One of the nuns said. "We found him in front of the orphanage shivering and unconscious."

The doctor took a stethoscope and began to examine it carefully.

"How's the doctor doing?" ask one of the nuns to the doctor who did the examination.

"We'll check first, yeah!" the doctor smiled at the two nuns and pointed the stethoscope at the patient's chest.

"How's doc? is it bad?" ask the nun worriedly.

The doctor keeps the stethoscope away while taking a short breath. "The patient was hypothermic" the doctor said, staring at the two nuns in turn.

"Huh? hypothermia?"

"Yes, hypothermia is a drastic decrease in body temperature or a situation where the condition is due to cold air. Body temperature drops below normal or physiological limits that are potentially dangerous to death."

"Can it have such a bad impact Doc? Can he survive? " tanyanya's back.

"As far as I can see his physique is strong, we wait until he comes to his senses. Usually the impact felt by the patient, he will feel shivering. If not, it's better. In addition to that. His breathing will be short, his pulse will be fast, we will keep watching not until the patient has a seizure. When he wakes up later, the bad impact is that he will be confused. But we will keep an eye on the patient's condition, call me if he is conscious" said the doctor explained.

"What about the wound?" ask them back.

"The injuries are quite severe, we'll handle them as best we can." explained the doctor.

"Thank you Doctor" they said in unison.

Two nuns were traveling to a st. Paul's orphanage to pray together with the orphanage's children. However, in the courtyard of the orphanage, they find an unconscious girl in a wounded state.

The two nuns patiently waited until the girl came to her senses.

"What happened to this girl? Six years in charge of breeding here, I've never seen him. Was he a kidnap victim and deliberately dumped here?" Said one of the nuns guessing.

"Like so, he was deliberately thrown into this village. Because this village is farthest from the city." said the nun seemed to justify the words of her friend.

"We should be grateful to save him. What if someone else? I think he'll just be left out. I'll call the head of the parlour to take care of her."

"Alright, I think it's better."

The nun smiled and stepped out to contact the head of the parlour who was on duty at St. Paul's orphanage.

Seeing the movement of Ele who was lying down weakly made the nun squeak up from her seat.

"He's conscious?" said one of the nuns noticed Ele's body movements.

Ele closed her eyes, still adjusting her gaze. See a hospital room dominated by white. The smell of medicines smelled directly into his sense of smell. Ele looked around with a frown.

"I where?"

"Thank God, are you finally conscious?" Said one of the nuns smiling gently. He gave the code to his friend to call the doctor.

Ele again scrunched her forehead, when all she saw was a nun waiting for her.

"You are in Mulia village located in Puncak Jaya area. You've got the right help." said the nun smiling.

"So the nurse helped me?" Ele asked in a weak voice.

"Right, you passed out and we found you in front of the orphanage. You have experienced hypothermia. The doctor explained that your body had a cold trauma while in a cold area" said the nun smiling and rubbing Ele's hair gently.

"Are you a student doing research here?"

Ele shook her head weakly. "I came here to find a family. But he doesn't live here anymore."

"really? But you're hurt?"

"I'm a hit-and-run victim."

Two nuns looked at each other. "Where are you going now?"

Ele took a heavy breath. "I have no destination, sister. I don't know where to go."

One of the nuns took Ele's hand and rubbed it gently. "You're safe here, don't think about anything. Later, there's the orphanage's mother who came to pick you up, temporarily stay there. So you don't have to worry about anything." said the nun to give encouragement to Ele.

"Thank you, sister." Ele's face was softened. He was grateful to be found with good people.

"What's your name?" ask the nun.

"I'm Eleanor Gea, sister." Ele extended her hand.

"What a beautiful name." The sister welcomed Ele's hand. "I'm Sister Agatha and my friend Sister Deborah."

"It's nice to meet the sisters."

GECK.. GECK.. GEEK..!

When she heard the knock on the door, Ele turned herself into a sitting position and pushed her back until she stopped on the back of the bed, pulling her legs back. The pain in the wound on his leg returned again.

The doctor went into the hospital room and gave his greetings.

"Good day, miss, how are you feeling now?" the doctor smiled kindly.

"Now much better, doc."

"There's a shivering feeling? or experiencing shortness of breath and a fast pulse?" ask the doctor again to examine Ele by putting a stethoscope to the chest of Ele.

"No doctor." replied Ele quickly.

"Good, that's a sign that your physique is strong. Usually if our body experiences hypothermia it is very difficult to restore our body temperature back again. Especially if you have been outside the house for a long time. But it goes back to each of us physically." Said the doctor smiling knot, and went back to check the wound on Ele's leg.

"OK, later if the infusion runs out the patient can go home. There's nothing to worry about. Wound healing can be done at home" the doctor explained.

"Okay, doctor." Ele smiled again.

"Together, then, I'm sorry" said the doctor.

The doctor also left the hospital room. The nun returned to the side of the hospital bed.

"We're grateful, your condition is fine now" said the nun.

"Thank you, sister."

"We can not linger, today in the orphanage there is a prayer event together, Angela's mother will come here to pick you up" said the nun resigned.

Ele smiled at the loss of the two nuns who helped her. The smile disappeared from his face. Ele took in her breath so tight. He put his face on both of his legs. His gaze was empty, his eyes were back in glass. His shoulders trembled, he kept his head down and closed his eyes a few drops of his tears just fell down. Shortness, empty is what it feels today.

After his return from the hospital. Ele was warmly welcomed by the children's home. They prepared a nice dinner to welcome her, making Ele moved. They even consider Ele to be like a family. After dinner, the head of the parlor sends Ele to rest in her room.

Since then, Ele has been living with the children for three months. And until now, Ele often visited the parlour.

FLASH BACK OFF.

Ele smiled letting go of her daydream. He drove back to his car at a moderate speed. Enjoy the view of green trees in the hills.

It didn't take long, Ele had already arrived in front of the monastery. Ele walked slowly down towards the back garden. Her lips were licked with a sweet smile. His hands stayed warm in the coat bag he was wearing. The mountain areas that anyone would be cold. The location of this chapel is far from among the houses of the people. Because this place is on a high hill. A cool breeze blew carrying the smell of many trees growing around it. Green shady trees really spoil the eyes. She enjoyed this calm atmosphere. He greeted the sisters who were passing by him.

Step by step he followed with a deep breath. He found in the middle of the area, there were several pieces of trees that were formed as long benches for seating. Ele sat down and prayed there. The same prayer he prayed every day. Pray for the man she missed.
