...No one likes to be ignored, because everyone wants the attention of their loved ones....

πŸ”ΈπŸ”ΈπŸ”ΈπŸ”ΈπŸ”Έ

Alvin decided to open his heart and accept Allura. He could not ignore the woman who was currently pregnant with his child. This is the hardest journey he has ever taken, but opening the heart is the beginning of the healing process. Β

THE CZECH!

Alvin came in with the tray in hand containing the fruits he had prepared himself. He stepped closer to the mattress when he saw Allura enduring the pain. Yes, lately Allura had a headache.

"How are you feeling?" Alvin asked his attention, he sat down by the side of the bed.

Allura grimaced while changing to a sitting position, then pushed her body backwards until it stopped on the back of the mattress. He scratched his temple. His eyes were squinting because of the dizziness that did not want to disappear. It felt like a tight coil around his head. Allura is even very sensitive to light and sound. He prefers calm.

Alvin immediately put the tray on the nightstand. "Do you often experience this?" His brows furrowed in dismay, seeing that Allura was only sleeping in the room and unwilling to eat.

Allura smiled faintly, he continued to look at Alvin's face up close. Husband who now gives attention when he feels pain that is sometimes unbearable.

"Hmm, especially when you're not by my side, everything I've been through is heavy. But not anymore. I'm even grateful to get your attention, baby."

Alvin did not answer. He only brought his face closer to see Allura's condition. Allura smiled watching every line of the husband's face that she coveted.

"Now what do you feel? is your head still hurting?" Tanya Alvin stretched out her hand to massage the head of Allura.

Instead of answering Allura asked another question "How long have I been asleep?"

"There's been five hours." Alvin smiled, He stopped his hand from his massage.

Allura nodded slowly. "You don't work?" He looked up in a closed position. His head rests on the mattress and his hands cling to the front of his stomach.

"Ehmm, how can I work. Arriving at the office you called me again and told me to go home."

Allura chuckled, his eyes still closed. "sorry. This is not my request. But this kid wants it. I can't do anything."

"I brought you fruit." Alvin picked up the fruit he had placed on the nightstand.

Allura immediately shook his hand. "I don't want fruit. Keep it away from me, Alvin."

Alvin immediately kept the fruit away from Allura. He looked at the woman who was now his wife. He did not remember Allura. But as much as possible Alvin did not want to hurt his feelings.

"What do you feel? Why did you faint when you came to Smith's office."

"Suddenly it's dark."

"Are we going to the doctor again? We can check your health thoroughly." Alvin again showed his concern, making Allura moved.

"We have heard for ourselves the explanation of the doctor. This is common for pregnant women." Allura took her breath with a long d*sahan. "I don't know how it hurts. The pain is strange, torturous and makes me powerless."

"But your gestational age is seven months, at least the pain has reduced."

"I don't know either. Every woman's pregnancy is different. There are also up to nine months of continued nausea."

"really?"

"Hm. So you should love your wife even more."

Alvin took a deep breath. He took Allura's hand gently. Gave a pat there. "Thank you, for going through all this. Even though I know it must be hard for you."

Allura shook slowly. "No dear, no problem for me. I should be the one to thank. God gave me to go through all this. I'm sorry you should have gotten my attention."

"No problem, as long as this kid is healthy. I'm fine."

"Back of all this, I should be even more grateful" Allura said staring at Alvin.

"Thankful?" Alvin frowned.

"Yes grateful. My husband finally came back. Although it was hard at first to know you disappeared. Lots of tears and sadness. But I have to get through all this. I have to be strong for our son."

Alvin smiled faintly, "Rest me, I'll prepare the crab porridge as you ask." said Alvin arranging Allura's blanket.

Allura shook his head weakly. "I don't want any more crab porridge. Now I want sweet corn."

"Huh? how is that?" Alvin said with a forehead frown.

"Hmmm. I want the corn to be shelled, and I want to use the yellow pumpkin too. I don't want to use fried onions and one more don't forget I want the porridge to use chicken broth. Remember, the cook should be you." said Allura with a sparkling look. Right now his facial expression was like a child who wanted to buy something.

"Do you want that one?" Tanya Alvin convinced Allura. He did not want Allura's taste to change in the tenth count.

"Yes I want that one. Don't forget to add your love. Let it taste better."

"okay! Wait another thirty minutes. I'll prepare for you."

"You want to go?"

"Well..?" Alvin was astonished by Allura's question. "Why?"

"Don't go!" said again.

"Didn't you want my porridge?"

"Let Elijah make it."

"What?"

Alvin still looked confused. He convinced his own hearing. "Didn't you not like Elijah's mother's cooking? Yesterday you didn't touch the cooking." Alvin.

Allura shook her head again. "Take Elijah with him. You stay right here. Accompany me, hmmm." Allura's face was hard to understand.

"Well, if that's what you want. I told Elijah's mother first. I'll be here again" said Alvin at last.

"No, you just call Elijah. You don't have to be tired of going up and down stairs just to deliver that. You need to rest too, baby."

"Huh?"

"Okay, I'm the one who called Elijah." Allura said at last. After calling to Elijah. Forced Alvin to follow Allura into the blanket. Allura quickly hugged Alvin. Looked at him so deeply. To date, Alvin hasn't touched her. Of course, it makes Allura very frustrated.

"Ssshhh," Suddenly Allura was in pain.

"Why Allura?" alvin asked quickly when he saw Allura's face shrivel up in pain.

Allura looked at Alvin with a faint look. "In my stomach, it was suddenly bruised. But it's okay, the pain will go away on its own."

"Sleep, I'll wake up again when the porridge comes." Alvin said softly.

"Ssssshhhhh.." Alvin patted slowly on Allura's shoulder, like putting a child to sleep while singing in a soft voice.

Since Alvin came back. Allura often experiences dizziness and fatigue. He couldn't even sit up even if it was just for a little while. Doctors have explained that Allura has couvade syndrome or sympathetic pregnancy syndrome. It could be said, Allura's inner bond with him was very strong. Until Alvin's return makes him experience like that and will disappear by itself after the baby is born.

Thirty minutes later. The one who was waiting for finally came too.

TOK TOK TOK.

Hearing the sound of knocking on the door, Alvin got off the bed and opened the door. Elijah brought the porridge as ordered.

"Ah, sorry mother Elijah, I've been repotting again."

"Not at all, sir." Elijah smiled as he handed the tray into Alvin's hand.

"Thank you ma'am." Alvin received the tray.

"Is Miss Allura sleeping, sir?" elijah asked a little to see the situation in the room.

"Ehmm, Allura just went to bed" Alvin smiled. He stepped over putting the tray on the nightstand. As he turned his back, he realized that Elijah's mother was still there.

"Mother, haven't left yet?"

Elijah looked to squeeze his hand. His face looks nervous.

"What's up, ma'am?" alvin looked at Elijah seriously. He gave Elijah room to talk.

Elijah doesn't talk. Every now and then he looked towards Allura who was asleep and glanced at Alvin, then escaped his gaze again.

"What's up, ma'am? You want to say something?" alvin asked the same question. He remained patient until the middle-aged woman spoke.

Elijah took a breath while closing his eyes. "How am I supposed to say this? Mr. Alvin has to find out who the bad woman really is." Elijah said in his heart. His face showed a confused and restless expression.

Alvin scrunched his forehead. "Is there anything mom, say..does mom need money?" Alvin's starting to get impatient.

Allura cleared her throat when she heard the conversation, "Darling, has the porridge come?"

"Yes. Elijah's mother just dropped him off."

"I want to eat, baby." Allura.

"Sorry mom. We'll talk again."

"Good sir." Elijah bowed his body, and left the room.

Alvin took a short breath and closed the door. "Now eat yes," He then sat on the edge of the bed. Stool the tray and lift the bowl of porridge. Alvin sipped the porridge in his hand and then fed Allura.

"In the open of his mouth!"

As Allura's heart warmed, the attention her husband gave her was a remarkable sign of love. He stared at the spoon, then opened his mouth and took the first bribe and swallowed it well.

There's no nausea. Allura smiled happily. A spoonful of porridge stretched out to the front of Allura's mouth again. He swallowed it well.

"Eat again. It's half over." Alvin said softly.

Allura opened her mouth again, the mouthful from Alvin's hand came in touching the taste buds. The warm corn porridge completely caressed the cavity inside his mouth. Taste delicious, savory and delicious.

"Hows it? You likey?" ask Alvin. There was a small smile from his lips.

Allura nodded enthusiastically like a child. "It feels different than before. It's savory because of the chicken broth."

He finished giving a final mouthful to Allura's mouth and gave a glass filled with water.

Allura. While Alvin saves the tray back to the top of the nightstand. Allura handed the glass back and took the tissue and cleaned the leftovers in her mouth.

"You spent it well. Later tonight, you want to eat something?"

Allura shook her head. "Later. For today's food is enough to get here. We can think back to tonight."

"Okay, all right" said Alvin, smiling, then saving the tray to the kitchen.

When the door closed, Allura smiled. He intentionally did this to get Alvin's attention. And all his plans worked. In this way, Alvin became more and more fond of him. It feels really happy. Nothing can replace his happiness now.
