If Azharin was with Sonia, Bernard invited Armian somewhere. Seeing that Azharin was hit and down, Armian had no other solution but to speak to Bernard. Armian recounts the circumstances of his mother and the reason his mother did not want to meet Azharin. Armian could not bear the guilt of Azharin again.

"This is why I told you. I don't know what else to do. My body and my heart feel divided in two" Armian said in a cafe.

Bernard thought hard. He sipped a cup of black coffee without any pulp. Bernard looked at Armian after choosing for Azharin's sake. Bernard was a little selfish with the thought of the failure of their marriage, if Azharin were to be hit once more.

"I agree with your mother's thoughts." Bernard said firmly.

Armian's face was disappointed. Seeing that, Bernard quickly connected his sentence. "You must not be disappointed. At least think of Azharin. He has not had a career. If she's shaken once more, it's likely that she's delayed or, more importantly, she's annulled our marriage."

Armian confirmed in his heart Bernard's thought. He breathed in full of distress. Not a single word was said. Nor did anyone think of him for his mother's troubles who wouldn't meet Azharin.

Bernard thought again and he said, "What if I'm the one who met your mother?"

Armian agreed quickly. "You're right. So much better. Let's go to Mama's house. Before we go home last night and Azharin looks for you."

They moved quickly and left the cafe. Armian drove towards his mother's house. It took me an hour to get to her mother's house.

Armian doesn't have to knock on the door. Hearing the roar of the car in the courtyard of the house, his mother had known who was coming. Although his mother did not forget to peek first make sure. She still feels safe, besides her husband is still in prison, Armian has taken care of and filed for divorce for her mother. His mother asked because she could no longer live with a man who likes to hit.

The door had opened, and Armian could see his mother's smile. Armian came down and followed Bernard. Her mother's smile was gone and changed with astonishment. He was guessing, if this bule man was Azharin's future husband which means his future son-in-law.

The woman was a little worried. He made sure no other passengers got out of the car. Surely it was Azharin.

Armian found out what his mother was thinking, as she glanced back at the car.

"I didn't bring Azharin or Sonia Ma. I just brought Mama's daughter-in-law."

There was a little relief on his mother's face. Armian greeted his mother and hugged and kissed her cheek.

"Some healthy?" ask him and introduce Bernard.

"Bernard's."

His mother invited in. They sit in the living room and sit only on the carpet. There was no guest chair, because her mother didn't want to.

Armian told me briefly how they arrived at this house. Armian was also a translator between Bernard and his mother because Bernard could not speak Indonesian while his mother could not speak English.

"Bernard said Ma, let him marry Mama's daughter and he promised Azharin's happiness." His mother nodded after hearing Armian's words.

"He also asked Mama, are you sure you won't see Azharin before she takes Azharin away from the country?"

At first Bernard did not want to ask this question. Bernard's mind changed looking at the fragile woman in front of him. But Azharin's mother's answer made Bernard think, it was much wiser.

"Tell this man, you are sure and stick to your decision. Mama, please take care of her, love her and don't hurt her after so much pain she's received from her father and mother. If he is wrong, educate him well. If you don't love her anymore, please order her, bring your sister back to you." Armian translated what his mother said and Bernard agreed.

"Mrs don't worry, I'll love her with all my heart. I know a lot, the pain he's receiving. I'm not gonna give him any more pain."

"When are you guys leaving?" ask mother.

"The longest day, madam."

"Okay Ma, I'll set it." Armian promised his mother.

"Ma, we'll excuse you then. It's been almost two hours we've been gone. I don't want to leave Azharin too long. He's still very surprised to find out you're gone." Armian said goodbye to his mother.

"Madam, I don't know when I'll see you again. I pray that one day the Madam may come to my country and see us. Do not refuse my gift, I give it in the name of Azharin. Hopefully it can help the Madam even if it doesn't help much."

Bernard gave it still the currency of his country. Armian instantly prevented his mother from refusing. Armian did not want Bernard offended. It wasn't easy for an outside man to share, except with close relatives and relatives It was at least that Armian knew from Azharin's story.

"Where is Bang? Why did you take Bernard for so long? Where are you guys going?" ask Azharin streak.

"There is a business between men. What's up?"

"Please buy bread of wheat Bang, and many. My husband-to-be is not good at eating rice. I don't want him to starve. I don't want to go anywhere, either."

Armian heard Azharin's lackluster tone. "Yes, okay. What do you want?"

"There is no Bang. Ask Sonia, maybe she has something to want."

"Is he not near you?"

"No, he's gone back to the room after making me a glass of juice."

"Yes, I'll call him. Do you want to talk to Bernard first? If you do speak. Brother has connected to the car's Bluetooth."

"Darling, it's good that you ask your personal driver to stop at the bakery. I don't want to see you look weird eating rice." Bernard laughed looking at Armian.

"Alright Barbie. Thanks for the attention."

"Baby sweetheart. I want to take a nap. Quickly home. I miss you."

"Baseless shameless." Armian cursed his sister in a joking tone. He spoke English so Bernard could understand.

"From Brother, shy. A little friend just can't be on sister-in-law."

"Sleep, you're noisy. Brother again focused on bringing the bride."

"Yes. Take good care of my heart's lover. See you later, baby." Azharin immediately broke off the conversation. Armian looked at Bernard who was smiling warmly.

"May you be happy."
