The Love Between Two Countries

The Love Between Two Countries
I'm sorry Dad

Three months on, Bernard had been in Indonesia. Azharin has finished taking care of her work stop as an immigration officer. Many of his friends regretted Azharin's decision. Stop working when some people try to become permanent employees or civil servants.

But they forget, there is a way. Azharin had been convinced of his choice. Azharin had retired a week before Bernard came to the process one last time.

Armian forced Azharin to say goodbye to her father once. Azharin did not meet his father when Bernard first set foot in Azharin's homeland. Bernard didn't have much time, and Azharin was reluctant to meet his father. Although Azharin had forgiven his father's mistake, since the incident it was like there was a curtain between them.

Azharin never cared about her father, nor did she ever contact him. Azharin thought the father was dead and forgave the father.

"Dad, I'm leaving. I ask for your blessing. I'm sorry, I never asked my brother if he was okay. When I haven't heard from you in three years, I thought you were happy with your new wife and forgot about my son. I'm sorry dad, I'm sorry."

Only Azharin's voice was heard, Bernard, Armian and Sonia were silent. Azharin's tears have been spilled. He now feels so shocked.

Azharin was not satisfied with just words, her hands continued to hug her father's tombstone. Azharin doesn't believe her father died three years ago. Armian also did not know if his father's wife had not called and reported his father critically in the hospital. Armian did not tell Azharin, because of his father's last message.

His father asked Armian to say that Azharin would marry him. His father was still very ashamed and guilty of Azharin for the case that night. Let Azharin be happy only with Armian's attention. His father always asks through Armian.

The news stopped when his father married and almost never asked Armian again. Even Armian was starting to have trouble contacting his father. Armian also did not know if his father had a stroke. His father forbade his wife to inform Armian. They even moved house and sent messages to neighbors, they moved out of town.

"Why is my fate so tragic dad. I felt so heartless and not thousand. I didn't even know Dad was gone. Am I so unwanted in this world. I'm sorry dad, if I can't be filial."

Azharin continued to say while shedding tears. Armian felt slapped and felt guilty. She was very much in a dilemma between thinking about her mother's feelings and her sister's.

Armian saw Azharin feeling devastated. Then what if Azharin later found out about his mother's condition. Armian was already unfocused with Azharin's next words. Armian tried to keep thinking about the bad. In two days, Azharin will leave the country.

"I shouldn't have dissolved in fear or hate. I feel guilty for my father, on my lips I say I forgive my father. In fact, I don't. Evidently I ignored my father and moved away subtly. Forgive Arin dad. Arin has become a disobedient and selfish child. Dad, what should Arin do now?"

Azharin was getting stronger and stronger hugging her father's tombstone. Azharin's feelings raged, between regret, disappointment and anger. Azharin could not blame his brother. Even though his brother just said it now. Azharin did not want to blame her brother. He had already regretted blindly blaming his brother when the Hendri case.

Bernard gave strength through a gentle swab on Azharin's back. He also stroked Azharin's shoulder and grabbed Azharin when Azharin's feelings raged.

Azharin tried to calm herself down through the warmth of Bernard's embrace. Azharin looked at her lover's blue eyes. Seeking strength there. Bernard nodded gently and looked at Azharin lovingly.

Azharin sent a prayer to her father. Once again before standing up and intending to leave the tomb, he apologized and asked for his blessing. Azharin then broke away from Bernard's embrace. He stood up and everyone stood up. The emotional turmoil was so strong, making Azharin's vision blurred and black. Azharin staggered and fainted.

Bernard, who had been suspicious of Azharin staggering while standing, had set his body. Bernard greeted and carried Azharin into an embrace. He held Azharin and stepped out of the tomb complex.

In the car, Sonia opens her bag and looks for wind oil. Sonia has always been carrying wind oil lately to relieve nausea by smelling.

Bernard smelled into Azharin's nose. Azharin soon regained her senses, and her tears returned. Bernard grabbed and kissed Azharin's head. Unsatisfied with just doing so, Bernard also said, "I know how you feel Barbie. Only, what had happened was inevitable. You must be strong for our future. I'll give you a lot of happiness."

Armian who heard Bernard's words, felt much better. He secretly prayed that after marriage, his sister would get as much happiness as Bernard said.

Bernard arrived this time, no longer sleeping in the hotel. There was a room of his father and mother who had been a guest room since they had only lived together. Azharin wanted to say goodbye and introduce her future husband to his immediate neighbors only.

Arriving at home, Bernard descended first and turned towards Azharin sitting down. He opened the door and grabbed Azharin in his arms.

Bernard doesn't care. He kept Azharin in a sling and took Azharin to his room. He put Azharin down quietly and kissed Azharin on the forehead.

"Barbie take a break. I still have to be with your brother." Azharin who was still feeling weak and tired, followed Bernard's advice. He closed his eyes and Bernard rubbed Azharin's head. After once more he dyed Azharin's forehead, Bernard left Azharin's room and followed Armian who was in the living room with his wife.

"Darling, I need a minute with Bernard. You please look around Azharin ya."

"Don't worry, I'll do it."

Bernard nodded in gratitude. Sonia felt much calmer letting Azharin go with Bernard. Sonia saw Bernard so attentive and affectionate.

Sonia closed the door and locked when the car had left the yard. Sonia follows Azharin into the room.

"Rin, are you sleeping?" tanya Sonia opened the door of Azharin's room. He did not enter, but just stood at the door of the room.

"Come in." Azharin asked Sonia to come closer.

Sonia sat on the edge of the bed. Azharin waved the blanket that Bernard had placed. Azharin added a pillow and looked at Sonia. Her tears are melting again.

Sonia did not wipe Azharin's tears, she simply stroked Azharin's long hair . "I can understand how you feel. Cry as much as you can, then rise up and build your future."

"I just feel guilty and sorry."

"That we can't avoid. However, does that sense have to destroy our long-term future?"

"Trust me, from somewhere, I also don't want to see you slump and destroy your future. Dad doing this must have had a reason. It's also for your own good. So if you're right to forgive me, believe what I've done." Sonia again seduced Azharin's heart so as not to dissolve in regret.

"You're right. I'll remember your words."

"It's good if you still want to hear my words. That means you admit I'm your sister-in-law," Sonia said, bringing Azharin along in a joking manner. Sonia succeeded. A small smile was present on Azharin's lips.

"I'll miss you brother-in-law."

"I'm not sure. You must be drunk in that giant man's arms."

"You can't say he was originally with a space man and now you call him a giant man."

"You're wrongly accused. The title of space man, your brother who gave, when you suddenly had in Bernard's country."

"But you guys are a soul mate. Your mouth is just as sharp."

Sonia laughed, she rubbed Azharin's hair once again. "You want me to make you some Barbie juice?" sonia's full of jokes. Azharin couldn't hit like when Sonia wasn't pregnant. He did not want Sonia to be surprised by the exaggerated actions.
