The next morning Joshua arrives with Nicole who is escorted by two policemen. Last night when Joshua was going home to take care of something, he got a call from Nicole. The woman is willing to donate her spinal cord. The doctor immediately examined Nicole. Not long after that the results of the examination came out. His spinal cord matches Phillippa's. Joshua and Rosalind were relieved. The operation is scheduled for three more days.

Joshua went to see Nicole in the examination room. The woman looked over to see Joshua coming.

"What made you change your mind?"ask Joshua without further ado.

"I want Phillippa alive."

Joshua smiled cynically, then he sat down with his legs crossed.

"Is it because Phillippa is your son?"

Nicole nodded.

"If Phillippa wasn't your son, would you be willing to donate spinal cord for him?"

Nicole speechless.

"I don't think you'll be ready" Joshua replied.

"I hated the boy until you said Phillippa was my son. All this time I thought my son was dead. I hated him, because his mother had taken Valentine away from me, but after I found out Phillippa wasn't Genevieve's son, I felt sorry for hurting him. As a sign of my regret, I wanted to help her. I admit until now my hatred for Genevieve has not gone away, I have not been able to forget it. What you're saying is true, if Phillippa wasn't my son, I wouldn't have helped her."

"Originally you know Genevieve never took anything away from you, if Valentine loved Genevieve it wasn't her fault. You better take a break. The operation will be in three days."

Joshua moved out of his chair.

"Don't tell Phillippa anything, that I'm her mother and that I've donated the spinal cord to her. That kid hates me so much, if he finds out, he'll be so mad."

Joshua went out of the room and immediately met Phillippa in his room. The girl was talking to Angelica. Both of them were silent when they saw me coming.

"Good morning, Mr. Waldgrave!"greet Angelica.

"Morning!"

"I'll leave you two. Excuse me!"

Joshua sat on the bed and he held Phillippa's hand.

"There's something important I want to talk to you about. I made my decision last night and I think what I decided was right."

Joshua fell silent, then continued his words again. "Married me!"

Phillippa was surprised. He was not ready to accept Joshua's proposal.

"I know for a fact that you will reject her, because you feel unworthy to be my wife and soon you will leave me forever. I deserve a healthy and beautiful woman to be my wife. Right, right?"

Phillippa nodded.

"I don't want to hinder your happiness."

"My happiness is with you, so don't throw me out just because you're sick."

"But what if I..."

"You will heal and do not tell me to look for another woman, for you are the only woman who will be my wife."

Joshua lifted Phillippa's chin, then let out a soft kiss on the girl's tiny lips.

"You're a stupid man, for loving a dying woman like me."

Joshua smiled faintly, then clenched Phillippa tightly.

"Everything will be fine. You'll be healed. Someone's been willing to donate his spinal cord to you."

Phillippa let go of Joshua's embrace. His green eyes flashed in disbelief.

Joshua then took out a small wooden box from his suit pocket, then he unsealed the box. A heart-shaped diamond chirp, then he put it on Phillippa's ring finger.

"Very fitting."

Phillippa looked at the ring in amazement.

"Do you like it?"

"Like."

" We'll get married after the surgery. How's it?"

Phillippa nodded while holding her tears out.

The day of the operation arrived. Joshua was relieved because Phillippa was very good. He hopes the operation will run smoothly although later the results must wait for the response from Phillippa's body. In the room, Angelica and Rosalind tried to win a nervous Phillippa.

"Surely you can. You are a very strong woman" said Angelica.

"Miss Phillippa. You'll be fine, for sure" Rosalind said.

"What if it doesn't work?"

"It will work" said Angelica."You have to stay optimistic."

Phillippa nodded. Angelica and Rosalind took turns hugging Phillippa. Phillippa was taken to the operating room. Joshua clenched his hand and kissed his forehead.

"I'll wait for you here."

"I love you."

Joshua smiled, then the door closed. During the operation, Joshua seemed restless as well as Angelica and Rosalind. After waiting for a few hours, the operation was finally completed as well. Doctors said the surgery was successful and waited for a response from Phillippa's body. Joshua heaved a sigh of relief and saw the girl transferred to the inpatient room.

After Nicole wakes up, Joshua meets her.

"How's Phillippa?"

"Phillippa is fine now."

"I hope the operation is successful and the boy can recover soon."

"Thank you for helping her."

"I had no choice but to help him. He's my son."

"Of course."

"Why do you care so much about Phillippa?"

"I love her and we'll get married soon."

Nicole was surprised." Oh. When did you get married?"

"After Phillippa was feeling well after the surgery."

"Congratulations to you. I may not be attending your wedding."

Nicole falls asleep again and Joshua leaves the room.

"I'm sorry it's been almost two months I haven't visited you guys."

"I'm sorry, but tell me what happened? You owe me and Miya an explanation."

Joshua then told her everything about Phillippa and her family as well about her illness. He also tells Fabian and Miya that he has fallen in love with the girl and intends to marry her.

"I thought you and Barbara loved each other" Miya said.

"Unfortunately no. I thought I'd love her too."

"When are you getting married?"ask Fabian.

"Next week."

"Hurry up" said Miya.

"I want to tie him up and be mine forever." Joshua smiled at the smile.

"I'm happy you're finally getting married. Congratulations to you." Fabian memeuk Joshua's.

"thank you. Where is Raina?"

"He was in his room. I'm gonna see him a long time I haven't seen him."

"He keeps asking you," said Miya.

Joshua headed to Raina's room and the little girl was asleep at the study table. Joshua moved her to the bed, then in her kiss Raina cheek. He felt guilty because he hadn't seen her in a long time. With a slow step he then left Raina's room. Although he was disappointed he could not talk to her.

Joshua arrives at his mansion and meets Sandra.

"I came here to deliver this document to you.""

"Thank you for delivering it to me."

"How's Phillippa doing?"

"It's better. We're getting married next week."

"That's great. You finally got married too. Congratulations, Mr. Waldgrave."

After Sandra leaves, Joshua goes upstairs to meet her father. As usual, the atmosphere of the mansion always seemed quiet. He knocked on his father's room.

"Lake in!"

Joshua opened the door and entered. His father looked well and was reading a magazine on the balcony of his room. Joshua sat in front of his father.

"I want to tell Dad something. It's gonna sound crazy, but it's really happening."

"Say it straight!"

"A woman has stolen the father's sphema and the woman is inseminating. Finally the woman was pregnant and carrying the father's child."

"The woman's name is Jeanette Fabian's ex-servant."

Thomas grew even more surprised and looked at Joshua in disbelief.

"Where is the boy?"

"There's with Fabian. Name's Raina. "

"So Fabian's adopted son is my son?"

Joshua also told his father about his marriage. Thomas is shocked at his son's sudden marriage. Joshua was delighted that his father had agreed to the marriage, although for a while, his father was hesitant to learn that Phillippa had recovered from her illness.

"Phillippa's a good girl. I'll love it."

"I believe you."

"Thank you." Joshua hugged his father with love.

The next morning Joshua and his father went to meet Fabian and Miya. Thomas' arrival took Fabian by surprise. Joshua then tells Fabian that his father has found out about Raina. Fabian and Miya are worried that Thomas will take Raina away from her. Thomas meets Raina who is playing in the backyard of the mansion. He hugs the boy, although Thomas only knows him, but there is a sense of affection probably because Raina is his son.

At first Thomas was going to take Raina home, but Joshua forbade her. Raina is better off with Fabian and Miya whom she already knows as her parents. Finally Thomas agreed, because what Joshua said was true. Raina does not know Thomas as her father and she will feel like she lives with a stranger.

"You can visit it whenever you want" Fabian said.

"alright. I hope Raina can stay with us for a few days" Thomas said.

"Of course."

Joshua and his father returned home after saying goodbye.

Meanwhile Phillippa was looking at her newly arrived wedding dress. She stared in amazement not expecting her wedding dress to be this beautiful. Take that dress. Phillippa can't wait to wear it next week.

"A very beautiful dress" commented Angelica who had just come to the room to bring medicine to Phillippa.

"You'll be so pretty, if you wear that."

"This wedding dress is definitely very expensive" Phillippa said.

"That's for sure. Mr. Waldgrave apparently wanted to buy you the best wedding dress for your wedding day."

Phillippa again stroked her wedding dress carefully not wanting to damage it.

The wedding day arrived. The entire Baskerville and Waldgrave family came to celebrate the wedding of one of their family members. Joshua and Phillippa's wedding was held in the courtyard of the Castalia mansion and the wedding reception was themed garden party. The garden has been decorated as beautifully as possible. Wedding music began to play. Fabian escorts Phillippa to the altar where Joshua has been waiting for him. Joshua smiled happily as Phillippa welcomed her hand to say the wedding vows.

After saying each other's wedding vows and being declared officially husband and wife, Joshua kissed the bride who got a boisterous clap of the guests."I love you, Joshua Adrian."Phillippa kissed Joshua again and they hugged each other joyfully.

Guests congratulate the bride.

"Congratulations to you both!"said Mr. Smiths.

"Thank you" Phillippa replied, then hugged her. Phillippa already considers Mr. Smith as his own father.

"Don't forget to stop by my music store again. I want to hear your pianom play again."

Joshua smiled and hugged his friend."Thank you for coming."

After greeting all his guests, Joshua led Phillippa to a rather quiet place. Joshua drew Phillippa into his arms. Phillippa felt Joshua's warm breath on his face sending delightful waves all over his body. Something wet and soft touched his lips. Joshua was kissing her. Phillippa closed her eyes, enjoying the kiss Joshua had given her. Joshua had never felt so much passion for a woman beyond his passion with Genevieve. He felt a strong passion for Phillippa. Joshua pulled away and smiled.

"I love you, dear Phillippaku, he said as he kissed the corner of Phillippa's lips.

Phillippa looked at me to Joshua.''I love you too.''

Joshua smiled and kissed Phillippa again. He gave a gentle kiss several times and then looked at Phillippa with a burning intensity that made it difficult for the girl to breathe. "I will make you as happy as you have done to me, for you make my heart smile again and I am sure in your heart there will always be happiness for me forever, Phillippa ."
