"Sister El."

Elena looked back at the origin of the voice that called out to her. He saw Ria who was standing at the door of his room in neat clothes.

"Ria, why is Brother Rico sleeping here?" ask Elena. "And why is his face so battered? Who's he fighting with?"

"I don't know either, brother. I was in the bathroom and just heard a noise from the living room. When I came out, I saw Brother Rico being beaten by brother Ardo."

"Ardo?"

Ria nodded her head.

"Why did Ardo beat my brother?" elena asked astonished.

"I don't know either, Brother."

Elena looked confused. What the hell is this really? Last night Rico did not come home, and this morning this man was already in Jinan's house in a very chaotic situation.

"But Brother Ardo said to me that he beat Brother Rico because ...."

Elena raised both eyebrows, waiting for the continuation of Ria's words.

"Em, brother Ardo was angry because he saw Brother Rico wanted to harass Jinan," said Ria hesitant. He bit his lower lip, afraid that what Ardo told him was not true.

"What's? Are you serious, Ri?" elena asked in shock.

"A .. I don't know, sister," said Ria.

"Where's jinan?"

"In room. Said he didn't want to leave the room before .. before Rico got home."

"So right if Brother Rico wants to harass Jinan?" ask Elena again.

"I don't know, Brother. Jinan doesn't want to tell me the same story. He was silent after a few minutes of crying."

Elena was silent for a moment, then she got up from her seat to see Jinan's state in the room, and was followed by Ria from behind.

Inside, Jinan is seen taking a baby Ayla. But the woman's gaze looked empty, only her hands were moving following the movements of baby Ayla's hands.

Elena stepped into the room.

"Jinan" called him, but Jinan did not answer his call. Even the woman may not have noticed his arrival.

As Elena sat on the edge of the mattress beside baby Ayla, Jinan was still unaware of her presence. It looks like the woman is daydreaming. As Elena moved to sit behind Jinan's body and pat her shoulder slowly, the woman regained her senses from her daydream.

"Elena," exclaimed Jinan in shock.

"What are you daydreaming about?" ask Elena.

Jinan looked at Elena flatly. "Em, no," he quietly cried.

"Don't lie, Ji. Tell me, what Rico has done to you," Elena said with a serious look.

"Aah?" Jinan looked at Elena in surprise.

"Why does Elena ask like that?" his inner.

Jinan's eyes looked teary as she recalled the incident an hour ago. Jinan quickly raised his head up so that his tears would not spill for the umpteenth time.

Jinan sighed, then she smiled faintly at Elena.

"Em, no, El. Oh yeah, what are you doing here?" jinan asked with the intention of diverting Elena's question.

"What's wrong?" elena was confused. "What's up? We're going to a restaurant. Why are you asking again?" elena reminded.

Jinan widened her eyes, she forgot that right now she had to go to the restaurant with Ria and Elena.

"Ria said, Ardo told her that you were almost harassed by Rico's sister. Is true?"

Jinan stared at Ria who was sitting beside baby Ayla, but when their gaze met, Ria immediately lowered her gaze.

As Jinan looked at Elena back, at that moment her eyes were back in tears. And a second later, his cries finally broke as well. Elena sighed, she hugged Jinan's body tightly while gently rubbing his back.

For a long time Jinan cried in Elena's arms, making Elena sure that what Ardo told Ria about Rico's bad deeds to Jinan was true.

Elena sighed repeatedly to control her emotions for what her brother had done. Just a few days ago Rico almost put Jinan in danger, now that the problem is gone, he again gives Jinan a new problem. Problems that might be fatal to their friendship.

"It looks like I have to go home, El," Jinan said suddenly.

Elena scrunched her forehead hearing Jinan's words. He pulled his body from Jinan's embrace, then he looked at Jinan with a confused look.

"Come home?" ask Elena.

Jinan nodded her head.

"I'm going back to Indonesia. It doesn't seem like Germany is a good fit for someone like me" Jinan said.

He shed his tears again when he remembered his purpose here, which is to achieve his goals. An ideal that has been designed in such a way by the father for him since he was a child. But baby, it seems Jinan can't do what his late father wanted. He failed, even before he set foot in the courtyard where he would attend school.

"You ... You want to go, Ji?" elena asked in disbelief.

Jinan nodded her head slowly but with confidence.

"No! Brother can't leave. My sister promised to continue school here with me. Brother cannot go, sister," said Ria who disagreed with Jinan's words. He was forced to go to college just because of Jinan's request, but why now the woman even wants to go home, before she even starts her studies.

"Sister has nothing left to survive here, Ri. And Brother also felt, Germany is not a suitable country for Brother to live in. It's better that you just go home," Jinan said, staring at Ria.

"Don't you want to leave me here alone? Brother is the same as me?" asked Ria sadly.

Jinan approached Ria and sat down beside the woman. He tightly grasped Ria's hand while looking at her with a calming look. Yes, Jinan tried to make Ria calm even though her own heart was in a state of collapse.

"You're not alone, Ri. Here your family will accompany you. You can also move to Elena's apartment when Brother has come home later. It's more comfortable and spacious, isn't it? You'll feel right there."

Ria shook her head. "Bad brother is like me. Brother wants to leave me here alone. Brother does not love me," said Ria while tightly hugging Jinan's slender body.

In the guest room, Rico had just woken up from his stupor. He rubbed his head that felt dizzy.

Sjssshhh ...

Rico hissed in pain as his hand accidentally touched his temple.

"Damn it" Rico said as he recalled what happened a few minutes ago when Ardo beat him.

"Why should I behave like that to Jinan. Aayyss Jinan will definitely be getting away from me. Shit, you fool Rico," Rico muttered unceasingly to himself.

Rico's gaze now led to Jinan's closed door. He was eager to see the woman to apologize for her treatment that he should not have done. Moreover, he did it to Jinan, the sholehah woman who should not get such inappropriate treatment.

Rico stood up and was about to walk towards Jinan's room, but he had just walked two steps, suddenly his steps came to a halt when he saw the door open. He saw Elena coming out of the room alone.

"Elena," murmured Rico. He was quite surprised to see his sister there.
