The Journey of Jinan

Chapters. 107

This morning Ayla woke up when the time had shown at 7 am. Fortunately last night the little girl was able to sleep well, so as not to disturb Linda's sleep, but that morning because Ayla saw the atmosphere of the room was quite foreign to her and also no one around her, the little girl cried to her mother.

At that time Jinan who was helping Linda cook, immediately left her job to approach her son. After successfully calming Ayla, Jinan invited her child to take a bath first before they had breakfast together. 

Just entering the kitchen, suddenly the sound of a crying baby Andy sounded shrill from the room Jinan occupied last night.

"Just bathe Ayla" Linda said as she finished her work. 

"I'm sorry to bother you, Ma," Jinan said unhappily.

"Troubt what? Mama is happy to do this. You've got your son there, '" throw Linda and Jinan right away.

As Jinan heads to the room, Linda invites Ayla to take a shower. The middle-aged woman seemed to enjoy her task of bathing her granddaughter. That's exactly what he's been looking forward to for a long time. A moment later, he suddenly felt sad. He was sad to remember that today his granddaughter and his dream daughter-in-law were leaving him.

So short of the happiness he felt at this moment. But even so, at least he still had a chance to start everything from scratch. Again, he should be grateful for this second chance God gave him even though what he felt was not as perfect as he wanted.

After finishing bathing Ayla and Jinan had also finished bathing Andy, they were now sitting at the dinner table for breakfast together. While eating Jinan, Ardo and Linda decorate their breakfast time with casual conversation. The beginning of the conversation Jinan and Linda look awkward, but over time they begin to enjoy the situation they feel at this time. 

From now on they should get used to forgetting the past and opening up new pages. There would be no end if they still held grudges against each other. That's what Linda, Ardo and Jinan are now applying to each of them.

"Auntie, from tomorrow Aunty can return to the house she used to live in. Later in the day the house can only be cleaned so, new aunt can occupy it tomorrow."

Linda stared in surprise at Ardo, as did Jinan. He did not know about this at all because Ardo had never talked about this to him before.

"Home?" ask Linda.

"Yes, your house that you used to pawn. I bought the house and I'll–"

"No need, Ar," cut Linda quick.

Ardo looked confusedly at Linda. No need? Whatdoes thatmean?

"You don't have to bother returning the house because after your departure, I'll just stay in the nursing home."

Jinan and Ardo are shocked to hear Linda's words. Nursing home? Why can Linda think of that place when they never thought of it.

"Want to live in a nursing home? For what, Ma?" ask Jinan curiously.

"Yes Aunty, for what Bibi lives in a nursing home while Bibi has a home and enough income from the proceeds of the shares I've given to Aunty."

Linda sighed for a moment and smiled.

"I'm getting old, Ardo, Jinan. I don't have anyone else here either. The house was too big for me to live in and I was thinking about my decision to stay in a nursing home. I want to live a simple and quiet life in my old age. At least there I can have a friend to share the story with. If you guys want to visit me later, we can meet somewhere, or you can visit me to the nursing home."

"But, Ma."

"I would be very happy if you would like to fulfill my request on this one" Linda said in a very calm tone.

Jinan and Ardo looked at each other. "Are you sure?"

"Well if that's what Auntie wants but, what about the house?"

Linda seemed to think for a moment. He seemed hesitant about what he was thinking, but a second later he looked at Ardo and Jinan in turn. "May I have one more request for the last one?"

"Tell me, Auntie" said Ardo without hesitation.

"Can you give the house to my grandson Andre?"

Linda swallows her saliva. Perhaps this strange request of his will make Jinan and Ardo a little objection but, he hopes Jinan and Ardo will grant his last request.

"Of course."

And sure enough, without a second thought Ardo immediately agreed to his request. Ardo had also previously thought about Romi's son, but he was reluctant to discuss it let alone Linda who had never discussed the child. And when Linda asked for something related to the child, without a doubt she immediately agreed.

"A–are you serious?" linda asked in disbelief because Ardo agreed to her request just like that and without burden.

"If Aunt wants that, then it doesn't matter to us. I have to take responsibility for everything I do."

"Thank you, son," Linda said with slightly teary eyes.

Actually Linda does still hold an anger on Aurel about the separation of Romi and Jinan first. He also had time to hate Andre and thought that the birth of the child that brought disaster to the household Jinan and Romi, but after thinking back, after thinking back, however and how Andre can exist in this world, Andre is still Romi's flesh and blood. Her grandchildren.

Before his departure to Turkey later tonight, this afternoon Ardo wants to take Linda to one of the malls in the center of Jakarta. He wants to make time for Linda and Jinan and Ayla to spend their time before they part.

There was not much they did there because the time they had was very short.There They just accompanied Ayla playing games, shopping, and lunch together.

Clearly visible from the look on her face, it seems like Linda really enjoyed the moment together with Ayla and Jinan. Hopefully after this everything can run normally and there is no longer a grudge between the two families. Although Ardo hates the family so much that has made Jinan's life destroyed but all has passed. As long as Jinan is okay and willing to forgive and give away everything that has happened, then he must too.

He was proud to have a wife like Jinan. Not only beautiful in appearance but, Jinan also has a soul like an angel.

He kisses Andy's head while looking at Jinan, Ayla, and Linda who are shopping for groceries to be taken to the nursing home later. "That's your mama, son. He's our angel."

Tengkyu really for those who have been loyal to JINAN LIFE JOURNEY until the end of the story. Sorry if lately ngaretnya very long, because indeed the condition again can not up routine. Hopefully the next story can be better than this in terms of up, authorship, and definitely the story 💕
