The Inauthentic Billionaire Princess

The Inauthentic Billionaire Princess
Chapter 6

"Julie," I heard someone whispering to me. I moved a little before finally falling asleep in silence.

"Julie!" This time his voice was a little louder.

I opened my eyes slowly. I don't see anything. It was dark. Or maybe my eyes are still closed. I opened it furiously, widening it to the shape of a plate.

"Julie," I heard the same voice from beside me. I looked to the left.

Therehewas. Olivia's.

"Hey Olivia. What are you doing here?" I asked, smiling little at him, my eyes wanting to be closed forever.

He looked at me with a look of disbelief.

"Did they hit you in the head?"

"What?" I asked.

"We've been kidnapped!"

"Wait, what?!"

I looked around, the events of the previous day flooded my consciousness.

I was in a room. Thank goodness at least Olivia was with me.

The room was big and dark. I can barely see anything. I could see the bed in front of me and the windows were closed and the curtains were opened.

"Where are we?" I asked frantically, looking at Olivia who looked like she was about to cry for a bit more.

"I don't know," his voice broke at the last word.

I tried to raise my hand to see if she was crying as she lowered her head and moved away from me, but my hand could not move.

It was only then that I realized that I was tied up in a chair. My hands were tied behind me to the chair and even my legs could not move. I can't move. I can't wake up. I can't do anything.

"I'm sorry, Julie. It's all my fault. I shouldn't have drunk. But he forced me to drink!"

I frowned at him. "Who is he?"

"Wilma Friends. I don't remember his name. Maybe Bobby or Bobert or something like that" He closed his eyes tight.

"Robert," murmured me. "We need to get out of here."

"Hows it? We're tied up in these chairs and I can barely move my neck!"

"Oh God." I exhaled.

I'mfrightened. I was so scared. I was really scared. I don't know who kidnapped us. I don't know why we were kidnapped. I don't know where we are. I don't know if I can get out of here with Olivia, alive. I don't know if the kidnappers will kill us, ask us for money or rape us.

"I don't want to die!" Olivia suddenly shouted. I was surprised by his screams.

"Olivia relax. We're gonna get out of here. Don't yell or they'll come."

"I don't care! Hey, you're a kidnapper!" He shouted again, glaring at the door as if he knew that his captor was outside the room. "I don't want to die! I'm not a coward like you! Don't bother us! You can't get anything from us!"

"Olivia, quiet!" I said. My breath became stingy as I felt my heart beating fast. I looked towards the door.

Why do I feel like someone is coming in now?

And sure enough, I heard someone's footsteps outside the room. Looks like it's getting closer. Damnit.

"Olivia! I'll kill you if those kidnappers come in now!"

He looked at me, feeling guilty for yelling like crazy. It's too late to feel guilty now.

I heard a slow mutter outside the door and my eyes widened and I looked at Olivia. The same expression was on his face.

I looked back at the door and the murmur died down and became so silent that I could hear the sound of silence.

The door knob turned slowly and I almost peed in my pants. The tension was too heavy to withstand. I gulped hard even though my throat was dry like a desert. I haven't eaten anything yet. I am not hungry, I am thirsty. I haven't had a drink of water since last night at the party.

But was it really last night? Or days? I don't know what day it is.

I tried to concentrate on the stranger who opened the door slowly.

Openup! Hurry along! This is not a horror movie!

Suddenly, I felt nausea in my stomach. I felt as if I was going to throw up. I felt as if my head was bouncing around the room.

I felt my vision blurred but I could see a body walking in the room. Something pink started to look and I felt my eyelids become heavy.

Before I could see the panicked kidnapper, before I could tell if we were going to live or not and before I could see Olivia to see if she was going to be okay, my eyes closed involuntarily and I fainted.

I opened my eyes to the stranger. Not as dark as before. But I'm not worried about that. I looked around the pink room for signs of Olivia.

He's not here. I felt someone move next to me and I screamed. I slapped my mouth with my hand as I saw that it was Olivia. I heaved a sigh of relief, putting a hand over my racing heart.

He slept soundly as if he did not care about the world. For God's sake, we were kidnapped!

"Wake up!" He didn't move, so I started shaking him hard. "Wake up, you slacker!"

His eyes darted open and he looked at me for a moment before his eyes loosened and he rolled.

"Shut up" he said, lazily.

I can't believe my ears. They certainly fooled me.

"Olivia, wakeup! We're kidnapped! Did you forget?! We gotta get out of here! Now!"

He jumped out of bed because of my explosion and took a deep breath to calm himself down.

He looked at me and his eyes did not match my panic and horror. Why is he so calm?

I jumped out of bed and ran to the door as I felt her arms curling back up, pulling my wrists and

"Julie, wait."

I pulled my hand from his grasp and ran towards the door. I tried to open it but the door was closed.

"Damn!" I turned towards Olivia and she ran towards me. He started to pull me back to bed.

"What are you doing?! We need to get out of here!" I screamed at him.

What did they do to him? Or did they hit him on the head to make him lose his mind?

"Julie, I know you're scared, but calm down. I'll explain everything. This-"

"Shut up!" Cut it. "Be quiet! Olivia are you crazy?"

"Go to hell! If you want to die here, it doesn't matter to me. But I don't want to die, thank you very much, goodbye."

Before I reached the door, I heard the handle spinning slowly but without a sound.

The door was quickly pulled open and a large man entered in clothes similar to the man who kidnapped us.

They're the same people, the stupid Julie.

I staggered back, intimidated by the man towering above me.

I held Olivia's hand so tightly that I probably stopped her blood circulation because she was trying to loosen my grip on her.

He opened the door and I debated whether to take the opportunity and ran out.

I didn't know if I would get a golden opportunity like this again, so I was about to run out when someone appeared at the door.

He is no stranger.

Her...

But what is he doing here?

Did he kidnap me?

I remember hearing a woman's voice when I was kidnapped. She's the woman I met at the party!

My jaw fell to the floor.

There's no way he's gonna kidnap me because of what I did to him at the party. That's so ridiculous.

He walked in, looking nervous. Tight shoulders.

"Why did you bring me here?" I asked him.

"Juliette..." He said and his voice broke at the end of the sentence. He looks like he's going to cry.

Juliet's?

What the hell is going on?!

"Who are you? Did you bring me here just because I ruined your precious dress?"

Pain flashed across his face and I was confused as to why he had brought me here.

"Of course not. Juliet, I know what I did wrong. But I think that's best for you."

"Kidnapping me is the best thing for me?" I asked. What'd he say?

"We both know what I'm talking about. Juliet, you should've"

"Wait on! I'm Julie, not Juliet! Who the hell is Juliet?!"

A small smile adorned his face. "You haven't changed. You are still the same even after almost two years. You still like Julie's name. I remember you told me that Juliet sounded old-fashioned, "She chuckled. "Well then Julie, I miss you so much."

I'm stumped. DAMN, WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!.

"Listen, Mom. I don't know who you are and I don't know what you're talking about, so I'd suggest you let us go. You have kidnapped us!"

"No. I didn't mean to kidnap you, but I was so worried about you and I missed you so much, I didn't think of anything before bringing you here."

"I really don't know what you're talking about. And you know what? I'm not interested in hearing it" I said and ran towards the door.

"Olivia, run!" I screamed, looking back to see if he obeyed, but the fool stood still in his place.

His face showed that I didn't have to try to get out.

There is no harm in trying!

He must be crazy.

But I didn't wait for him and ran down the aisle. I could hear the big man I saw earlier, shouting something through the earpiece as I turned to look at him.

I didn't know where I was, so I just ran in any direction that looked safe. I just want to get out of the house.

At the end of the passageway that was too long, there was a spiral staircase.

I ran down the stairs and there was a large hall at the end, almost the same as the hall at the party, but more magnificent.

I can see the door. Uh! Freedom!

I ran towards him and tried to open the last door to freedom but could not open.

I saw the man running down the stairs and behind him were several people who resembled him.

Seeing a door open in the corner, I ran towards him like a cheetah chasing me.

I know these people are getting closer to me. I looked back to see where they were and they were right behind me. I accelerated my steps.

Because I was too busy watching those people, I had no idea where I was running.

So when I saw where I was really going, I started to slow down my speed all of a sudden.

But it's too late. I hit a big dark blue object and the next thing I knew was that I heard a scream and something splashed into the pool in front of him.

I felt someone pull my arm and I saw those people catch me.

I tried my hardest. I thrashed under their clutches but they gripped me firmly.

The old woman came out of the pool in an instant and gasped.

"Oh no! Ethan, I'm so sorry!" He apologized to the figure in the water.

I turned my attention to the person in the pool.

He came out of the water. Her hair was wet and water dripped from her hair. His clothes stuck to his body because of the water and he was quite handsome. Okay, I may be stupid for drooling at sexy men when I'm stuck in a situation like this, but I'm actually not the one to blame. Now that I'm less than a month away from turning nineteen, my teenage hormones are a little passionate.

I'm back in the present. But the image of her sexy body turned negative when I saw her glaring at me as if to kill me right then and there. I swallowed spit.

He looks very angry. I'm in a much bigger problem.

He spewed water into his mouth.

"My laptop!" His eyes widened in horror as he lifted the laptop from the water. "And my phone!" That's when I saw the big black phone floating in the water.

I'm really in bigger trouble.
