The Inauthentic Billionaire Princess

The Inauthentic Billionaire Princess
Chapter 18

After dinner, I immediately went up to my bedroom and told Olivia to do the same. I don't want Ethan to be suspicious of our plans if he finds us wandering around the house late at night. I stayed awake in bed until one in the morning. I'm sure Ethan won't go to bed soon and I know he's tired so he won't sleep too late either.

I was constantly on the lookout for the sound of a closed door near my room signifying that she was in her bedroom, and sure enough, I heard the sound of the door closing quietly at about half-eight p.m. I gave him about half an hour after that to go to sleep because I was pretty sure he wouldn't go straight to sleep. When the time showed twenty o'clock past one night, I jumped out of bed and landed gently on the carpeted floor with both soles of my feet. Oh, the things I did for him. I sacrificed my sleep that I loved to avenge.

I slowly opened the door to see the door closed. Grinning at myself, I tiptoed into the kitchen where I was sure I would find the key. After fiddling for a few minutes, I managed to find many keys on top of the fridge. Not knowing which one was the key to her room, I brought all the keys. I drank a glass of water to relieve my dry throat and tiptoed back up.

Olivia won't accompany me on this dangerous mission because she's lazy and would rather sleep than me. But it doesn't matter because I can do it myself.

I opened my closet quietly and picked out a dark-colored hoodie to pair with my dark jeans. I set the time on two alarm clocks. One is set at two in the morning, the other is set at three. I'm gonna set Ethan's alarm clock to number four, 1 evil grin.

"You look like a robber,* I heard a whispering voice near my ear and I jumped out of my skin with my heart pounding in my chest.

"Olivia!" I exclaimed. "Lord, you surprised me!" | I whisper, my hand on the chest to calm down.

Olivia chuckled in silence. "I'm sorry, but you really look like a robber" he said. "I see you're ready for revenge."

"Why don't you sleep?"

"I can't sleep."

"Thinking Tristan?" I tease.

Olivia grunts. "Yes, she came in my nightmare asking a stupid dirty riddle with a creepy grin on her face. One of the reasons why I can't sleep."

I laughed, shaking my head. "What are you doing here? I thought you wouldn't come with me" I said, accusing.

"indeed not. But that doesn't mean I won't motivate you" he said. Suddenly, he grabbed my hand and pulled me to the bed. 'Julie, listen. You're about to enter the very, very dangerous arena known as Ethan Evans' bedroom and I hope you can come back here alive because if you get caught, you're dead, you're dead," olivia said seriously.

I grunt. "Truly motivating."

"Be quiet. Now go and get your revenge, boy!" He exclaimed, pulled me up and pushed me towards the door."

Okay, okay. Let me get the keys and the clock."

"This," said Olivia, handed me my ammo. "I'll arrange a grand funeral if you die there. Let the beauty enter the castle of the beast!"

I turned my eyeballs towards him. "Dramatic as usual."

"Go!" Olivia cheered me on. I nodded, put my hand on the doorknob and opened it little by little so I could sneak in. Olivia whispered "good luck" to me before closing the door quietly.

I looked to the left, then to the right. The silent atmosphere was silent and the hallway was empty, scaring me. Okay, let's get this over with as soon as possible, you can do it, I told myself.

I took a bunch of keys out of my jeans pocket and tried the first key my finger touched.

Can't do.

I tried the other key.

No, this isn't.

Not this one either.

No. gabe.

No. gabe.

Tones.

Noah uh.

Is this this one? I wish this was one! No, this is not one.

Ugh.

Be the right key!

Your ugh******* key! Just put it in the ******keyhole and let me in!

I swear this is not one.

If this ruins my plan...

Ahah! And finally!

I pushed the silver-colored key into the keyhole, turning it around as it opened by itself. I took a deep breath before swinging it slowly until it opened.

Shit, I was in that beast's den.

I walked into his room, saw Ethan's profile sleeping on the bed. Jesus, he's bare-chested. I gawked at the half-naked shape of her body on the bed, the bottom half covered in blankets, leaving the bare top half plastered before my eyes.

I'm sure he's sleeping. He was breathing slowly and deeply, his chest rising and descending along with his breath. I have to be quick, I told myself.

I bent over with Olivia's alarm clock in my hand, putting it under the bed, in a place that I was sure Ethan's long hands would not be able to reach.

Pulling away, I saw Ethan's alarm clock being thrown carelessly over his bed. I tiptoed to the other side, picked it up carefully and set it to five in the morning.

I looked around to find a good enough spot for this alarm. I saw a pile of clothes on a chair in one corner of the room, and walked towards him. I put the alarm clock under the pile of clothes, grinning at myself as I finished what to do.

As I was preparing to leave, I saw Ethan's sleek black phone located on the nightstand. Maybe I can set the alarm on his phone too.

Gently approaching his phone, I tucked the phone in my hand, the lock screen illuminating part of the room. Unfortunately for me, there is a passcode to his phone. I wondered if he was one of those normal people who set a normal passcode like a date of birth or a name, or is he one of those creepy guys who act as if they have a secret nuclear theory hidden in their cell phones.

I tried to think hard about the possibility of a passcode Ethan could set on his phone, but found nothing.

Finally giving up, I typed his name.

Ethan Evans's.

Wrong password.

Ugh. I groan. Maybe just 'Ethan? I typed it, but it was still wrong.

Frustrated, I typed in random letters and numbers twice and the result stayed the same, Password was wrong.

I turned the phone in my hand, thinking of various possibilities. Maybe it was his parents. I knew her mother's name was Eleanor, so I typed in the name and surprisingly, the phone was unlocked. Really mama's boy.

I heard the sound of water gurgling in bed and I almost had a heart attack when Ethan rolled over on his bed, facing me, but luckily he was still sleeping.

I immediately set the alarm at 2:15 am, 2:30 am, 2:45 am, 3:15 am, 3:30 am, 3:45 am, 4:15 am, 4:4:30 A.m., 4:45 a.m. This plus the alarm at 2:00 am, 3:00 am and 5:00 am which I have set on all three alarm clocks. I chose the song 'Shots from LMFAO as an alarm song because it was so loud.

Oh, my God, I'm such a hotshot.

I almost pity him.

I then went into Settings and changed her password - a combination of random numbers - if she knew that it was me and decided to remove the alarm I had set.

I put the phone on the nightstand next to some permanent markers. Wait, why is my revenge plan getting better every second?

I chuckled as I picked up the marker, thinking about what would be drawn on her ugly face, just like Olivia said. Maybe a mustache and lipstick that looks stupid?

I opened the lid, bent over his face, markers hovering over his cheeks.

As I was about to start drawing his face, his eyes opened and I gasped, not expecting him to wake up at all. His hand gripped my waist as he turned us over, and in one swift motion, he overcame me underneath. I thrashed desperately to break free which seemed impossible when his hand held my body in bed, effectively cutting off the chance of escape.

My cheeks were heating up to the point that I was sure I could boil an egg on it when I saw our position. I did not miss the fact that her bare chest and tight stomach were stuck to me. Why did we end up in bed for the second time?

"Do you really think I'm that stupid that I didn't realize that you were going to get revenge?" Ethan's hoarse voice whispered to me and even in our blinding darkness, I knew he looked satisfied.

"It's not hard enough not to believe it because I think your face is a stupid definition" I said.

"You shouldn't be so presumptuous when I'm under me, Juliet. Wrong move," Ethan chuckles creepily. "Now what are you doing here? What are you planning?"

"You want to repeat what I did to you when you were in my bed?" I try to sound threatening.

"Do you want to repeat what I did to your ankle?" He asked, still holding me in the grip of death.

I violently thrashed around clenching my hand on his chest, successfully releasing it from me and breaking away from his grip. He tried to grab hold of me, clutching the side of my body, but I managed to crawl away from him, unaware that I was about to fall out of bed. He reached out to hold me but it was too late.

I landed with my ass on the cold carpeted floor and without wasting any time to feel the pain in my ass, I quickly got up and threw myself out of the door of his room when I heard Ethan swearing behind me.

I immediately ran to my room, opened and closed the door just as Ethan was about to throw himself at me. I heard her body hit my bedroom door, after which a series of dirty words started to come out of her mouth.

"W-what was that?" Olivia asked with wide eyes, clearly surprised by my sudden arrival.

"You won't believe it" I replied, trying to catch my breath. "The beast almost ate mel

"He woke up?" She asked.

"Y-yes," I stammered, still panting. "I could have died there."

"What's really going on?" He asked, gesturing for me to come closer. I removed the hoodie from my body and collapsed on the bed next to it. I told him everything that happened to me in the last twenty minutes.

He laughed out loud in the end and I looked at him blankly.

I opened my mouth to say something but was cut off by the faint sound of the alarm clock. I grinned in victory.

Good night, Ethan Evans.

Sweet dream.

No. gabe.
