Chapter 05: The Plan of Escape

Liu Ying had already taken off all of his makeup and was intending to head to the classroom to take a lesson from Elder Ao Wuqi.

Ao Wuqi used to be very well known in his day, he was often dubbed as the General of Death because of his sword-playing prowess. Of course there is a strong reason until he is named so, that he can lead his opponent to death.

Long Feiye who was in the front row stared dislikefully at the three of them, he already knew what the three boys were going to do. While Gu Xiulei looked at Liu Ying cynically, but was met with a mocking grin from the girl.

Ao Wuqi was certainly not too stupid considering they were in the Troublemaking Trio which was quite troublesome within the Clan, "Can't! Continue your work until it's done, otherwise don't expect you to be out of my class."

"Chairman Ao, I beg you. We're just going out for a little while, Liu'er we're not feeling well, we're going to take him to Physician Yu for a check-up." Jia Li coaxed Ao Wuqi while hooking his eyes to Liu Ying, after all their plans should not fail.

Liu Ying's eyes looked at Fang Yao, "Don't tell me you want to take us to the performance venue."

Fang Yao smiled confidently then picked up something from within his robe, "You guys have nothing to fear, your handsome Gege has this!"

There were several pieces of silver coins on Fang Yao's palm that made the two girls before him unable to hold a smile.

"Ehh! Fang Yao, where did you get that money?" Jia Li looked at the amazed Fang Yao who reciprocated the proud smile of the young man.

"This? I stole it from Grandma Yu yesterday afternoon. Now mind our escape path this time, Liu'er?"

"The first step, divert old grandfather Jiang from guarding."

Fang Yao and Jia Li nodded at Liu Ying's instructions, then began to act in their plans.

Jia Li went towards the post at the gate of the Clan, Fang Yao stood on top of the fence waiting for his next instruction, while Liu Ying was already slumping near the gate.

Jia Li began to take his share by shouting to the old man who was almost deaf, he was asleep in a sitting position. The old man was Jiang Shuai, the doorkeeper of the Golden Lotus Clan.

"Where? Where's the one who ran away?!" Jiang Shuai immediately became alert and rubbed his eyes due to the blurry-looking vision.

Good, everything went well as planned. Liu Ying immediately picked up the key and immediately walked out of the gate carefully while Jiang Shuai was being sidetracked.

Jia Li continued his premonition, "There, on the North wall. I saw someone climb the wall."

Jiang Shuai immediately went to the place Jia Li had pointed out. Without him realizing that the girl was no longer with him, Jia Li had already walked over to Liu Ying outside the gate.

Meanwhile Fang Yao who realized that Jiang Shuai was getting closer immediately jumped outside so quickly that the old man could not see his face.

Fang Yao ran over quickly and without a sound, he was not too worried about being caught by a sluggish man like Jiang Shuai. Fang Yao's Qinggong Science was the best in its class.

Fang Yao immediately headed to the promised spot, finding Liu Ying and Jia Li who also seemed to have just arrived there.

"Hows it? Is Grandpa Jiang not chasing after him?" jia Li asked with a still gasping breath, old man Jiang must have already reported to Zhuo Li after seeing Fang Yao jump off the wall.

Liu Ying set his breath while grinning, "Let's finish before they find us,"

They both grinned mischievously then walked towards the city through a secret little pathway.

The city center was indeed not far from the Golden Lotus Sect, it only took around thirty minutes on foot.

This was not the first time for them, the three boys had done it several times, but in different ways of escape. That's why they have a secret path that no one else has ever known, the Klan people never know because they always find the three boys in the middle of the city.
