The Guardians: The Swordsman of the Moon

The Guardians: The Swordsman of the Moon
Rich village poor village (unknown person.)

"This is because their resources have us brackets in a special spell, the evil spirit cannot send its dark energy to maintain the shape of the villagers. Therefore, they are like this now."

Everyone sighed in frustration with the circumstances that were going on. The evil spirit must be taken care of immediately so that the souls of the villagers can be freed. However, suddenly an explosion occurred at the village chief's house.

Bao Yu looked so shocked that she subconsciously moved straight towards the village chief's house.

Mo Xian and the others saw that his teacher looked extremely hasty immediately following him and found the village chief's house had been smashed to the ground. A black-clothed man with a headscarf stared cynically at Bao Yu and his students while playing an iron chain that had an iron ball at its end.

As Mo Xian watched again, the chain actually shackled the man's legs, but the man looked unproblematic and instead played it with a smile showing his black teeth.

Next to the man was the spiritual energy prison Mo Xian and Bao Yu used to confine the village chief's son containing the evil spirit Xiao Ma.

"It's really troublesome" the man grumbled as he kicked the small prison several times, but the prison didn't move at all.

The man then looked at Bao Yu. "Old man, your science is truly extraordinary. Let's make an offer and let him go" he said, playing his chain ball, turning it around many times.

Bao Yu looked calm, but Mo Xian knew his teacher had a wary attitude.

"What kind of offer are you talking about, I sealed it very well, so how can I let go. The crimes committed by him can no longer be tolerated. He's gotta be right on"

"May!" the man spat to the side, making Bao Yu stop talking. "Old people always talk a lot. I'll let your students live, let him go now."

"I can't do it."

"Then your disciples must die with you."

"It won't be ter-" Bao Yu stopped talking. He smiled before tilting his head to the side as the chain of balls swiftly slid towards him and crashed into the tree until it fell down.

Mo Xian and the others were so shocked, the man's speed was incredible, they didn't even get a chance to see how the man was moving and how Bao Yu managed to avoid him. They only knew when suddenly the tree fell and the man quickly pulled the chain back.

"Then get ready to die."

The man attacked again, the weapon used by him was a long chain with a ball the size of a head that shackled his right leg. Quickly, the chain was swung and damaged whatever was hit by the iron ball.

Bao Yu looked very calm when faced with the man, nimbly jumping and dodging the enemy's attacks. He even pulled his chain and made the man's movements stall for a while.

The man grinned, showing his black teeth, seeing how Bao Yu very easily held onto his chain with just one hand.

"It turns out you're not just an old man" he said before pulling in full force, taking back his chain, and four people in the same clothes as the man suddenly appeared and descended beside the man. Their black robes fluttered and their faces were covered in masks.

Wu Jiao Xing took a step back when he saw them. His face was pale and cold sweat poured down his forehead.

Past events while in the Eternal Snow Dew mountain range repeated in his head, his inability to face an opponent made his heart knead.

And the worst thing he had thought of all this time had actually happened. The people who cast the spell really did not only spread out the spell on the Yuan Xing continent, but also on the Xin Yue continent.

Then, what did it mean for them to be here for Mo Xian? Wu Jiao Xing's mind was completely muddled, a thousand questions revolved around his head, how to get out of this situation and how to save his young master.

However, suddenly a hand clasped his hand, Wu Xiao Xing then turned to look at Mo Xian's bright face.

"Don't worry, everything will be fine" he said. "We're more developed now."

Mo Xian dodged to the side as his enemy unsheathed the sword into his face, it gave off a dark aura that left Mo Xian depressed until the fine feathers on his body stood up.

Mo Xian then jumped back only to notice his enemy actually had an extremely intimidating dark aura.

Meanwhile, on the other hand Bai Yue was also facing one person whose movements were extremely nimble and powerful. His sword clinked every time it met and made Bai Yue's hand have to expend more energy so that her sword did not slip from her hand.

After fighting for a while and observing the opponent's movements, Bai Yue then flowed her spiritual energy into her sword. This time, Bai Yue managed to surpass and make her enemy retreat and get hit a few times. However, it still did not give him the opportunity to take the mask that was attached to his enemy's face.

Bai Yue knew that, their enemy was not a human. After all, the events on the Eternal Snow Dew plains had made him know who the enemies of the Peacock Alliance were, these living corpses were eyeing the young master of the Peacock Alliance Mo Xian. I don't know what problem the Peacock Alliance had with these freaks, but there were obviously only two questions that popped into his head.

Why were these people after Mo Xian and not the Peacock Alliance?

Then, why would the head of the Peacock Alliance, Li Huan instead send his son down to Xin Yue to hide.

That question really confused Bai Yue. However, he had to focus on his fight. His blue sword was channeled with enough spiritual energy that it shone, but knowing that his close range attacks could even still be repelled, it was still deflected, Bai Yue tried to make weapons by gathering the energy and elements present in nature.

Utilizing the humidity of the air, Bai Yue made ten spears out of pointy ice, serving in the air with a hand sweep of the spears gliding at her enemy.

Meanwhile on the other hand, Bai Ruo and Zhang Rouruan were fighting together against one enemy, both of them looking harmonious when fighting together as if they were a great team. When the enemy attacked Bai Ruo, Zhang Rouruan would prevent him with his weapons, and vice versa, they attacked in turn. However, what happened was that they were fighting and their enemies seemed to be impingement material.

"The girls are not suitable to fight, just go and watch from under the tree," Bai Ruo said as he blocked the enemy's attack with a sword.

Zhang Rouruan glared. "Why don't you just sit under a tree and watch, one blow you can't take on the enemy!" zhang Rouruan countered while hitting the enemy's stomach using his spiritual energy and making his enemy retreat a few steps back.

Bai Ruo's face flushed red. "That's because I've been busy blocking attacks while you've always stolen my chance!"

Bai Ruo and Zhang Rouruan advanced together and went back to fighting. However, Zhang Rouruan laughed sinisterly. "Since when did I take the chance, it was you who didn't have the chance!"

Bai Ruo grew even more furious and his attack grew more aggressive, Zhang Rouruan also did not want to lose and added to his fighting ability. However, suddenly their enemy managed to strike back and hit Zhang Rouruan until the young girl bounced back, swiftly Bai Ruo caught up to him and saw Zhang Rouruan spew out a mouthful of blood.

"I told you to sit and watch under the tree!" Bai Ruo said rudely.

Zhang Rouruan held onto his stomach and wiped his mouth violently, he glared at Bai Ruo and wanted to reply to his words, but Bai Ruo immediately said, "Don't you say women are more talented in the kitchen?" he said before releasing Zhang Rouran just like that as their enemy attacked, making Zhang Rouruan fall on the ground like a lump of wood after being struck with heartless words. His face turned red, as red as boiled shrimp, he saw how Bai Ruo fought skillfully against his enemy. He then got up and got into the fight, giving Bai Ruo a headache.

"I'll beat him!"

"You get hurt like that how do you beat him?"

"We'll see!"

"Go back and sit under a tree!"

"Why not you!"

"Bas stubborn!"

"I should have said that."

Their quarrel even made his teacher who was focused on facing the man with the iron chain furrow his brows. Two of his five students were still like children.
