The Black Pirates

The Black Pirates
CH. 50 – It's Hard

A few hours later, after they were satisfied to rest. Akma Jaya decided to continue the journey towards the middle of the mountain.

"It's enough to get here when we rest, it's time we continue the journey!" Akma Jaya exclaimed in a loud voice.

Hearing the call of Akma Jaya, they recited it, they continued their journey. At that time, the day looked quite bright and they all looked enthusiastic in climbing.

"Aisha, while we're resting, where are you going?"

Tabra asked looking at Aisha, she spoke while walking slowly along with Aisha, while Akma Jaya was in front of the two of them, she was leading the way.

"What do you ask? It's none of your business!"

"As a sister, you should respect me, speak politely to me!" replied Tabra in a slow tone and a face that looked serious.

Aisha who saw Tabra like that, she began to ask, "Are you angry?"

Tabra frowned at her, Aisha's voice like one who was about to invite to a fight. However, Tabra silenced her desire, she took a slow breath to ease her emotions.

"No!" answer Tabra succinctly. He hastened his footsteps to get away from Aisha.

"Hey, what's wrong with you?" Aisha also walked quickly, trying to get close to Tabra who was moving away from her.

Tabra remained unmoved, ignoring Aisha's call, after Aisha approached her, Tabra immediately switched the conversation.

"Have you eaten, Aisha?" Tabra asked to switch the conversation.

"It's food for you!" Tabra continued speaking and gave him a packet of food.

Aisha showed an astonished expression, she opened the package, looked like a fried turkey chicken thigh, how it was the most delicious food and loved by everyone. After that, he immediately returned it.

"I'm not hungry!" Aisha said as she returned the package.

"Ah. So!" Tabra quickly picked it up.

"Huh, thankfully. I was so naive for giving this chicken thigh pack ...." Inner Tabra while putting the package of food to its original place.

"The question is, are you angry? Isn't this not the first time we've fought?" Aisha asked the question again.

"I've answered, I'm not angry!"

"Why are you getting away from me?"

"I don't want to linger with you, honestly it's a waste of my time!"

"Why are you after me?" Tabra continued by asking.

"It's okay. I'm just curious!"

"This is the first time, you're curious about something you've encountered!"

As Aisha shook her head, Tabra accelerated, while Aisha slowed her pace.

The conversation both ended.

***

They continued to trace the uphill road, where the rocks were large, hard shiny with brownish color, some blackish color mixed with whitish, the rocks became their footing in the uphill.

And where the shining sun began to lean towards the west, precisely the day was approaching evening, the horizon above them was shrouded in dark clouds and clumped, slowly the sun was covered with these clouds.

The originally sunny weather turned cloudy with a gust of wind that was quite strong.

Some of the men were shivering because the gust of wind was cold, when viewed from the top, their journey was almost near the middle of the mountain.

From a distance already seen peach flowers that fall due to the gust of wind. But the mood sank so quickly.

"Captain, it looks like the weather is going to rain soon!" Tabra cried out to Akma Jaya.

"True, we have to hurry up before it rains!" akma Jaya looked towards Tabra.

Tabra nodded, they continued to climb until they finally reached the middle of the mountain.

Unfortunately, the wind was blowing hard, he blew the peach flower, making it fly and fall somewhere, the flower flew irregularly.

Akma Jaya was forced to turn her brain– thought hard with logic to estimate the location of the fall of the flower.

Meanwhile, there is no sign of the former flower falling, it should be although blown by the wind, there is still a trace that the flower fell there, precisely a flower that has withered and united with the ground. However, there is no trace at all.

"No, as long as there's effort. We'll make it!"

"Ka–kapten, I have a suggestion, how about we wait for tomorrow?" Aswa Daula made a suggestion.

"Ah, right, Captain! The day began to go up in the evening, while the weather approached the rain." Tabra said quickly after Aswa Daula's words.

"Before that, Captain. We have to build a place to stay!" Aisha also responded quickly after Tabra.

"All right, then!"

Akma Jaya nodded.

They all worked together to build a simple inn with materials they had prepared beforehand. Fortunately, their preparations were quite mature, but on the other hand, the strong wind was a problem for them.

Trying to strengthen the foundation they established, when they built the inn, Akma Jaya explored the surrounding situation.

Who would have thought there was a cave there, Akma Jaya entered it, a cave that is quite warm, a place that is very suitable to be used as a place to rest.

Meanwhile, some of the men were overwhelmed in the build up, the wind was really annoying and they had to be extra patient to deal with it.

A while later the place built by one of the men was already standing, the foundation that was planted was quite strong.

However, some of them are still overwhelmed in setting the foundation for other inns.

Akma Jaya approached them.

"Hey, you all. I just found a cave, we'll rest there!" he shouted with a loud voice.

Tabra rejoiced at his exclamation, as well as the others, they all left what they were doing and followed to the place informed by Akma Jaya.

Upon their arrival into the cave, the smiles and beauty of their faces were clearly reflected, a happy expression they showed.

"This is a comfortable place to rest" said one of them.

"True, the air out there, is much different from the air in this cave" said the person beside him.

Meanwhile, Aswa Daula exited the cave, visible from a distance he was watching the wind blowing strong. How the black cloud grew thick with the earthly sound of thunder. The universe is darkening, the sun's rays have vanished swallowed up by the clouds.

"The world is too vast for me to live in, even patience is increasingly pointing in a confusing direction."

"As I walked with looming hope, it suddenly collapsed by the falsity that swallowed my days."

"The weather I see now remembers me so much with the past, the past that terrifies me!" Inner Aswa Daula stared at the horizon that was ready to spit out its water.

Before long, raindrops fell, Aswa Daula stood up and was transfixed, sitting in enjoying the drops of water that fell all over her body, she did not move at all.

Akma Jaya approached Aswa Daula.

"What's wrong with you?" ask Akma Jaya while touching Aswa Daula's shoulder.

Suddenly, Aswa Daula was shocked, as she looked, she was knocked over in a daydream.

"Ka–kapten, see–what are you doing here?"

The sound of raindrops as well as the roaring wind, the two sounds were mixed in one fusion.

Aswa Daula was stamped with the appearance of Akma Jaya, while the rain fell so hard, he rained towards it, the clothes worn by Akma Jaya looked wet with water.

"I'm the one who should be asking. What are you doing here? Come, comein!" Akma Jaya pulls the hand of Aswa Daula.

Aswa Daula follows the pull of Akma Jaya and they both enter the cave.

"Daula, what are you doing outside? Captain's worried about you!" Aisha asked with a face that looked angry.

"I'm.."

"What's wrong, you better rest, don't say anything!" Akma Jaya cuts quickly the words of Aswa Daula.

"Ba–good, Captain!" answer Aswa Daula with a stern.

He changed his clothes and covered himself with a cloth thick enough, fortunately he carried the cloth in his inventory.

Some of the other men, they tried to light a fire to add warmth, how cold it was so felt even the cave that initially felt warm, now felt cold.
