The Black Pirates
CH. 10 – Making Bird Cage

Akma Jaya pensively noticed the wood scattered, she thought it was not good and was seen as annoying.

“Uh, I have to tidy it up!” Akma Jaya exclaimed looking at the wood in front of her. Tabra has gone home.

Moving limbs busy composing,

the wood that was originally scattered, he slowly stacked. From a distance Haima stared at the busyness of Akma Jaya.

Haimi approached while saying, “A lot of this wood, what is this much wood for?” asked Haima with a cramped face.

“Mother, did I not say before that I went to the forest, there looking for wood, then I will make the material to make a cage,“ replied Akma Jaya explained as well as reminding her previous remarks, when he asked Haima for permission.

Hearing that, Haima spontaneously remembered it. He shut his mouth, laughing. “Oh, yes. Mom just remembered,” said Haima looked up a little, the sound of laughter sounded small.

While Akma Jaya smiled, she understood her mother. On the other hand, Haima's work as a mother is sometimes busy, struggling with cooking, washing and other things.

It was likely that it caused him to forget for a moment the words of Akma Jaya before. Tiredness and sweating show some evidence.

“Mother, it's okay. Problems remember or not, I also often forget something, no matter what it is. Hihi,” said Akma Jaya along with a small laugh.

At the moment when Akma Jaya chuckles, she looks sweet, somehow making Haima reflexively pinch both of her cheeks.

The jelly-eyed woman's face was blushing and it seemed like she liked it when Akma Jaya said she showed a cute attitude.

“Akma ... day is approaching night, tomorrow morning just make the cage,” said Haima after pinching. He looked closely at his son, on the side of his shoulder stroked his hand.

Haima continued the action by kissing her cheeks, Akma Jaya smiled back. He nodded slowly, then circulated his gaze into the pile of wood.

“Iya, I just want to arrange this wood so as not to fall apart again, after that I will sleep,” replied Akma Jaya explained.

“If you have finished crafting wood, then quickly enter, yes. Outside the air is quite cold.” Haima gave the message with a beautiful smile.

Akma Jaya nodded. “Good ...”

Haima entered the house, while Akma Jaya was still struggling about wood. He slowly arranged in an orderly manner.

After Akma Jaya finished compiling it, not lingering, she entered the house to carry out the mandate that Haima had given.

***

The next day, Akma Jaya awaits the arrival of Tabra who has not been seen the trunk of his nose, but,

He said do not start without him, no matter how late it is, Tabra's words are still ringing in the mind of Akma Jaya's mind.

During the wait, the bird was placed nearby Akma Jaya. Seen a rope tying the feet of a bird, he looked at it.

The bird chirped melodiously and moved where it wanted to, but was limited in its movement. Flap your wings and so on.

Shortly after, from a distance Tabra sped fast—run to approach.

“Akmaaa!” Tabra shouted from a distance. That voice sounds clear. Akma Jaya looked over and smiled.

“Uuh, finally he came.” Akma Jaya exhaled. He's been waiting a long time.

Tabra breathed heavily, a gust of fatigue that she felt, running from her home to where Akma Jaya was.

He sighed for a moment. “Hey, did you start without me?” tabra asked with her breath still intermittent.

“No, where may I be, I am waiting for your arrival,” replied Akma Jaya explained to Tabra.

Tabra was happy to hear it then said, “Alright, come on, now we make it.” Tabra urged, his hands shuffled in the form of a fist, then swiftly carrying wood on his shoulders.

His gaze circulated a little, he saw an animal that was said to be Akma Jaya. He put down the wood, approached the animal.

“Oh, so this is the bird, Akma,” Tabra said stroking the head of the tern bird looks tame and shows no evasive movement.

“Yes, about this bird as I have said, he can talk, just try asking me what my name is to him,” Akma Jaya replied smilingly.

“Alright, I'll try.” Tabra let out a loud voice, a glimpse of spirit or why. He looked happy from the look of his smiling face.

“Hei, bird. Do you know what this guy's name is?” Tabra began to speak with the bird with four eyes. He pointed towards Akma Jaya.

“Akk–maa .. jaay–yaa ...,” said the bird was a little faint. Spelling intermittent.

Tabra was shocked to hear the bird's voice, although it was less clear. He was quite impressed with her.

“Wah, Akma. Steady, as you say, this bird can talk,” said Tabra girly, he again stroked the head of the bird.

“Alright, come on, quickly we make a cage for this bird.” Tabra exclaimed more and more vigorously, he again urged.

Akma Jaya said, she doesn't want to say much. Now, they're starting the early stages of making birdcages.

First of all Akma Jaya sorts out which wood is right to put it under, beside and above.

“Akma, choose the right wood, yes so that later the size is appropriate.” Tabra said it, while Akma Jaya seemed focused.

Akma Jaya finished deciding, he managed to collect the appropriate wood to be placed. Now, he's back at the next stage, which is to plan the shape of a bird cage.

At first glance he said the shape of a square bird cage that was spoken of with a mature mind, while Tabra only listened to the words of Akma Jaya.

“Tabra, I will assemble the cage and you prepare the strap,” said Akma Jaya gave the task. Tabra nodded, ready to help at any time.

Tabra nimble to prepare the straps. After the rope, Akma Jaya told Tabra to tie it back, while Akma Jaya arranged the wood and assembled it.

Tabra ties the rope in the part of the wood that has been assembled. Now, the circuit at the bottom was successfully made by them, remaining four, on the side and one on the top side.

Akma Jaya continued to string the side, her eyes were serious, she tried hard to make it, Tabra just looked and waited to tie the rope to the network.

Far from being unexpected, stringing the sides turned out to be more difficult, some wood had to be held before it was tied, otherwise it would fall off and therein lies the difficulty.

“Hei, Tabra. I need your help to hold these woods" said Akma Jaya. He can't make it himself.

“Alright, I'll help you.” Tabra answered quickly.

Tabra moves to help Akma Jaya. He held the chain so as not to fall. It is easier with many hands. After the circuit was perfect, then they both tied the rope to the side.

Now, one side had finished, three more sides left that they had to string together, a sigh of relief came out.

Tabra was getting tired. His sweat was pouring, his face was covered in sweat.

“Akma, I just found out, it turns out to make this cage tiring, look at my sweat pouring.” Tabra pointed towards the sweat. Small spots like dew on banana leaves.

Akma Jaya grinned. “Yes, then you better rest, let me just put it together,” Akma Jaya replied, now she smiled.

“No. Where may I rest, while you do not rest.” Tabra nodded a little.

“Alright, that's your will. I won't force it.” Akma Jaya answered busy stringing.

Actually they were talking with their hands together, not standing still. The mouth and hands work at the same time.

Long talks. In the end, Akma Jaya finished stringing up. Tabra instantly fastened the network.

What bound it was the last part of the side, now that the entire side of the side had finished, they could both breathe a sigh of relief.

“Finally, the whole side is finished,” Tabra said smiling happily.

“Iya, Tabra. Only the upper side is left, then this series of bird cages will be finished as soon as possible,” replied Akma Jaya also smiled happily.

The two of them smiled looking at the series that had been successfully made.

A simple network that had exhausted their energy and effort, but the network was not yet perfect, remaining the side above it and also the door of the cage.

Akma Jaya slowly reassembled the top side of the cage, while Tabra was on the side. He also helped.

With the depth and accuracy that Akma Jaya has, to simply string, for him it is not difficult.

The movement he uses. Now, he managed to string it up.Tabra tied the rope firmly and the series of birdcages was completed. Perfect!

Tabra wiped the sweat off her face. While Akma Jaya is also so, they both sweat the same.

Their sweat signifies evidence, they are exhausted, just as they used to be, when running around the coast.

However, for a child who has an age like them, of course it is not easy.

Now, Akma Jaya made a door for the bird to enter its cage, after the door was completed, he made a bird perch.

Finally, the whole section was finished, the birdcage was ready to be inhabited. Thankfully, their tiredness paid off.

“Akma ... Our hard work succeeded.” Tabra exclaimed in excitement.

Akma Jaya nodded then she put the bird into a cage.

The bird chirped happily with its new home, repeatedly flapping its wings.

“Akma, does it have a name?” tanya Tabra stared fixedly at the bird in front of her.

“Do they need?” Akma Jaya asked back.

“Heh? Haven't you given him a name?” Tabra asked again—more astonished and surprised.

“Iya, I have not given a name to him.” Akma Jaya replied, explaining at a glance.

“Alright, then from now on you should give it a name.” Tabra looked strongly. He held onto Akma Jaya's shoulder and shook it.

“Ta—but, I am confused loving this bird by what name?” Akma Jaya explained.

“Oh, I have an idea, Akma. Just give him the name of our combined name,” Tabra said of his idea.

Akma Jaya nodded with a smile. “Alright, what do you think, if our names combined will be like what?”

Tabra thought for a moment. “Hmmm .. I think we better name this bird with Takma, what do you think?” Tabra offered an opinion and asked from the point of view of Akma Jaya.

Hearing that, Akma Jaya smiled with a nod. “Good, I like that name.”

In the end, now they both agreed to give the bird the name Takma, starting from a combination of their names, namely: Tabra and Akma.
