The Black Pirates

The Black Pirates
CH. 49 – Tired

Captain Kuja had already gone far away and disappeared from before them.

"Captain, what he had said was exactly the same as what was in the letter!" Aisha looked towards Akma Jaya while saying something she heard earlier.

"Yes, I feel that way too!" Akma Jaya answered succinctly.

"Captain, are you sure that he's not lying?" Tabra asked with her face that looked serious.

"I believe!" answer Akma Jaya succinctly.

Tabra was dissatisfied with Akma Jaya's answer, clearly visible from the glare of her eyes that showed there was a sense of awkwardness that she had not found the answer. Seeing Tabra's face so, Akma Jaya continued his speech.

"He couldn't possibly lie, whereas we never leaked the contents of the letter, we didn't even mention it!"

"What he said was exactly the same as the letter! He even gave the details to find the treasure!"

Akma Jaya runs ahead of them, leaving Tabra which appears to breed an extension of Akma Jaya.

Tabra, Aisha and other men started following Akma Jaya from behind.

They all walked down the mountain cliff path, the uphill road, Tabra was so excited his gaze was filled with a twinkle of light.

Aisha who saw that, she frowned in annoyance.

"Hey, Tabraaa!! Can you please not piss me off!"

"What harm? Why are you upset?" Tabra asked with her silly face.

Aisha turned her face away, she did not answer Tabra's words.

"Aishaa!! There's a snake on your leg!" Tabra shouted with a loud tone as if there was a snake in Aisha's legs.

"Let'soo!!" Without paying attention to the surroundings, Aisha immediately shouted in shock from hearing it.

Instantly he closed his eyes while running, after a considerable distance, he opened his eyes and stared at the direction he had run in.

From the looks of it, nothing. Tabra was blown away, the other men only fervently and it seemed they were holding back laughter, while Akma Jaya only stayed and seemed to shake her head.

Aisha had been fooled by Tabra's words, then she was angry. His face turned a little scary.

"Tabraa!! Watch out!" Aisha ran over to Tabra with a ready-made telephoto hand to land her.

Tabra had a wry face.

"Aishaaa, tu–wait ...."

Plakkk!!

Aisha's thump landed right on Tabra's cheek area.

Aisha breathed in satisfaction, now she laughed with her mouth wide open and told the men she had noticed since then to hold back her laughter to vent and laugh at Tabra.

The sound of laughter enveloped their atmosphere of togetherness. Surprisingly Tabra even laughed, while Akma Jaya only showed her teeth without making a sound, arguably a smile.

After that, they all continued their journey. Before long, not a quarter of the journey some of the men experience fatigue.

So even with Tabra, he was tired, his breathing was gushing. While Aisha did not look exhausted, she was a strong woman.

Akma Jaya who saw Tabra exhausted, she reached out her hand and then embraced Tabra, the two of them walking together.

"Captain, I can walk on my own."

"I can't let it!"

Akma Jaya did not care what Tabra said, she continued to embrace him, they both walked together up the street until they reached a large and shady tree.

"Hey, you guys. We'll rest here!"

"Ba–well, Captain."

They all rested because of the sweat that continued to wet the entire body, fatigue had reached its limit.

They had only walked two hours, probably because they were used to the ocean and had not been used to the uphill road like that to make them exhausted.

Before climbing up, he was so eager to live it and assume that it was easy, now he knows that his assumption was wrong.

"This mountain is quite high, even to reach the middle of it, we have run out of energy!"

Tabra spoke while sighing tiredly, but Aisha denied it.

"I'm not tired one bit!"

"You must be lying!" Tabra quickly answered Aisha's words.

Tabra showed her response that she did not believe Aisha's words.

"Try to see, I'm breathing as usual, not out of steam as you are!"

"Yahoooo!!"

Aisha shouted a voice to show that she was not exhausted.

"I still can't believe it, no matter how you show it to me!"

"WHAT?! What the hell are you saying? I didn't hear it, can you repeat it?" Aisha said as she pulled the collar of Tabra's shirt with her eyes wide open.

Tabra said that Aisha was not exhausted, in fact she was forced to bear it, Aisha's gaze for her was so terrible.

Meanwhile, Akma Jaya ignored them, she was quite familiar with the habits of the brothers, they both often disagreed and as a result, the two even fought.

After Tabra recalls it, Aisha releases it and then she moves away from Tabra's place and finds a place to rest, aloof while enjoying the mountain atmosphere with the accompanying cool air.

Aswa Daula seemed to be breaking herself, some of the other men were just like Aswa Daula, they were all devoting themselves to rest.

At that time of rest, Akma Jaya seemed to sit casually staring around her.

"Ka–capten!" Tabra approached him, while Akma Jaya just nodded slowly.

"What's wrong?" answer Akma Jaya.

"May I remember some nostalgia with you!" Tabra.

"I only remember a little memory because the dream made some of my memories fade away by itself! This is a great opportunity for me!" Akma Jaya muttered in her heart.

"All right, I'll let it!"

"Aaa–aa. I am confused where to start?! Can you start first, Captain?"

While Akma Jaya was stunned, what was in her memory was half in her dreamland and mixed with the life she had experienced, both of them almost made the pomegranate quite confusing.

In the end, he recalled one event when he made a promise with Tabra. He also said it.

"One of the promises I made to you, do you remember?"

"Ah. It! I remember!" Tabra had a happy face to hear it.

Akma Jaya and Tabra discussed it, recalling the event, the promise that Akma Jaya made to him, when Tabra wanted to tell a story, he proposed a condition, if Akma Jaya wanted to listen to him.

The condition is to be his best friend, since then they are both officially friends, together in a relationship and strengthening each other.

Then, they practiced the sword together to create a scar and until now the scar was on Tabra's body.

They remember it and discuss it, even Tabra shows the scars on his body.

After that, Tabra laughed as she was satisfied to discuss it.

"Unexpectedly, you still remember it clearly."

"Yes, Captain. I remember it, time passed leaving us, leaving behind some memories, I will never forget it because this is a sign of our friendship."

Tabra looks quite happy because Akma Jaya remembers the promise, some things that she considered changed not as she imagined.

Akma Jaya is still as it used to be, just that the adult attitude has been attached to her, different from Tabra, until now she is still like before, but he only dared to joke with Aisha and did not dare to joke with Akma Jaya because of the authority of a Captain who emanated clearly from the figure of Akma Jaya.
