The Black Pirates

The Black Pirates
CH. 111 — Captain Disappears

There was a clear sound of waves pounding, the sound of wind and falling leaves floating around. The mountain near the beach. From the middle of the mountain, where Tabra and his men are leaning, they see their ship perched on the beach. Also the ocean stretches bluish.

Some of them breathe. Sitting in the trees. “It's okay to let the captain go there, let alone the person with him is Aswa Daula, where maybe he can fight. There he will make it difficult for captain.” Dausa was bored. He yawned, staring at the cluster of white clouds. Some leaves block the sunlight, the wind blows like a dime.

“Jeez, it's true what you said, Aswa Daula was a blood trauma. What if the captain is injured, where can he treat him.” Ashraq got up from lying down. He looked at all of them.

Tabra brushed off the hand. “Already, the captain is not that weak. He said forget for a moment the stories you've read.” At the end of the sentence, he repeats the words Akma Jaya, briefly painting his lips. It was likely that he was upset, previously a captain did not understand him.

They laugh. Tabra breathed a tired form, momentarily silent. Fortunately, Aisha did not listen. The distance between them was quite far, but from that distance Aisha could hear their laughter.

Akma Jaya and Aswa Daula arrive at a place where Aswa Daula has previously told him about the events they experienced. Sure enough, there was a small river, content to glance at no visible fog.

“Reacted right. It seems like this is not an illusion, in the middle of this mountain is not expected there is a river.” Akma Jaya touched the surface. The water is clear, it is also clean from garbage, from various other things.

The lotus grows friendly with the river, there are no frogs that occupy it. Akma Jaya holds water in the hands, then wash the face for a moment, feeling cold and comfortable.

“Aswa Daula, this river flows towards there. You come with me or stay here waiting?” Akma Jaya was still staring at the river, slightly turning towards Aswa Daula.

“Iya, Captain. I'll just wait.”

Akma Jaya nodded. He went to follow the river, Aswa Daula sat waiting by the river.

***

Time passed, thirty-three minutes later. No word, nor did the captain's nose appear.

Aswa Daula is waiting. He kept waiting. The wind blew, the towering trees gave off the distinctive tones of the forest. Birds chirping, the silent atmosphere of the human voice.

Forest animals are like talking to each other. Aswa Daula threw rocks at the river. The fish appeared on the surface. The atmosphere felt quiet. At that moment, there was a feeling of guilt, why from the beginning he did not choose to follow the captain. Aswa Daula was really tired of waiting.

He regretted not going with the captain. There is no word and no certainty, the sun is in the straight line of the earth. Shady leaves make the atmosphere not hot, feel cool and comfortable.

Aswa Daula sighed, back and forth walking nonchalantly. A little murmured of wanting to return to the original place in order to report the matter to the others.

A glimpse of the guess regarding the time of tracing and the time back. From there, Aswa Daula believes that the captain is in good shape and nothing happens.

Two hours passed, no word of sign. Three hours later, he hurriedly reported the matter to the others. “Hooii, Captain has disappeared!” He shouted loudly as he ran towards them. Gosh gosh? They were all shocked to hear it.

Aisha glaring. “What? How could it be, weren't you with him?”

Aswa Daula shook her head. He was quiet, hard to explain. Only one person who did not join was astounded, Tabra looked indifferent, he was busy staring at the moving white clouds, also staring at the wave of leaves touched by the wind.

Aisha again said questioning for the second time, Aswa Daula gulped, further explaining the matter that had happened.

A few minutes after she finished explaining, Aisha confirmed the words to look for the captain who had disappeared. They all ran down the mountain road, towards the place of the river.

Go where the river is. Nothing in sight, what they had previously seen the river, was now just an elongated stretch of rocks.

Tabra creeps. The men were flabbergasted again, only Aisha did not understand because they had not said anything, while she did not know about the river.

“This is impossible.”

“Before, here there is a river. Aswa Daula, you and the captain have confirmed it?” Tabra looked seriously.

“Yes, I have confirmed. Here was once a river, before the captain down the river.”

“Gosh? What is possible—”

“Tabra, finish your useless talk. Better now we quickly find the captain.” Aisha asserts. Tabra silently nodded. The men are the same.

They rushed to find the captain, greeted with complicated questions in each of their minds. Where exactly, what happened. Prayer hummed, hopefully we can meet and the captain is fine.

They went along the streets. What was once a river, now only a small rock extends like a road.

Whirring gusts of wind, they walked slowly as they looked in all directions, searching and shouting sounds. Of all that, they do not realize, what is displayed differently, is not the same.
