The Beginning of a Dream

The Beginning of a Dream
The Unexpected Visit

Outside the dim gradually shifted the smile of the warming sun. Everyone must be busy after the weekend that is always awaited. Monday for some people forced himself to smile because it was imagined the routine that will be passed after his weekend vacation. But for some others there is no difference, for the weekend daily workers may even be a field of sustenance, where the trade is increasingly in demand. They are the pickers who do not know the holiday even weekend they are more excited and leave early to prepare the merchandise. That's how everyone has a way of living their own life, however, the lucky ones are those who are grateful because their lives feel like an ocean and never forget the presence of the Creator in every detail of their lives. Even so with the beautiful girl who was currently staring at the garden in front of her, there was only a glass separating her. Previously this girl was very grateful for her life, a family that always loved her even though far away, good friends, a comfortable job that she always thanked.

But one week since his encounter with Reffan, everything has changed beyond his control. Trapped in an elevator, Reffan said he wanted it, an accident and now has to be stuck in a hospital with Reffan.

Sapphira was still staring at the garden in front of her as the door was opened by a handsome man with a flat expression, who else would it be if not Reffan Satriya Bagaskara. Although Sapphira knew the one who entered without permission was Reffan but Sapphira could not prevent her head from turning towards the man.

“Why not have breakfast?” reffan asked flatly when he saw the food on the nightstand that was still intact untouched.

“I want to talk.” Sahut Safira is equally flat.

“Breakfast first we just talked.” Reffan was already standing near the nightstand where he had laid breakfast for Sapphira.

“No. I want to talk.” Safira ventured to look at Reffan.

“It turns out you really like to be forced yes.” Reffan stepped closer while showing his grin made Sapphira lose the courage that had been arranged earlier.

“Ah, where my courage was earlier, why so soon you betrayed me.” Sapphira's great-grandson in her heart, her legs had involuntarily retreated slowly.

“Stop! don't come near!” Sapphira was quick as lightning trying to stop Reffan's steps which left only a meter of distance between them.

“What's really why? Didn't you ask to be carried and bribed for breakfast?” Reffan smiles seductively.

Safira's face was already flushed between shame and anger. How could the foreign man in front of him easily tell her that.

“Do not impose your will on me Mr. Reffan, you are neither me nor I will be..” the unfinished words of Safira have already been broken by Reffan.

“Or what? You're gonna scream? Then people will come to help you. Safira you forgot who I am? You are in my current territory.” Reffan stared intently at Safira's netra, an intimidating gaze that made Safira's courage instantly waver.

“What do you want from me Mr Reffan?” Sapphira's voice had weakened, she might have been able to escape from this room but she was certain that she would not be able to leave this hospital.

“Eat! Just now we'll talk.” Reply Reffan firmly.

Sapphira still did not move from where she stood, she did not want to obey Reffan's orders. But suddenly realized when Reffan was about to step closer, Sapphira immediately stepped her feet towards where she was lying. Reffan followed her with a smile on his face.

Now that Sapphira had sat on her bed, Reffan shifted the table of food and turned it in front of Sapphira, and Sapphira raised and straightened her legs under the table containing her breakfast.

“Spend!” reffan orders, and Reffan pulls the chair and sits it beside Sapphira.

Seemingly Safira's annoyance from her face, she scooped the fried rice in front of her roughly.

“You are indeed amazing Mr. Reffan, the hospital can provide fried rice menu for his patients. How much should I pay to stay at this star hospital.”

Reffan smiled at Safira's words, “You don't know much about me Safira yet, just relax you do have to pay later.”

Safira squinted her eyes at Reffan then quickly finished her breakfast and took her medicine. How could Sapphira enjoy her food if a pair of eagle eyes kept watching her as if waiting for the right time to pounce on her.

Reffan then stood up and pulled the table that Safira used for breakfast away from the wall. Then Reffan sat down again in his original place leisurely.

“Now can we talk?” safira asked flatly trying to control her emotions.

“Speak.” Reffan Sahut.

“I thank you for helping me and taking me to this hospital. My condition has improved. I can go now?” Safira said in a low voice she hoped Reffan would grant her request.

Reffan smiled then got up to the table in front of the sofa picked up a pile of paper then turned back towards Safira, “Has it healed?” reffan's hand rolled up a pile of paper in his hand.

Sapphira's eyes that noticed the paper roll turned to look at Reffan's face, “Of course, I've been fine.”

“Auw!” Sapphira shouted between the shock mixed with pain in her right arm, she did not expect Reffan to hit her with a roll of paper in his hand. Actually Reffan's punch was not hard but right hit his arm that was still swollen.

Sapphira looked at Reffan while holding his throbbing arm.

“You said you're okay, why scream? Should I make sure the other parts are too?” reffan's eyes had swept over Sapphira's body.

The sapphire immediately raised its blanket to almost cover its entire body. Safira looked at Reffan with an annoyed look, eager for him to hit the face of the man in front of her who was smiling mocking him.

“It will improve soon, I do not need treatment in hospital.” Sapphira still tried to persuade Reffan to let her go.

“I can take care of myself.” Safira said again reassuringly.

“I cannot yet let you go home and live alone with conditions like this.” Reffan answered flatly.

“Pak Reffan, I have responsibilities, I have my own job and life. Please understand!”

“You're sick? I'll take care of it to your place of work.”

Safira gawked at Reffan's reply,” Mr. Reffan, I am not your prisoner, you can not care for my own life.”

“Then marry me, so you don't have to worry if I take care of your life.”

“Is it in your life that you are used to wanting a woman like wanting an item.” Sapphira's words were later regretted because of the great potential to ignite the anger of Reffan.

Reffan stared intently at Sapphira clearly there was anger in her eyes, “You think I am a man..”.

Clamps

The sound of an open door averted the sight of two pairs of squirming eyes.

“Mamaaa.”
