The Beginning of a Dream

The Beginning of a Dream
Especially me

Silent.. There was no sound in the meeting room as well as in Safira's nursery. All were silent after hearing Safira's words.

"Sir..." Hans voices.

"Yes bang." Safira.

"Alright there, always be happy." Hans smiled at the phone Safira was still holding.

"Thank you very much." Safira smiled back.

"I'm closing ya."

Safira.

Video call was cut off.

To be honest Hans was not willing to talk about Safira. He who saw the CCTV footage was very angry especially Safira who heard Fairuz's words directly.

Hans stared at Mr. Cahyadi and Mr. David. Mr. Cahyadi nodded as if understanding the meaning of Hans' gaze, his right hand.

"We have heard the words of Sapphira. Safira may assume this is complete but not with a company that upholds the attitude of everyone involved in the company. You can still work in this company Fairuz but you do not need to go back to the company in Surabaya. Prepare your move to East Nusa Tenggara as a regular employee and for three years there is no promotion for you." Mr. Cahyadi stared intently at Fairuz who was sitting limp in front of him.

The limp Fairuz could only nod, in a flash what he boasted was gone. He threatened Safira but now the threat is back to himself, he who was mutated to the eastern region of Indonesia. But should not he still be grateful because he can still work in the company.

"Consider what you did. Is not your brain still able to work to think about what Safira said earlier. As a man you should think of your good name before you do anything. The stupid things you do can instantly ruin you." Mr. David stood up from his chair followed by Mr. Cahyadi. Hans bowed his body to both of his superiors. Fairuz lowered his head.

Now there are only two people in the meeting room, Hans and Fairuz. Hans walking closer to Fairuz made Fairuz realize Hans' stalled steps in front of him. Wordlessly Hans pulled the collar of the Fairuz shirt so that Fairuz's body stood out from the chair. Hans's fist quickly landed on Fairuz's jaw making the corners of Fairuz's lips tear.

"Report for you. You dare make Safira hurt then you are ready to accept the same." After smashing into Fairuz's face, Hans leaves with a curious look inside Fairuz's head about Hans and Sapphira's relationship.

.

Bagas and Ira had already bailed back to the office. Now there is only Reffan and Sapphira in the room. Safira glanced at Reffan who was still staring at his laptop.

"Mas Reffan was angry, yes, I had a video call with Hans." Worried at her heart, Safira saw the cold expression of her husband, who kept staring at the laptop screen in front of her.

Spontaneous Reffan turned his head towards Sapphira making their gazes pitted against each other.

"See what?" Reffan stood closer towards Sapphira.

Safira just shook her head and looked down. Reffan sat beside Sapphira staring fixedly at his wife's face.

"You were fascinated by me, so you stole a look at me?" Reffan spoke with confidence.

Safira immediately shook his head in a wrong manner.

"I'm fascinated by you, baby. I wanted you first and now I'm falling in love with you." Reffan kissed the top of his wife's head, a kiss that warmed Safira's heart. But a second later Reffan grabbed Sapphira's body into his arms. Both enjoy the comfort that their partners provide.

Their hugs were released when someone opened the door carrying the lunch menu. They eat together after delivering food out of the room.

"Hmmm...."

"Mmmm.. mas can I go to the office tomorrow just to say goodbye." Safira said slowly.

"For the most part, honey, you said your friends misunderstood you. So what else are you going there for?" It is clear that Reffan did not like Safira's request.

"Mistakes to man must apologize to man. That's my only goal because maybe I won't see them again. But only if I allow." Safira said weakly. "There's a story, do you want to hear it?" Safira started to smile.

"Tell me!" Reffan turned to sit behind Sapphira leaning Sapphira's body against his chest while his hand hugged Sapphira from behind.

"This story takes place during the era of Sultan Murad II. He was the father of Sultan Mahmud al-Fatih, also known as Muhammad Al Fatih, who led the Muslim conquest of Constantinople, which is now Istanbul. Father and son are known as religious leaders and care deeply for their people.

Sultan Murad II had a good habit of disguising himself as a commoner. That way, he can walk outside the palace and know the state of his people. Usually, he did just that along with his two advisers, who were also dressed as commoners. One night, the Sultan and two of his advisers went down the streets to see firsthand the condition of the Muslims. Suddenly, a man carrying many bottles of liquor passed in front of them. That's when the man slipped and then died.

The Sultan was surprised to see someone die in front of him. Even more amazing, there was not a single community that helped the man. In fact, after he was confirmed no longer alive.

"O Muslims, isn't this man a Muslim? Why don't you guys care?" exclaim Sultan to those who pass by. They certainly do not know, who said it was the leader of the country.

Three times in a row the Sultan appealed to the people, but no one responded. Everything seemed indifferent, there were even those who sneered at the deceased. Then, someone came out of his house and told him if the person who died in front of him was famous for buying liquor. Not only that, he also liked to visit prostitutes. That's why people don't take care of it.

The man still looked indifferent. Then some people approached the Sultan and his advisers. They took the initiative to deliver the three to the deceased's house, so as to take care of the body.

Long story short, the Sultan arrived at the funeral home. Both his advisers carried the body which is now in a coffin. When at the destination, the people who showed the way then left.

The Sultan knocked on the door. From inside the house, appeared a woman who was none other than the wife of the deceased.

The sultan reported that he found the deceased dead while walking. When she learned of her husband, she cried. She was very sad to see her now lifeless husband.

After a bit of calm, the sultan asked about people who were reluctant to approach the woman's husband, they said that the deceased was a person who liked to buy liquor and visit prostitutes.

It is unexpected that the woman even testified that her husband included people who were sholeh. Those who say it just don't know.

The astonished sultan asked again why it was like that. The wife of the deceased started telling me, every night, her husband always went to the liquor seller. Her husband bought the illicit drink and took it home, but not to drink. He threw the entire bottle onto the bathroom floor. After that, he always said, Alhamdulillah, tonight there are young Muslims who do not drink liquor. I've bought it, so it can't get to them'

In addition to the tavern, her husband went to the brothel every night. But he did not go to the prostitute. To the brothel keeper, he said, 'O Fulan, how many women are available?'

When the prostitution owner mentioned their number, my husband paid a sum of money worth the cost of the prostitutes' rent. Then he came home and said to me, 'Alhamdulillah, tonight there are Muslim youths who do not become adulterous, because the economic needs of the prostitutes tonight are fulfilled,'

The woman told me that she had complained to her husband because if he kept it, people would label him as a wicked man. Later when her husband died, no one wanted to visit him.

But her husband replied, 'No, by Allah, I pray that Allah will make my body taken care of by the Turkish sultan and his advisers and all the scholars of the Sultanate.

Hearing that, the Sultan shed tears.

Sultanpun said that he was actually the Sultan of the Ottoman Turks and the two people on his side were his advisers. Finally the Sultan appealed to his advisers and all Turkish scholars to come to salute the body of the deceased."

Safira continued his story, "Mother Aisyah was also slandered when accused of adultery while left behind the group. If the sholihah woman of Rosulullah's wife can be slandered, what am I a mas whose faith is still often parachuted."
