The Beginning of a Dream

The Beginning of a Dream
The Hospital 2

Safira awoke after a long sleep. His body ached making him lazy to move. But when he realized where it was, he immediately woke up and sat down.

“Do not get up so suddenly, not well, get up slowly but you should just lie down and rest.”

Safira looked at Reffan, who was seen as busy staring at his laptop screen. Safira took her eyes off the room she was in trying to find the clock. His gaze stopped after finding the wall clock on his left, “It has been almost half two I have not prayed dhuhur.” Gumam Safira. Sapphire took her foot down, just had her foot hit the floor,

“Where are you?” reffan's voice stopped him.

“Ke bathroom.” Safira answered briefly.

“Wait, let me call the nurse to help you.”

“No need, I can do it myself.” The answer may be regretted but Safira is also very embarrassed if you have to help a nurse in the bathroom even though the nurse is female.

“Let me help.” Reffan was already standing in front of the sofa.

“Don't dream!” Safira quickly went into the bathroom that was already close and closed the door hard, perhaps more precisely slamming the door.

Reffan laughed at Sapphira's adorable behavior, I don't know it looks like Reffan has a new hobby, he really likes to make Safira face blush, of course he doesn't really want to help Sapphira in the bathroom, Reffan just likes to tease her.

While in the bathroom, Safira tried to neutralize her heart that was beating unruffled, at the touch of her chest facing the mirror, her tears instantly dripped uninvited. There was a strange feeling that spread instantly through his veins, his heart pumping blood faster throughout the body draining a sense that was difficult to translate by his brain.

Twenty minutes into the bathroom, Sapphira shed tears that she could not show to the person who suddenly dominated her life. Tears are upset, confused but also a speck of happiness and tears of fear.Yes Safira is afraid of falling in love, falling in love with a forced man who does not accept the phrase rejection, and, the man who made her weak and lost her strength. Because what he felt on Reffan was clearly different from what he felt on Bagas or other men. His feelings were never this chaotic when there was Bagas nearby. His tears mixed with water from the tap that poured profusely rained down on both of his palms.

“Safira, are you okay?” there was a feeling of worry about slipping in Reffan's chest because Sapphira was too long in the bathroom and the sound of tap water that continued to flow even though Reffan believed it was not time to take a bath. Reffan did not know the water that Safira let flow was his way of covering up the sound of his sobs.

The door will open Reffan rewind his steps away from the door researching Safira's body looking for what happened inside the bathroom, did Safira fall or “Did he just cry, why cry? Am I being too much of him? Does he hate me?” Various questions arose in the mind of Reffan saw the eyes of Sapphira who reddened as well as his nose. He noticed every movement of Sapphira.

“You do not need to force yourself to pray while standing Sapphira, does Allah not give relief when we are sick. Pray on the bed or sofa while sitting.” Reffan's words were spoken after seeing Sapphira having trouble moving her legs using her subordinates and holding her alphabet.

Sapphira knew Reffan's words were right, and she sat on her bed facing the direction in which an inscription on the roof was pointed.

“Eat Safira and take your medicine. Now it must hurt?” reffan said after Sapphira lowered her hand that looked up to end her prayer after the prayer.

What Reffan said was true, at this time Sapphira felt almost all of her body ache. The pain medication he took earlier must have decreased the effect because it was time he took the medicine again. But resentment still enveloped Safira's face, thinking of protesting not to eat so that Reffan knew how upset he was.

“Don't think of Safira's hunger strike, I'd rather force you to open your mouth if you think so.”

Sapphira's widened eyes stared intently at the man standing beside her.

“You can't believe I can do it?” his left hand had already grabbed the plate on the nightstand, Reffan brought his body closer beside Sapphira. Safira's face was reddened by what Reffan was going to do.

“I can eat by myself.” His right hand grabbed the plate that Reffan was holding. “Do you have the hotel chef move here?”

“What the hell is this, isn't it more like a hotel meal, how can he do it.” Safira tweeted in his heart.

“If you want so I will.” Reffan chimed in with his flat voice.

“Hah, who thinks so.” Sapphira was surprised by Reffan's statement, until her eyeballs almost glared. “Do not understand him it is just a satire.” Sapphira complained in her heart.

“Why don't you just go home?” Sapphira hoped that Reffan would understand if he kicked her out.

“What? You're gonna keep it here? “ Sapphira whose right hand is already holding the dropping spoon again. “No way, how can I room with Reffan, ah tidaaak.” Safira's heart is already panicked to hear Reffan's answer.

“Isn't this a hospital, you don't need to take care of me because there are already doctors and nurses here.” Safira tries to negotiate with Reffan.

“Spend your food!” Reffan had already stepped closer to the sofa and threw his body sitting there.

Sapphira began to eat her food, food that only passed through the taste buds on her tongue because her mind was looking for a gap so that Reffan would not continue to be in the room with her.

“What the fuck, how could I spend the night in one room with a man. Oh my God, how should I. Ah, how's this?" Sapphira in his heart.

Sure enough five-star-flavored delicious food just passing in his mouth. Until he didn't realize his spoon was already feeding the wind into his mouth. “Ah, how is this.”

Sapphira put down her plate and then drank the medicine that had been prepared for her. He glimpsed the face of Reffan who was still looking at the laptop in front of him.

“Ehm.. Mr. Reffan, I will be fine here and I cannot leave here either. Shouldn't you go home, this is also late afternoon, you also need rest.”

“You kicked me out?” Reffan glanced at Safira for a moment then was engrossed in looking at his laptop again.

“You also need rest!” Safira did not give up

“I can rest here.”

“Ah, Mr. Reffan, not both men and women are in one room.” Finally Sapphira let out her anxiety.

“What's the matter, we're in the hospital, I can't possibly do anything with you here.”

Hearing Reffan's statement, Safira's face began to blush, “Then what was it, even though only a threat can not be called various.” Safira grumbled in his heart.

“Stay no sir, there's only the two of us in this room. I hope you can understand”

“Why ask me to understand your wish, you don't even want to try to understand my wish.”

“Means?”

“Do you pretend to forget Sapphira, you easily rejected my proposal to you. You even made your own conclusions.”

“I'm sorry.....” has not finished his speech has been truncated Reffan.

“Whatever you say and do, I will stay here.” Closed his laptop and went into the bathroom.

A few moments later Reffan came out on his face remaining water droplets like a person who just finished ablution.

“Can I request my phone, I want to inform my parents. They must be very worried, I just want to say I'm fine.”

“Don't think about it, I've taken care of it.”

“Ah, what he does.” Sapphira asked in her heart. After saying a hanging answer that left a big question mark in Safira's mind, Reffan headed towards the door and closed the door from the outside.

“See by yourself is not. How could this happen to me? When am I here?” Safira spoke to herself, her irritated voice already filling the treatment room that she was alone in there.
