The Beginning of a Dream

The Beginning of a Dream
The Same Space

Being in the treatment room alone and without a smartphone imagines it must be boring and that is what Safira is experiencing today. Safira enjoys dinner in her room alone, since Reffan has not returned. Sapphira was really like a person who was locked up, could not go anywhere and could not contact anyone. Caged with hotel facilities and good food, until when? Only God and Reffan know.

“Where is he, is he angry? Ah, why do I care not that there's no more fun. Better to be alone here than watch a pair of eagle eyes.”

Safira smiled to herself, her hands still busy feeding food to her mouth. It didn't take long to move the food to her mouth because other than her hungry the food in front of her was also very tasty. Since when was there a meat steak on the hospital menu. Safira smiled again, “Reffan, what other surprises await me? Hopefully it doesn't really surprise me.” The beautiful smile engraved on her beautiful face suddenly disappeared. Now that Sapphira's heart was shrouded in worry, she realized that the person she had met just a few days ago was capable of doing anything that was not on her mind.

Safira put a tray filled with empty plates on the nightstand and then took the medicine that has been provided, the pain in his body is still felt because of bruises and swelling is also still not gone. Once again Sapphira turned to the door there was a strange feeling splashing in her heart either a sense of worry or something else, Sapphira did not want to be sure. Looking at the wall clock, the short needle already showed the number eight. Safira is confused as to what to do, being stared at by the television in front of her, but she doesn't want to watch the television she just turned off an hour ago. Finally she pulled the blanket up to her neck and secured her position to sleep.

“I can be fat if you eat directly sleep gini, let only here is what else I can do.” His face smiled and his eyes began to shut, five minutes later Sapphira had already slept very well.

Safira slept very well and not realizing the door was open, a well-built man came in and shut the door again. As expected Safira must have been sleeping, her steps led to Safira's bed and now she was on Safira's right side looking at her sleeping face in front of her. Only his face was visible because Sapphira pulled the blanket up to his neck and again his hijab continued to stick to his head.

Reffan had deliberately returned to the room after suspecting Safira had fallen asleep because he did not want to hear Sapphira pleading with him again.

Reffan's lips are interested in forming a smile on his face watching the sight of a girl sleeping very soundly, “You are beautiful Sapphira, without any makeup you are beautiful and my heart feels comfortable looking at her. If only I could touch you.” Reffan rubbed his face rough, trying to eliminate the desire in his mind that had been channeled into his hands. His hand was so eager to touch Sapphira, but he was arrested. He did not want to make Sapphira angry. Sapphira must have been very angry if she had touched him and Safira's anger would have ruined her plan. His right hand touched his rumbling chest, as if trying to calm down by touching it.

“Patience Reffan!” Reffan exhaled a rough breath then stepped back to Sapphira towards the sofa. Plunging his body onto the sofa, Reffan had to refrain from lingering at Sapphira, because looking at her would only make the desire to have stronger.

Reffan took out Safira's phone from his pocket. He saw some messages from the green application coming in. His eyes focused on the message from the only unread man, Bagas. Reffan's index finger touching the name made the string of sentences sent by Bagas visible to him.

Assalamu’alaikum Safira

Where else is it? With who?

Sapphires. Where else why not open the message

- missed call

Sapphires

You all right?

Ira said she couldn't reach you either.

Where are you safira? I'm in front of your house but the lights aren't on.

You're not home? Whereabouts?

- missed call

Ting – incoming messages

You are finally online too

Pick up my phone

Reffan reflex shifts the button to reject a call

Why not Safira

You where?

In his heart Reffan laughed because it made Bagas very worried and could not do anything.

But Reffan thought for a moment, he had to make Safira's friends not anxious so as not to look for Sapphira. His finger then typed something in the chat field that read Ira's name

Ira, I'm fine

Now I can't call again later I'll say yes.

Oh yes please tell me Bagas also I'm fine.

Reffan smiled, this way Safira's friends will not be confused looking for Sapphira. Tomorrow he just told Bayu to arrange a permit to Safira's office.

Reffan began to lay his head against the sofa, tired of piercing his body but his face again looked at Safira, a face that shone in the lighting of a sleeping lamp, the face that made him peaceful yet at the same time made the thump in his chest uncontrollable.

"Safira, wait when I can touch your face. Until that time comes I won't give you the slightest crack away from me."

Finally both of them fell asleep in the same space, the quiet space there were no words and sounds there was only a sweet smile knotted in both people that only they knew what dream was taking him at the moment.

Safira opened her eyes, looking for the shadow of a wall clock that could tell the time for her.

“Have three hours more.” Her eyelids flickered expelling the drowsiness that was still hanging on her eyelids. But when capturing one's shadow his drowsiness disappeared instantly, a man fell into a deep sleep on a comfortable sofa.

“Ah Reffan so last night he slept here too. O Allah, what the world says Safira sleeps one room with men who are not muhrim.” His body immediately became goosebumps, hugged his own body, his face was completely frustrated. Sapphira took care of herself and her honor, she was never alone with a man who was not a muhrim and now she spent the night in a room with Reffan.

As his painful body forced down, Safira wanted to go to the bathroom, the only room that Reffan could not see and see. Safira hugged her body again in front of the mirror, squeezing her arm. Feeling the growing pain in his body. Sapphira forgot to squeeze her arm that was still swollen, now not only her mind that was afraid of her body stiffened.

Safira still looked at the reflection of his face in front of the mirror. “This is the last one! I have to get out of here today as well, I have to be firm with him. Reffan mustn't force me like this, he's nobody who can hold me here.” Safira slid her palm over her face while breathing as much air as possible, trying to channel the strength and courage to end Reffan's shackles today as well. Safira has decided today that he will be discharged from this hospital. Then he took the ablution water, then came out of the room and held his alphabet without even looking at Reffan.

Sapphira did not realize the pair of eagle eyes had awakened and noticed the motion in his prayer. Reffan smiled looking at the back of the girl's body wrapped in white mucus that seemed to shine in a room that was only illuminated by a sleeping lamp. There was always peace in Reffan's heart when he looked at Sapphira. Last night Reffan was deliberately out avoiding Sapphira so as not to argue with Sapphira, he only returned after feeling Safira was asleep.

Reffan stood up from the sofa where he slept last night towards the door. He chose to go out to the mosque and wait for the dawn prayer there. Sapphira who heard the sound of the door closing could not stop her sense of urgency, she turned to the source of the sound and the sofa where Reffan lay earlier. “She went.” Sapphira murmured in his heart.

There were two pervades in Sapphira's heart, the opposite feeling. Sapphira was pleased to see Reffan out but there was also a curiosity in her heart as to where Reffan was, whether Reffan avoided seeing him directly, because last night he left and returned after Sapphira had fallen asleep. And now he's gone when Sapphira is awake.

“Ah, whatever it is I have to end today too!” Safira was determined in his heart.
