Chapter 90

Erick's return day …,

Thalia arrived home, her body in pain after being used by Hans. He should not have allowed Hans to use his body, as it would have caused him to lose quite a lot of energy.

But Thalia has no heart to see Hans, nor does she want to be haunted by him. 

"Make good at all times with ghosts, but if the risk is like this makes sprains too!" gerutu himself.

He took a break for a moment recovering his nearly exhausted energy. Without realizing it, Thalia slept for a few hours. He wakes up when Sean calls him.

"Thalia, are you ok?"

"Yes Sean, I'm ok? Why?" thalia replied lazily, her body has not recovered properly.

"I Feel bad. Is something happening?" 

"No, I don't think Sean's just a little tired."

"You sick?"

"No, don't worry, I'm fine. What time are you home?"

"Maybe ten o'clock, don't wait for it." 

After making sure Thalia was okay, Sean hung up his phone. Thalia went back to sleep, she was really tired. He even forgot his promise to Erick to contact him. 

"Thalia …,"

The voice sounded so close to his ear. Thalia still hasn't budged, she's sleepy.

"Thalia .., I Miss you!"

The voice came back and tickled his ears. Thalia started to get distracted, slowly opening her eyes.

"Who called me?"

"Thalia ..." The sound made Thalia crumble. 

"Erick?" Thalia recognized the voice, despite only meeting occasionally through her subconscious, she remembered the owner of the voice.

Thalia fell asleep for a long time, upset that she had forgotten her promise to Erick. And now the clock shows at two in the morning. Erick must have fallen asleep. 

"Iiissh, I'm probably asleep. I'm sorry dear."

Thalia sent Erick a short message hoping he would read it later. To kill time, Thalia returns to make a story for her novel. He wrote his longing for Erick in the episode. Until at the end of the episode he wrote down the words that Erick and he always said,

 "Miss me?"

Thalia smiled and imagined herself meeting Erick. Her crazy mind re-imagined her hot kiss with Erick.

Lonely Thalia, Thalia who longs for someone's hand to accompany her day must willingly harbour her desire to meet Erick.

He continued to write until the dawn of the Adhan reverberated. His eyes were tired, he wanted to go to sleep immediately after the dawn prayer. But a surprise from Erick came through his short message.

Erick sent a picture of himself, just for a Thalia. Not to forget the funny emoticons pinned Erick. 

"Erick ..." Thalia soared in excitement, she didn't expect Erick to send her a picture.

It was an incredible medicine for him, though,

Erick's picture was like a beautiful bedtime delivery to him. Thalia fell asleep with a smile, re-entered her subconscious and met Erick once again. That was the only way Thalia met the guard of her heart.

The next day, Thalia called Erick. His eyes sparkled again when he saw Erick's photo in his gallery.

"Miss me?" Thalia sent a message.

"I am."

"I'm sorry I overslept last night, were there a lot of guests yesterday?"

"Yes, some friends came looking."

"Rame dong yesterday."

Erick just hit back with a funny emoticon. "So, how's today feeling better?"

"Not bad, better than in the hospital. Just hands still swollen."

"There's a salve, right?"

"Yes, there's a lot."

A long conversation happened that afternoon. Erick doesn't tell her much about her pain, but Thalia keeps encouraging her and wishes her all the best.

Thalia is intrigued to ask Erick something, a stupid question that makes her regret.

"Dreams you didn't stay in the hospital?" The question Thalia already knew the answer to.

Erick only replied with a smile, Thalia could feel Erick's change of emotions. 

"Is it true that you already have someone there?" Thalia asked again with an anxious heart.

"Yes, it's been two years." Erick answered briefly.

"May I know what his name is?"

"Marcella." Thalia's heart seemed to stop for a moment. It was the name written in Erick's latest novel.

"So right, that's the name of her lover." Thalia's voice shook with the cry.

Thalia stopped her message, there was a sense of jealousy and anger rumbling inside her chest. 

"Sorry." Erick sent Thalia a message.

Thalia put down her phone, she was pensive and berated herself who had fallen for Erick. 

"I should have stopped when I saw that name. You fool .. Thalia is so stupid!"

His tears broke, he regretted the late decision. He had gone too far into Erick's mind. Thalia's foolish decision has allowed herself to be hurt.

For the umpteenth time, Thalia felt betrayed. The shadow of Rendy's betrayal returns to the surface, and Thalia blames Erick for his misfortune.
