Thalia continued to pay attention to the footage with the witness she showed. His hands slowly clenched holding back the feeling.

Why do you do that! Inner growled.

His jaw was hardened, his eyes felt hot holding sad. Everything was mixed into one in his heart.

David frowned, he had expected Thalia to know one of his witnesses. Thalia stopped the video, "I think that's enough."

"Why? You just saw one witness, it's enough?" david asked in surprise.

"I'm tired, that's all. Can take me home now. We'll go tomorrow, okay?" 

David looked at Thalia, he then let out a long sigh. Without answering Thalia's request, David tidied up the messy files on the desk and closed his laptop.

"Come, I'll drive you home."

Thalia remained silent, and followed David out of the room. Along the way Thalia fell silent, question after question graced Thalia's mind. He was confused about what to do. One thing's for sure, Sean owes him an explanation.

"What time do I pick you up?" david asked as he opened the door for Thalia.

"Around 11 noon maybe."

"Okay, I'll see you tomorrow. Give my regards to Sean." David bailed.

"Ok, be careful on the road."

Thalia immediately entered the house, apparently someone had been waiting for her in the living room.
