The Ancestral Inheritance Match

The Ancestral Inheritance Match
Chapter 68

Today Thalia has to face the police again. This morning he got a short message from David one of the police officers he met yesterday to be able to present giving a description.

Initially Thalia refuses but after David promises her identity will be hidden and all details about the occult will be removed or rather disguised finally Thalia is willing to attend.

He is scheduled to testify at eleven p.m. Thalia contacted Aunt Alena to ask permission to take off the practice for a moment. At least until all the matters concerning Qiara were finished.

Qiara's body is still not allowed to be taken by the family. In addition to the unfinished autopsy process, the police are still collecting evidence related to Qiara.

Thalia came to the police station wearing her usual casual clothes. His presence was already awaited by the officer who handled the unique case of Qiara.

"Thank you for coming to the doc." David greeted with a smile on his lips.

Thalia simply returned her smile, she knew David's smile meant something else. It was more like a flirtation than a friendly welcome.

"Can we start now? I still have a schedule after this" Thalia told a lie.

"Ok, I can understand. Please sit down doc, we'll start now."

David and two other police officers began questioning Thalia as the doctor who treated Qiara's psychiatric condition and also the last person to be involved with Qiara directly before the young child was freefall.

Quite a long time Thalia spent in that small room. Although the air conditioning has been installed, Thalia still feels crowded. Being fouled with dozens of questions that repeatedly made Thalia a little overwhelmed and almost lost her breath because of being annoyed to the questions that always revolve.

"Well, no wonder you came here!" Thalia's circus on David when all the questions are finished.

David smiled at Thalia, "Why is Thalia, can I call you a name?"

"So, nobody's nagging either, right?" thalia answered standing up from her seat about to leave the room.

"Have you answered my question yet?"

"Ehm, what part?"

"The ship came here? You forgot?!"

"Ah, that ... who can come here? Your question is - it is - it is spinning and repeating in different rhythms. Psychological attack, am I right?" Thalia asked, making David smile.

"That's our way to uncover the facts of a beautiful doctor?!" sahut David made Thalia stop her steps and reviewed a slight smile.

Thalia was about to open the door when David first opened the door for her. A deliberately coughed sound was heard from the two comrades.

"Pepet just keep Ndan mumpung singles!" satirize them clearly.

Thalia ignored their words and smiled at David, "Thanks!"

David drove her to the car park and even opened the car door for Thalia.

"You don't have to bother with this." Thalia is troubled by David's attitude.

"A little hassle for our Sources there is no harm right. Thank you for taking such a shitty few hours for us." she quipped Thalia.

Thalia looked at David for a moment and smiled cynically, "Aaah, I see you're replying to me?"

"No, just a little back your words. Can you?"

"Whatever ... can I go now, my patient is waiting?!" thalia said by closing the car door without waiting for David to answer.

Cckk, if I go that's not polite! But I'm lazy to talk stale with him, very nice hell .. okay say goodbye for the last time!

Thalia rolled down her windshield, and said goodbye before she drove her car out of the parking lot. "Thanks, will you see me again, Mr David?!"

A half-forced sweet smile was also given by Thalia to David which was unfortunately considered another code by the AKP-ranked police.

"It's with great pleasure that Dr. Thalia, I'm starting to like it." murmured David.

The heavy weight on Thalia's shoulders seemed to be released. A few hours in the room with three police officers put him under pressure. He was glad today was over. The hour had already shown at four in the afternoon, Thalia was intending to head towards Qiara's funeral home.

The latest information obtained from David, it turns out that Qiara's body has been returned to the family and will be buried at four in the afternoon. Armed with the address she took from the Qiara file and google maps, Thalia desperately went to that address.

It was her first time traveling down the streets of the capital alone, a little scared but Thalia was sure she could. Finally after being made several times wrong way and turning Thalia arrived at a residential complex where Qiara lived.

His car stopped in front of the block with a white flag tied at one of the poles. Thalia confirmed again the address given to her. He also asked some residents who happened to pass by.

Thalia walked towards the house that was still crowded with mourners. Qiara's body is buried, Thalia is late. He took the initiative to find the whereabouts of Qiara's mother but, not yet he stepped a man pulled his arm.

"Why are you here?"

"The ardi? Why do you always have you where I am? Ghost Cake just keep coming?!" Dengus Thalia's.

"Hey, I'm here for Aunt Alena's representative! Forgot if I was also one of the hospital investors and also a witness to the incident?!" answered Ardi in a whisper.

"Oh yeah, I amnesia part of it. Sorry."

"Yuk entered together, I have not met his mother" Ardi pulled Thalia's hand.

Thalia followed and followed Ardi. Qiara's mother was calmer, she still received guests with her eyes looking swollen from crying.

"Doctor ..." Qiara's mother welcomed Thalia by hugging her tightly.

"Please, ma'am, be sincere." Thalia returned Qiara's mother's embrace and gently rubbed her back.

"Thank you for coming here, I'm sorry Qiara if you have a mistake, doc."

"Yes, a strong mother, ma'am. I'm sorry I couldn't take Qiara to the funeral." said Thalia.

Ardi approached Qiara's mother and expressed her grief as a representative of the hospital. Although this incident shook the hospital management a little, the hospital still compensated Thalia's family and considered this to include negligence by the hospital.

Aunt Alena took an extraordinary decision, although this incident will have a long impact on the hospital she led he remained compassionate and supported the Qiara family. Ardi agreed with Aunt Alena.

After a little talk with the Thalia family and Ardi say goodbye. They cross paths with Qiara's father. Thalia looked at him for a moment and then threw a quick look. He was lazy to face a man who could topple his own son.

"Thank you for coming, Doctor Thalia!"

Thalia stopped her steps and turned around, "Of course, it's my duty right?!"

"I hope we don't have to see each other again?!" lukman said, Qiara's father.

Thalia smiled cynically and passed away leaving Lukman.

Who wants to see you again!
