Chapter 9

After a journey of about 30 minutes from the hospital, Thalia arrived at the residence of Aunt Alena, a luxury house located in one of the elite areas in Jakarta.

Aunty Alena told me a lot along the way about the condition of Vina and also her son's Sky. Vina was Thalia's schoolmate when they were SMU and went on to the same college just that they had different faculties. Vina majored in Communication and Thalia majored in Psychology.

 Their relationship was cut short when Thalia decided to get married and followed her husband on duty in Palembang. While Vina was married 3 years after Thalia and Sky was her first son.

 Thalia could only develop a bitter smile when she heard Aunt Alena telling her about Vina's marriage. It reminded Thalia of her failed marriage. A story full of drama that must be ended because of differences in principles and ego respectively.

"Thalia, welcome to Auntie's house!" 

Aunty Alena's speech disperse her daydream. Thalia smiled forcefully at Aunt Alena.

A handsome, white-faced little boy ran over to welcome Aunt Alena. Thalia could guess if the child was the Sky. The typical babble of a child who is in a row asking a lot of things began to slide from his small mouth.

"Hi Aunt, I'm Sky. Aunty's a doctor like grandma?" 

"Hi Sky is glad to meet you dear." 

Thalia reached out her hand to Heaven, the boy greeted her enthusiastically. When their hands touched, Thalia gasped in shock at herself as if she had been hit by a small sting. He held back that feeling to avoid the fear of Aunt Alena as well as the Sky.

"Aunty, what a surprise, huh?"ask the sky which of course makes him confused.

Thalia follows Aunt Alena, much of which has changed at Aunt Alena's house. Thalia last visited about 10 years ago just when she was about to marry Rendy.

"Thalia!" greet someone who of course he knows his voice, it's Vina.

Vina invited Thalia to sit in the living room where the Sky was playing. Thalia was quite surprised by the behavior of Heaven.

If he is bored with one toy then the toy will be thrown away as if getting its own satisfaction when the toy falls and breaks into pieces. He will laugh until he is cut off.

Vina covered her ears and occasionally screamed at the sky and scolded her.

Vina's emotions overcame her logic, she kept throwing curses and condemning the behavior of Heaven. Thalia could only be patient and shake her head. Now he can understand Aunt Alena's feelings.

"Vin, please calm down .. not so much about it!" Thalia once again reminded Vina.

"Langit .. can Aunt talk to you baby?!" Thalia asked the Sky.

Thalia walked up to the sky, then grabbed her little hand. The sky stopped and looked at Thalia.

"Tante Thalia want to play with my friend?" 

"Friends? Where friends Sky, here there is only mama Vina also Aunt and also mbak nanny. Is there anything else?" Ask Thalia pretend.

"Auntie lied, Auntie can see them, right?"

Thalia's heart stopped beating, Heaven knew about Thalia's ability, but she tried to cover it up.
