In the world of Erder, the level of strength was used to measure the extent to which one had progressed in their adventures and experiences. While not the only measure, these levels help in providing an overview of an individual's abilities.
This level was originally only intended to measure and divide the strength of adventurers and knights. However, as time went on, this level also began to be used to measure how powerful the abilities of the other beings in Erder's world were.
Often the aura of power emanated by someone can be felt by the people around him, that is why it must be made a list of levels with names like the following :
1. The Level One Adventurer
2. Second-rate Adventurers
3. The Third Level Adventurer
4. The Tier Four Adventurers
(1-4 is usually given to adventurers who can work well in taking care of affairs in a village, city, kingdom, and organization)
5. Level Five Adventurers
6. Level Six Adventurers
7. The Seven Level Adventurers
(5-7 is usually given to adventurers who are already experts in doing basic techniques in fighting, such as techniques using swords, spears, arrows, etc.)
8. Level Eight Adventurers
9. Level Nine Adventurers
10. Tier Ten Adventurers
(8-10 is usually given to adventurers who are used to fighting, they already have quite a lot of special abilities, such as magic and special talents within them)
On top of this basic level, there are six specific levels that measure higher strength:
11. Master: His strength is already on par with that of a knight to the warlord of a great empire.
12. Demigod: His name is widely known in various kingdoms for his abilities. Usually adventurers at this level have already earned the title of hero.
13. Divine: Killing a dragon was already not a difficult thing for adventurers at this level.
14. Empyrean: Usually this level is possessed by magical beings in the Elfedge Continent.
15. Colossus
16. Eternally
(Strengths 15-16 are still just stories or talk of the local community, there is no definitive proof whether there is someone who has power at this level)
However, keep in mind that this level is just a rough guide and there are still many other factors that can affect a person's abilities, such as intelligence, strategy, and courage.
In the world of Erder, increasing ability is all about experience, growth, and discovering the hidden potential within a person. Relying on the strength of the faction alone was not enough.
...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...
Leo awoke in the darkness, only the dim light of the chandelier swaying on it gave a slight illumination. Both of his hands were firmly tied, as were his legs, and his neck was entangled by the inevitable bond. He tried to move his body, feeling that there was almost no room to move. Every effort he made to release himself was in vain.
Leo felt the coolness of the moisture in the place start to stick to his skin, creating an uncomfortable cold sensation. A stench was piercing in this room. All of this made her feel as if she was trapped in a nightmare.
"What's going on? The last time I remember, I was fighting Banshee in the woods. Then...why am I suddenly here? Did I lose? No, I remember, I didn't lose, I..."
He looked around, identifying the iron door that was the only way out of this place.
"Damn, is this a prison? Where are the others?"
Leo tried to stay calm, his eyes fixed on the mattress that was located a few meters away from him. There was someone lying there with his hands, feet, and neck tied. In the dark, Leo tries to identify who is on the mattress, but the distance that separates them makes him unable to ascertain the identity of the person. Before he could truly ascertain who that person was, his gaze was obstructed by the figure of the bespectacled man with disheveled hair.
The man was wearing a white coat, as was often worn by doctors or professors. A strange smile was engraved on his face, giving off an unpleasant impression.
"It's waking up, apparently," the man said in a dismissive tone. "Unfortunately your fate, it looks like you're going to feel everything burning you."
Instantly, the man took out a shiny syringe in hand. A flash of light from the lamp bounced off the man's glasses, creating a gripping effect. Leo did not understand what this man was going to do, but he could feel the threat in the air.
The syringe was slowly directed toward Leo's neck, and as the man began to approach, a sense of helplessness grew increasingly tangled in Leo.
"Tu-wait!" Leo's voice could not be heard clearly, as a cloth silenced his mouth.
Leo felt the warm and unknown liquid flowing into his body. Tied up, Leo's eyes widened in fear. Sweat poured from his forehead and his body continued to wriggle in an attempt to fight back. Although his mouth was silenced, the screams that were blocked within his throat tried hard to come out, creating a terrifying sound that only sounded in his mind. The effects of the liquid that broke into him made him feel as if his body was burning, and an unbearable pain crawled every muscle fiber to his entire internal organs.
The pain that bewitched Leo finally subsided. Sweat drenched his body, and his breathing regained order. However, Leo felt like his body was in a daze after the terrible experience just now.
The mad professor said, "Well, right now, just rest," as if he was just giving "rest" to the subject of his experiment.
Leo stared intently at the professor who walked out of the room, then with a feeling of anger and despair, Leo tried to break free. He pulled with all his might on the chains that bound his hands, but they did not budge. His muscles stiffened, and his face flushed red with his efforts, but he remained trapped.
"Why didn't my power come out?" leo muttered in confusion. The Nythorian power that had always been there to protect him seemed to have disappeared, held back by something.
"That's all, Dr.Trant has given you a special liquid." The voice of a foreign man sounded from behind the iron door.
The man behind the door came in. The man was wearing a black coat, and a white shirt. His clothes did not look like a contrast from the erder world that Leo recognized, this clothing seemed to come from his home world. Leo kept staring intently at the man.
The man understood the meaning of Leo's gaze. The man then tidied up his hair that already looked so organized, gave a slight smile and bowed as if to give his regards. "Sorry, my name is Lucas, nice to meet you."
Leo kept a close eye on his every move and word. He had absolutely no idea what the man named Lucas was doing.
"You don't have to worry, Leo Demhian." Lucas then approached Leo, taking a syringe on the table, a needle previously used by Dr. Lucas. Trants. "This thing won't kill you, unlike the prince there, he's not as strong as you." While playing that thing in front of Leo.
"Prince?" Leo was startled and turned to the man lying on the bed four meters away from his bed, only to realize that it was Gideon, the one who had not fought with him long ago while at Menhir Bastion.
Lucas added, "That's the end of a traitor, I hope you don't end up like him, Leo Demhian."
Leo just kept staring at Gideon, not believing what was in front of him right now. He began to worry about the other friends.
