That Beautiful Prisoner is my wife

That Beautiful Prisoner is my wife
A Book

In the morning at the WAHANA GROUP building, the clock still shows at seven in the morning. The atmosphere seemed empty because the working hours were still thirty minutes away, so not many employees of the company had come. Only the janitors seem to be doing their job.

An OB-clothed person seemed to be walking hurriedly out of a room. He looks nervous and panicked, feeling awkward because there are two men following him from behind.

When he saw a garbage can around there, then, he quickly threw something he held in there before returning to continue the journey in a calm manner as if nothing had happened.

“Hey, you! What you brought it!” shouted the two people while pointing at him in a suspicious tone. Both of them stepped more quickly to approach the OB who stopped suddenly.

The OB turned around and looked at the two thick-bodied people with a calm expression.

“Only a tray, Sir,” he replied while showing a tray of dark brown which he had brought since. “I just delivered coffee for the staff working on this floor. What is it you both call me?” tanyanya.

The two men looked at each other like they could not believe. However, he could not do anything because it was only the tray he carried.

“Ya. Back to work!” tell one of the sturdy men.

“Good, Sir,” replied to the OB while nodding obediently, then left the two people who were still watching. Both of them then left after making sure the OB had passed far and was not seen again. However, without them expecting it, the OB left not to return to work, but rather slipped out of the building through a side door.

With a very fast step, he threw the tray into any place and then threw the OB uniform he was wearing into the trash can.

“Sorry boss, I have not managed to get it,” said the man who now wears the black shirt over the phone. He was in a car parked in the building.

“I'm really sorry Boss, I almost got it if those two guys hadn't caught me. I was almost caught by two guards and forced to throw it in the trash. Later in the afternoon I will return to retrieve it before the garbage goes into the truck carrier,” he added trying to convince.

He was silent for a moment to listen to the other side talking, then again said, “I dare to make sure I will get it tonight also Boss,” he asserted with full confidence before then disconnect.

Without a second thought, he immediately started his car engine before leaving and died at a moderate speed.

“Damn two people earlier! Just hindering my work. I should have made it by now!”

While grumbling, the man in the ripe sapodilla skin pulled a fake mustache stuck between his lips and nose. Who would have thought, apparently he was just a fake OB in disguise.

The meeting that Mr. Anwar attended had begun at nine in the morning. This meeting is just a small meeting for WAHANA GROUP, because only a regular meeting is held once a month and only attended by representatives from WAHANA GROUP branches located in the regions. This time it was held in the headquarters building. The tallest and largest building in the city.

The president himself did not go down directly in the meeting, only sending some of his staff to represent. The president will only go down directly only for large tenders or things that can not be represented by his confidants.

After a while, the meeting was over and went as well as it should. One by one, the men came out of the room.

Anwar breathed a sigh of relief. Finally, one job is finished, because there are still many other jobs waiting to be completed that have been scheduled while still in the city.

While walking out of the room, Anwar squeezed the unused paper for him to throw in the trash. When opening the trash can, his eyes were round in disbelief as he rubbed directly with the strange object inside. Curiosity also tickled his heart to make him take the initiative to take the object immediately. Especially with the state of the garbage bag that is still clean without any other objects in there.

“This is a book ...” The middle-aged man muttered, then flipped through the book with his forehead frowning in confusion. He noticed the conditions around if there was someone he could ask, unfortunately the place itself was in a state of desolation.

Although he actually did not understand so much, but it seemed like the contents of the book were interesting to read, until it suddenly flashed in his mind to take him home and make him a gift for his eldest daughter. A happy smile rang from Anwar's lips for a moment.

“Why can it fit like this .... Mayang must have liked this book. I'm sure,” murmured with happy sparkling eyes. He knew very well his eldest daughter loved to read to take advantage of leisure time. Moreover, the existence of this book makes it unnecessary to bother to go to the bookstore again. It can save time of course.

But like it will not be that fast, considering there are still many unresolved affairs. Rushing Mr. Anwar out of the building with a twinkle of happiness as if he got a treasure from there.

Every act is always there is a reciprocal. So did Anwar's decision this time. Although it never crossed his mind if the book he was carrying was not an ordinary book, until he carried it without burden and guilt.

In his embrace the book in his chest like hugging something very valuable, even without hiding at all because never crossed a bad thought in his head. However, who would have thought, surveillance cameras placed in every corner of a large company can detect anything that happens there.

Epilogues

The afternoon made the atmosphere of the building start to quiet. A man opens and checks one by one the garbage bags collected in a giant garbage tub.

But from that much garbage bag, he did not find what he was looking for. Not broken charcoal, the man still continues to look for it while occasionally monitoring the situation around, just to make sure if no one sees his actions.

However, after the umpteenth search he still had not found it.

“Bigger! Where is that book? Damnit!” Furious, he kicked the plastic bags so brutally that they scattered and the contents splintered out.

The man quickly got into the car and left before security caught him again. Taking his phone out of his jacket pocket, he pressed a number and contacted someone.

“Halo boss,” said when someone across there received his call.

“How?” The heavy voice of a man from the other end of the phone sounded curious.

“I'm sorry boss, again I failed and did not find it.” The man replied in a weak tone.

“What? Basic useless! Taking things for granted is not becus!”

“Sorry to me boss .. I will–" Tut tut ... it turns out the connection is disconnected.

“Damn it! Basic boss resek!” The mysterious man threw his phone into an empty seat by his side after swearing.
