Stuck in a narrow cave 4

Not long ago when Iwan managed to close his eyes and fall asleep, he woke up again because he felt the ground twitching like there was an earthquake.

" What is this ? " ask Iwan in his heart.

" The earthquake ? yes, this is an earthquake." said Iwan.

Iwan who panicked instantly, tried to wake his friends. But his efforts were in vain, because neither Selly, Cindy, Johan nor Ahmad heard Iwan's screams. His friends are already sound asleep and busy with each other's beautiful dreams. Iwan began to fear, the earth as if it was shaking everything. He regretted a little because he had not fallen asleep before the earthquake. Iwan stood up and tried to keep waking up his friends.

Suddenly, though, there was a rumbling sound. The rumbling sound is very clear, and if heard more carefully the source of the sound comes from above the cave. Iwan began to panic, he screamed as loud as possible so that his friends could wake up soon.

" Friends wake up..ayo wake up.There was an earthquake, let's get up..everything wakes up.." cried Iwan.

Iwan's efforts to produce results, one by one of them woke up. When they all woke up, they only realized what Iwan had said.

" God there really is an earthquake, how is this, what should we do ? " ask Selly who is panicking.

Johan tried to calm everything, he took his friends out of the cave.

" All of you, calm down.Listen to me, please listen to me." cried Johan.

" We better get out soon, at least that's all we can do right now, get out looking for a roomy place" Johan said.

Everyone agreed, because they were very worried about his condition. But the bad thing now happened just a moment they had not been able to get out of Goa. It turned out that the rumbling sounds and earthquakes they felt before were a sign of a landslide right above the cave where they stopped.

The five of them did not have time to get out of the cave, because the entrance of the cave was covered by landslides. In addition, there was a large rock blocking the entrance, further reducing their chances of being able to get out.

" Aaaargh nooo.." shouts Cindy.

" Aaaargh how can we get out of this goa guys. The entrance is now blocked" Selly said with tears in her eyes.

" There is no hope for us anymore, maybe in this place is the end of our history." lamented Ahmad.

Now the despair is clearly illustrated by the look on their faces, except Johan who still looks calm, even though he was hit because he did not know what they can do now.

" You all listen to me, we are still lucky not to be hit by an avalanche of earth, rocks or fallen trees" Johan said, reminding his friends to be grateful.

" Friends, can you listen to me just this once" Iwan said.

The words of Iwan surprised everyone in the cave.

" What do you want to say Wan ? " ask Johan to Iwan.

" I know right now we're stuck in a cave that's starting to feel stuffy, but while we're okay in a healthy sense, we can definitely find another way out" Iwan said.

Iwan's words motivate and awaken the spirit and morale of his friends. The day was getting late, as well as the rain that was still very heavy outside. This condition raises concerns if the cave collapsed and then hit them. So they all decided to split up some. Where some of them will rest, then others are on guard. if it has been some time they will take turns.

" I, Johan will be on guard, when we do not know if there will be a landslide after , a worse landslide at least there are some that can wake others." a proposal from Ahmad.

" Eeeum..are you sure you're not tired Wan ? " ask Johan who has not fully believed.

" I'm sure Jo." replied Iwan with a reassuring expression.

Finally Johan agreed to Iwan's request by allowing him to stand guard that night. Selly and Cindy resume their break, while Johan, Ahmad, and Iwan are on guard.

" We continue to rest yes Jo, Mad , Wan. "said Selly and Cindy permission to rest.

All have now been in their respective positions, and all there is nothing strange or a sign of the emergence of a landslide after.

The time showed at 01.17 in the morning, all were still in a safe state of control. Slowly, the situation and safe conditions made them start to reduce the focus of the three of them. Starting from Iwan who leaned back and then slowly collapsed. Then Ahmad was bowed, and he fell asleep. Only leaving Johan who is still awake even though several times he yawned. The still heavy rain made the atmosphere cold and encouraged them to sleep.

" Everything is asleep, it may be safe even though it still seems to be raining heavily outside" Johan murmured in his heart.

" Do I sleep, because it seems safe to be under control there are no aftershocks" Johan said.

" But if there's anything, and I'm careless that everything in here lives unnoticed by name" he thought, who continued to shadow his mind.

Johan finally fell asleep because he was no longer strong enough to keep his eyes awake. Sure enough, when the time showed at 2 am, heavy rain accompanied by lightning that night again caused an aftershock.

" Srrrughh." The sound of landslides down the slope above the cave.

The five of them who were fast asleep woke up after hearing a much louder and clearer sound than before. They quickly wake up and scatter. So severe landslide after that to make the front of the cave until almost to where they rest collapsed. The collapse of the cave they live in is unpredictable going so far. This almost endangers the lives of Ahmad and Cindy who almost hit the ceiling of the cave.

" Awilson...Cindy...Awaaass." Selly called out the names of Ahmad and Cindy.

Ahmad and Cindy had already noticed it and ran to a safer place.

" You guys okay ? " ask Johan.

Their friends are certainly very worried because the closest ruins to the position of Ahmad and Cindy are less than one meter. Once again, God saved their lives. Gratitude was immediately made by Ahmad and Cindy, shortly after they survived the distress.

" Thank God, we survived Cindy, we almost got hit by the ruins of this cave" said Ahmad who was moved.

Like Ahmad, Cindy feels the same way.

" Yes Ahmad, our lives are. Maybe if we were daydreaming or late one step would have been" said Cindy added.

" This place is not safe for us, see the entrance and exit are closed. Now we're like ants" Johan said.

" It's best tonight, right now we're out of here and looking for a safer place" Johan said.

Johan invites his friends to immediately pack up and rush to move to find another way out of the cave.
