Day Five: Go, Save Yourself

Grandfather told them to stay calm and stay near grandfather. Then grandfather tried to communicate with the two supernatural figures of the guard. The appearance of these two guard figures was much more frightening than the figure that was resisted by grandfather, so grandfather tried the peaceful path so that no one was injured.

After grandfather communicated with the two guard figures, they found a disappointing result. They did not find Ahmad, because the supernatural gatekeeper did not know. They were almost desperate, they then decided to look for him again in the morning because it was late at night and it would be very dangerous if wandering in their area.

On the way home, they were confronted by a figure that seemed to float and carry a keris-like heirloom. They stopped their steps, he looked like he wanted to attack. Sure enough, when the figure soared into the air and moved the dagger he was holding. Suddenly a fireball appeared and pointed at them. Fortunately they were able to avoid the creature's attack, and no one was injured.

"Observations of this creature in front of us are like going to attack, dodge!" the word grandfather calls on children to avoid the attack of these supernatural beings.

As a result of the attack, made them run away in fear of saving themselves. Soon the figure disappeared instantly, but without realizing it the creature reappeared right in front of them. It seems that the creature is after the most frightened person, Iwan.

"Iwan, run Iwan here, don't run that way, Iwan listen to grandfather!" exclaiming grandfather to Iwan who ran away scared.

But Iwan apparently could not hear Grandpa's advice because of his fear. He ran to save himself, until he came to a place he had never seen before. Although the place he is actually not too suspicious or looks strange according to Iwan.

" What is this place? Where am I now?" said Iwan wondering to himself.

Iwan continued to walk slowly across the place, watching the surrounding just in case a creature attacked him again suddenly. Meanwhile, at grandpa's, Selly, and Cindy's. The creature reappeared before them, this time carrying a whip that could extend. When the whip is directed somewhere, a fire will appear. The situation worsened, they were trapped in an area belonging to the occult inhabitants where there were many Aren Trees.

"Grandfather, what should we do cake? this is very dangerous for us" said Cindy who took refuge behind the Aren Tree.

Then grandfather prayed and tried to fight the creature.

"Grandfather alan tried to fight the creature. You go, susul Iwan. It's in a safe place!" exclaim Grandpa on Selly and Cindy.

Selly and Cindy have denied Grandpa's orders.

"But the cake, if grandfather was alone we were worried that grandfather would be in danger" Selly said.

Then grandfather convinces them to leave him while they catch up with Iwan.

"It will be very difficult to fight while protecting the two of you at once. Let the old man here take care of it, hurry up!" said grandpa.

Selly and Cindypun left grandfather alone to catch up with Iwan, and there was a fight between grandfather and a powerful genie figure who ruled the region.

Meanwhile, Selly and Cindy keep running towards Iwan's place. Iwan who sees Selly and Cindy invites them to hide behind the large Aren Tree.

" Selly, Cindy come here. I'm here" said Iwan, inviting Selly and Cindy.

Iwan wondered why they weren't with grandfather.

" Why are you two? where's grandpa?" Iwan asked with anxious feelings.

Selly answered,

" That's wan, grandfather was fighting the ruler's genie in that place. Grandfather told us to run after you" Selly said with a hint of regret.

" I was really scared, actually, it really made my heart beat. But once I get here. I wanted to get rid of my fear in order to help Grandpa. Grandfather who has helped us a lot, he saved my life, gave me shelter and good food. We should go back to help grandfather." Iwan took with confidence drawn from his serious facial expression.

Selly and Cindypun want to follow Iwan's invitation.

" What you said is all right, Wan. All right, I'm going with you, what about you, Cindy?" timpal Selly followed the question to Cindy.

"Actually I'm afraid, but if you've made up your mind. I'll come with you." Cindy replied with a reassuring heart.

They got up and walked back to Grandpa's place.

"We should speed things up, the sooner we get better, and hopefully nothing happens to Grandpa" Selly warned Iwan and Cindy.

While they were heading to grandfather's place, grandfather was struggling to avoid the rampage of the supernatural creatures. The supernatural creature can attack without showing its form that makes Grandpa Dul overwhelmed by it.

"How is it, this creature is so powerful, my energy is almost exhausted. I'd better put myself on the one above, may God protect me. Especially those kids. They are just like my grandchildren." said the grandfather in his heart who began to resign to the situation.

"Indeed it is much better to die first than my descendants who died first, the next generation who still have many dreams do not rush to die" said the grandfather with a small smile drawn on his face.

When grandfather runs out of energy, Iwan and his friends Selly and Cindy arrive at grandfather's place.

"Grandfather, grandfather. We'll help you kek, hang on!" yelled at Grandpa.

Grandpa was surprised by their arrival. " You guys, why are you guys back here ?" ask the surprised grandfather.

Cindy answered, though,

" We will not allow our friends, families, brothers to be hurt to protect us. That was our determination ever since we set foot here" Cindy said with a breath of exhaustion.

" Thank you, my grandfather was very happy this time he again felt the warmth of the family again" said the grandfather followed by tears that dripped because he was moved.

Cindy and Selly embrace grandpa.

" We'll embrace grandfather, hang on to the cake, until we can find a safe place to take shelter."

Meanwhile, Iwan will walk backwards just in case there will be a surprise attack that leads to them from behind. Trudged, swallowed but surely they moved away from the Aren Tree area, and returned to the forest. The day was approaching morning, did not feel they walked until quite far last night. While Johan and Nek Ningsih who are in the cottage can not sleep peacefully, especially Johan whose leg condition has not improved.

"What about their condition? why are they so long that the sun will rise soon. While my condition has not shown any signs of progress" said Johan who was restless but had to settle for sleeping in his bed.

" Johan, are you awake, son?" nek Ningsih asked as he opened the door to Johan's room.

" Uh grandma, come in Grandma. I couldn't even sleep, worrying about those who didn't come home until morning." replied Johan with his head down.
